For another example, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered by a combination of certain specific keys, or the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered by a long press of a certain specific function key. For another example, when the electronic device is shaken and the gravity sensor of the electronic device detects that the posture of the electronic device changes, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment which are in a dialing state, two paths of communication links which are dialed in and dialed out try to be connected simultaneously, and after one path is connected, the other path is cancelled automatically. Specifically, when it is determined by the third electronic device that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request, the second communication connection request is cancelled/ignored in response to the first communication connection request. And then, establishing communication connection corresponding to the first communication connection request, and further realizing that the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment directly communicate without waiting in a dialing state.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a communication method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method in this example is applied to a third electronic device, and the communication method includes the following steps:
step 501: and when the third electronic equipment receives the first communication connection request sent by the first electronic equipment, detecting whether a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic equipment is received or not.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device and the second electronic device are devices capable of communicating with each other, where communication is especially dialing.
Step 502: when detecting that a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received, and a first detection result is that the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device.
The third electronic device is an electronic device capable of communicating with the first electronic device and the second electronic device, for example, an MSC, and the third electronic device is capable of transmitting a request signal between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, specifically, the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the third electronic device, and the third electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device when detecting that the second electronic device is in an idle state; in a similar way, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the third electronic device, and when the third electronic device detects that the first electronic device is in an idle state, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device. As can be seen, when the third electronic device receives the first communication connection request sent by the first electronic device and does not send the first communication connection request to the second electronic device, the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received, and at this time, the first electronic device and the second electronic device are in a dialup state.
Step 503: when the first detection result shows that the first electronic equipment sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic equipment, the second electronic equipment sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic equipment, and the time sequence of receiving the first communication connection request and the time sequence of receiving the second communication connection request are compared to obtain a comparison result.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first detection result indicates that the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device, it indicates that the first electronic device and the second electronic device are in a dialup state, and at this time, normal communication cannot be performed between the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
Step 504: and when the comparison result shows that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request, responding to the first communication connection request and canceling the second communication connection request.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment which are in a dialing state, two paths of communication links which are dialed in and dialed out try to be connected simultaneously, and after one path is connected, the other path is cancelled automatically. In the embodiment of the invention, after the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is established, whether the first electronic device is a calling device or a called device is determined according to a preset communication strategy. Specifically, after the first electronic device establishes communication connection with the second electronic device, the third electronic device determines the charging standard of the first electronic device and the second electronic device, and takes the electronic device with the lower charging standard as the calling device. Or, the third electronic device compares the time sequence of receiving the first communication connection request with the time sequence of receiving the second communication connection request, and when the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request, the first electronic device is the calling electronic device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device can be established based on a certain trigger operation; specifically, after the electronic device obtains the trigger operation, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is established. Taking a first electronic device as a calling device and a second electronic device as a called device as an example, icons of the first electronic device and the second electronic device are displayed on a touch display screen of the first electronic device, a user can apply two contacts on the two icons, at this time, prompt information of the calling device is displayed at the icon position of the first electronic device, prompt information of the called device is displayed at the icon position of the second electronic device, then, the distance between the two icons is shortened through a 'pinching gesture', and when the two icons are overlapped, communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered; or, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered by sliding the 'drag gesture' from the icon of the first electronic device to the icon of the second electronic device. For another example, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered by a combination of certain specific keys, or the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered by a long press of a certain specific function key. For another example, when the electronic device is shaken and the gravity sensor of the electronic device detects that the posture of the electronic device changes, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is triggered.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural composition diagram of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic device in this example includes:
the detection unit 61 is configured to detect, when a first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to a second electronic device, whether the second electronic device sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic device, and obtain a first detection result;
an establishing unit 62, configured to, when the first detection result indicates that a first communication connection request is sent from a first electronic device to a second electronic device, send a second communication connection request to the first electronic device by the second electronic device, and establish a communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device;
wherein the electronic device is the first electronic device or the second electronic device or a third electronic device different from the first electronic device and the second electronic device.

the detecting unit 71 is configured to detect, when a first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to a second electronic device, whether the second electronic device sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic device, so as to obtain a first detection result;
the establishing unit 72 is configured to, when the first detection result indicates that the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device, send a second communication connection request to the first electronic device by the second electronic device, and establish a communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device;

a judging module 8123, configured to judge whether the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet a preset rule;
a second determining module 8124, configured to determine that the first electronic device receives a second communication connection request sent by a second electronic device that is matched with the second communication identifier, when the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet a preset rule.

the detecting unit 11 is further configured to detect whether a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received when the electronic device receives a first communication connection request sent by the first electronic device; when detecting that a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received, and a first detection result is that the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device.
Preferably, the electronic device further includes:
a comparing unit 13, configured to compare time sequences of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the second communication connection request to obtain a comparison result;
a second determining unit 14, configured to determine that the first electronic device is the calling side when the comparison result indicates that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request.
Preferably, the establishing unit 12 includes:
a comparing subunit 121, configured to compare time sequences of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the second communication connection request, so as to obtain a comparison result;
a processing subunit 122, configured to respond to the first communication connection request and reject/cancel the second communication connection request when the comparison result indicates that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request;
an establishing subunit 123, configured to establish a communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device corresponding to the first communication connection request.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the functions implemented by the units in the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be understood by referring to the foregoing description of the communication method, and the units in the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by analog circuits that implement the functions described in the embodiment of the present invention, or by running software that executes the functions described in the embodiment of the present invention on an intelligent terminal.
The technical schemes described in the embodiments of the present invention can be combined arbitrarily without conflict.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed method and intelligent device may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one second processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.

Claims (16)

1. A communication method is applied to electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
when first electronic equipment sends a first communication connection request to second electronic equipment, detecting whether the second electronic equipment sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic equipment or not to obtain a first detection result;
when the first detection result shows that the first electronic equipment sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic equipment, the second electronic equipment sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic equipment, and communication connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment is established;
wherein the electronic device is the first electronic device or the second electronic device or a third electronic device different from the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the electronic device is the first electronic device;
when the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, detecting whether the second electronic device sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic device to obtain a first detection result, including:
when the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device, determining a second communication identifier of the second electronic device;
judging whether the first electronic equipment receives the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic equipment matched with the second communication identification to obtain a first judgment result;
when the first judgment result shows that the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device matched with the second communication identification, and a first detection result shows that the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device when the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device.
3. The communication method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device matching the second communication identifier comprises:
detecting whether the first electronic equipment receives a second communication connection request or not to obtain a second detection result;
when the second detection result shows that the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request, determining a communication identifier corresponding to the electronic device which sends the second communication connection request;
judging whether the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet a preset rule or not;
and when the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet a preset rule, the first electronic device receives a second communication connection request sent by a second electronic device matched with the second communication identifier.
4. The communication method according to claim 1, the electronic device being a third electronic device, the method further comprising, after establishing the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device:
and determining the first electronic equipment as calling equipment/called equipment according to a preset communication strategy.
5. The communication method according to claim 4, after the first electronic device communicates with the second electronic device as a calling device/a called device, the method further comprising:
sending an identifier for representing that the first electronic device is a calling device/a called device to the first electronic device, and storing communication information of the first electronic device and the second electronic device in a communication record list, wherein the communication information at least comprises a first communication identifier of the first electronic device, a second communication identifier of the second electronic device, and an identifier for representing that the first electronic device is a calling device/a called device.
6. The communication method according to claim 1, the electronic device being a third electronic device that is capable of communicating with the first electronic device and the second electronic device;
when the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, detecting whether the second electronic device sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic device to obtain a first detection result, including:
when the electronic equipment receives a first communication connection request sent by the first electronic equipment, detecting whether a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic equipment is received or not;
when detecting that a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received, and a first detection result is that the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device.
7. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method further comprising:
comparing the time sequence of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the second communication connection request to obtain a comparison result;
and when the comparison result shows that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request, determining that the first electronic equipment is the calling side.
8. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the establishing of the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device comprises:
comparing the time sequence of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the second communication connection request to obtain a comparison result;
responding to the first communication connection request and rejecting/canceling the second communication connection request when the comparison result indicates that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request;
and establishing communication connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment corresponding to the first communication connection request.
9. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the second electronic equipment sends a second communication connection request to the first electronic equipment or not when the first electronic equipment sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic equipment, so that a first detection result is obtained;
the establishing unit is used for sending a second communication connection request to the first electronic equipment by the second electronic equipment when the first detection result shows that the first electronic equipment sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic equipment, and establishing communication connection between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment;
wherein the electronic device is the first electronic device or the second electronic device or a third electronic device different from the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
10. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the electronic device is the first electronic device; the detection unit includes:
a first determining subunit, configured to determine, when the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device, a second communication identifier of the second electronic device;
the judging subunit is configured to judge whether the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device and matching the second communication identifier, so as to obtain a first judgment result;
and the second determining subunit is configured to, when the first determination result indicates that the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device that is matched with the second communication identifier, determine that the first detection result is that the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device when the first electronic device sends the first communication connection request to the second electronic device.
11. The electronic device of claim 10, the determining subunit comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the first electronic equipment receives a second communication connection request or not to obtain a second detection result;
a first determining module, configured to determine, when the second detection result indicates that the first electronic device receives the second communication connection request, a communication identifier corresponding to the electronic device that sends the second communication connection request;
the judging module is used for judging whether the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet preset rules or not;
and the second determining module is used for determining that the first electronic equipment receives a second communication connection request sent by second electronic equipment matched with the second communication identifier when the communication identifier and the second communication identifier meet a preset rule.
12. The electronic device of claim 9, being a third electronic device, further comprising:
the first determining unit is configured to determine, after the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is established, that the first electronic device is a calling device/a called device according to a preset communication policy.
13. The electronic device of claim 12, further comprising:
a sending unit, configured to send, to the first electronic device, an identifier used for representing that the first electronic device is a calling device/a called device after the first electronic device is used as the calling device/the called device to communicate with the second electronic device;
a recording unit, configured to store communication information between the first electronic device and the second electronic device in a communication record list, where the communication information at least includes a first communication identifier of the first electronic device, a second communication identifier of the second electronic device, and an identifier used to represent that the first electronic device is a calling device/a called device.
14. The electronic device of claim 9, being a third electronic device capable of communicating with the first electronic device and the second electronic device;
the detecting unit is further configured to detect whether a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received when the electronic device receives a first communication connection request sent by the first electronic device; when detecting that a second communication connection request sent by the second electronic device is received, and a first detection result is that the first electronic device sends a first communication connection request to the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the second communication connection request to the first electronic device.
15. The electronic device of any of claims 9-14, further comprising:
the comparison unit is used for comparing the time sequence of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the second communication connection request to obtain a comparison result;
a second determining unit, configured to determine that the first electronic device is a calling side when the comparison result indicates that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request.
16. The electronic device of any of claims 9-14, the establishing unit comprising:
the comparison subunit is configured to compare the time sequence of receiving/sending the first communication connection request and the time sequence of sending/receiving the second communication connection request, so as to obtain a comparison result;
a processing subunit, configured to respond to the first communication connection request and reject/cancel the second communication connection request when the comparison result indicates that the first communication connection request is earlier than the second communication connection request;
and the establishing subunit is configured to establish a communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device corresponding to the first communication connection request.
