本发明公开了一种防爆式电池组,包括由多排多列的单体电池形成的电池组,所述的电池组上方覆盖有防火垫,所述防火垫开设有排火空隙和总排火孔,所述排火空隙设置成多排多列,所述排火空隙位于单体电池正极的正上方,所述总排火孔位于每排排火空隙的一侧端部。本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,防火防爆性能增加,设置防火垫后,疏导单体电池正极排出的火气,有效地阻止火势蔓延至周边单体电池,降低了电池的爆炸机率。

一种防爆式电池组
技术领域
本发明涉及电池技术领域,尤其是广泛应用于电动汽车行业的一种防爆式电池组。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,汽车也越来越普及。但同时,全球环境污染和石油紧缺的问题也更突出。人们开始考虑使用电池作为汽车的动力源,这种使用新型绿色能源的电动汽车应运而生。电池组的设计需要考虑很多因素,既要保证电池性能满足汽车要求,也要保证电池具有足够的安全性、可靠性,还需要考虑电池组与汽车之间的配合以降低整车质量和体积,这些都和电池组的结构密切相关。传统的电动汽车用电池组中,电池正极极易起火,当其中一个单体电池起火后,若无防火措施,则容易引起周边单体电池也着火,火势蔓延甚至引起整个电池组的爆炸,传统的电动汽车用电池组防火性能差,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防爆式电池组,其单体电池起火后不易蔓延至周围电池。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防爆式电池组,包括由多排多列的单体电池形成的电池组,所述的电池组上方覆盖有防火垫,所述防火垫开设有排火空隙和总排火孔,所述排火空隙设置成多排多列,所述排火空隙位于单体电池正极的正上方,所述总排火孔位于每排排火空隙的一侧端部。
进一步地,所述的排火空隙包括软柱、尖端和间隙,所述排火空隙中心为软柱,软柱周围连接有多个尖端,相邻两个尖端之间形成间隙。
或者,所述的排火空隙为“一”字形空隙或“十”字形空隙或“米”字形空隙。
当电池组其中一个单体电池起火时,单体电池内部的火气从单体电池正极排出,火气从排火空隙排出,再顺势从总排火孔排出电池组。排火空隙和总排火孔起到疏导排火的作用,且单向排火,火气只能出不能进,有效地防止火势蔓延至周边的单体电池,降低了电池组的爆炸机率,不影响其他单体电池的正常使用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,防火防爆性能增加,设置防火垫后,疏导单体电池正极排出的火气,有效地阻止火势蔓延至周边单体电池,降低了电池的爆炸机率。

如图1和图2所示的一种防爆式电池组,一种防爆式电池组,包括由多排多列的单体电池2形成的电池组1,所述的电池组1上方覆盖有防火垫3,所述防火垫3开设有排火空隙4和总排火孔5,所述排火空隙4设置成多排多列,所述排火空隙4位于单体电池2正极的正上方,所述总排火孔5位于每排排火空隙4的一侧端部。
所述的排火空隙4包括软柱41、尖端42和间隙43,所述排火空隙4中心为软柱41,软柱41周围连接有多个尖端42,相邻两个尖端42之间形成间隙43。
其他实施方式,所述的排火空隙4为“一”字形空隙或“十”字形空隙或“米”字形空隙或星形空隙。
当电池组其中一个单体电池2起火时,单体电池2内部的火气从单体电池2正极排出,火气从排火空隙4排出,再顺势从总排火孔5排出电池组1。排火空隙4和总排火孔5起到疏导排火的作用,且单向排火,火气只能出不能进,有效地防止火势蔓延至周边的单体电池,降低了电池组的爆炸机率,不影响其他单体电池的正常使用。

1.一种防爆式电池组,其特征在于:包括由多排多列的单体电池(2)形成的电池组(1),所述的电池组(1)上方覆盖有防火垫(3),所述防火垫(3)开设有排火空隙(4)和总排火孔(5),所述排火空隙(4)设置成多排多列,所述排火空隙(4)位于单体电池(2)正极的正上方,所述总排火孔(5)位于每排排火空隙(4)的一侧端部;所述的排火空隙(4)包括软柱(41)、尖端(42)和间隙(43),所述排火空隙(4)中心为软柱(41),软柱(41)周围连接有多个尖端(42),相邻两个尖端(42)之间形成间隙(43)。
