本发明涉及一种家庭光伏电池板支架,属于光伏技术领域。该支架包括底座和安装在底座顶端的安装板;安装板的上表面固定有若干个光伏电池板固定块;光伏电池板固定块包括固定边框和铰接在固定边框的一个侧边的活动边框;固定边框的另一侧边上安装有搭扣;活动边框上设有与搭扣配合的搭钩;光伏电池板固定块内设有一个穿过安装板的通孔,通孔内穿设有线缆;线缆在安装板上方的一端安装有快速接插件。本发明提供的家庭光伏电池板支架,将若干个光伏电池板单独分开安装,并提供快速接插件来方便接线,然后将光伏电池板以活动卡扣固定,这样,当某一个光伏电池板出现故障,可以快速更换,不需要任何工具,方便快捷。

本发明涉及一种家庭光伏电池板支架,属于光伏技术领域。
背景技术
目前,光伏电池已经走进寻常百姓家中。但是,现有的光伏电池板支架,仅仅就是提供一个光伏电池板的支撑而已,并不具有其他功能。
而一般家庭的维修水平和工具都非常有限,当光伏电池板发生故障时,需要请专业人员来更换,这样,维护成本大大增加,对于一般家庭用户普及使用光伏电池板是一种阻碍。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提出一种光伏电池板易于拆卸和安装的光伏电池板支架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是: 一种家庭光伏电池板支架,包括底座和安装在所述底座顶端的安装板;所述安装板的上表面固定有若干个光伏电池板固定块;所述光伏电池板固定块包括固定边框和铰接在固定边框的一个侧边的活动边框;所述固定边框的另一侧边上安装有搭扣;所述活动边框上设有与所述搭扣配合的搭钩;所述光伏电池板固定块内设有一个穿过所述安装板的通孔,所述通孔内穿设有线缆;所述线缆在所述安装板上方的一端安装有快速接插件。
本发明进一步的完善在于:所述安装板的背面有容纳所述线缆的槽。
本发明更进一步的完善在于:所述底座包括立柱和斜撑杆。
本发明提供的家庭光伏电池板支架,将若干个光伏电池板单独分开安装,并提供快速接插件来方便接线,然后将光伏电池板以活动卡扣固定,这样,当某一个光伏电池板出现故障,可以快速更换,不需要任何工具,方便快捷。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的家庭光伏电池板支架,如图1所示,包括底座和安装在底座顶端的安装板3;底座则是由立柱1和斜撑杆2构成,在节约材料同时保证强度。
如图2所述,安装板3的上表面固定有若干个光伏电池板固定块4。光伏电池板固定块4包括固定、活动边框5组成。固定边框和活动边框的一个侧边通过铰轴8铰接在一起,另一个侧边上分别固定有相互配合的搭扣6和搭钩。
光伏电池板固定块4内设有一个穿过安装板3的通孔,通孔内穿设有线缆;线缆在安装板3上方的一端安装有快速接插件7。
安装板3的背面还有容纳线缆的槽,防止线缆混乱。
这样,使用的时候只需要将活动边框打开,再将光伏电池板被放置在固定块4内,然后将活动边框关闭,将搭扣6扣在搭钩上,最后将光伏电池板的输出线接在快速接插件7上即可。安装、拆卸都非常方便。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种家庭光伏电池板支架,包括底座和安装在所述底座顶端的安装板;其特征在于:所述安装板的上表面固定有若干个光伏电池板固定块;所述光伏电池板固定块包括固定边框和铰接在固定边框的一个侧边的活动边框;所述固定边框的另一侧边上安装有搭扣;所述活动边框上设有与所述搭扣配合的搭钩;所述光伏电池板固定块内设有一个穿过所述安装板的通孔,所述通孔内穿设有线缆;所述线缆在所述安装板上方的一端安装有快速接插件。
2.如权利要求1所述的家庭光伏电池板支架,其特征在于:所述安装板的背面有容纳所述线缆的槽。
