本发明公开了LED日光灯,包括底座(1)、基座(2)和LED灯源(3),所述底座(1)上固定设有基座(2),所述基座(2)为截面是凸字形的柱体且设有三个基面(4),所述相邻基面(4)不在一个平面上,所述基面(4)和相邻基面(4)的连接面板(5)上设有LED控制芯板,所述底座(1)上设有电源适配器(6),所述电源适配器(6)通过导线穿过基座(2)与LED控制芯板连接,所述LED灯源(3)与LED控制芯板固定连接。本发明具有结构简单、装配方便且照明效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED光源灯,具体涉及LED日光灯。
背景技术
LED日光灯与普通日光灯形状差不多的灯管,可以替代普通日光灯的灯具,其亮度尤其显得更柔和更使人们容易接受,一般采用晶元芯片作为发光的半导体材料,置于散热材料上,然后加上优质散热外壳和稳定专业的电源。但是现有的产品,其照射强度不够,达不到室内照明的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供结构简单、装配方便且照明效果好的LED日光灯。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种LED日光灯,包括底座、基座和LED灯源,所述底座上固定设有基座,所述基座为截面是凸字形的柱体且设有三个基面,所述相邻基面不在一个平面上,所述基面和相邻基面的连接面板上设有LED控制芯板,所述底座上设有电源适配器,所述电源适配器通过导线穿过基座与LED控制芯板连接,所述LED灯源与LED控制芯板固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底座上设有光学灯罩,所述光学灯罩由若干个截面是弧形灯罩组成。所述连接面板上的LED灯源由若干个LED光珠组成,所述相邻LED光珠距离为1-5cm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基面上的LED光源为LED光管。所述底座长度:相邻光珠的之间距离=10:1。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点。
由于基座为截面是凸字形的柱体且设有三个基面,所述相邻基面不在一个平面上,所述基面和相邻基面的连接面板上设有LED控制芯板,不同的构造能够补充照射强度,三个基面上的LED灯源能够相互重叠照射范围,具有高光效且通用性强的特点,克服了现有的技术的照射强度不够的缺点。
由于底座上设有光学灯罩,所述光学灯罩由若干个截面是弧形灯罩组成。光学灯罩进一步增加光源的照射强度。由于连接面板上的LED灯源由若干个LED光珠组成,所述相邻LED光珠距离为1-5cm,适当补充基面上的LED光源的照射强度。所述基面上的LED光源为LED光管。所述底座长度:相邻光珠的之间距离=10:1,该距离比例是最适于补充照射强度的距离比,且不造成浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的解释说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种LED日光灯,包括底座1、基座2和LED灯源,底座1上固定设有基座2,基座2为截面是凸字形的柱体且设有三个基面4,相邻基面4不在一个平面上,基面4和相邻基面4的连接面板5上设有LED控制芯板,底座1上设有电源适配器6,电源适配器6通过导线穿过基座2与LED控制芯板连接,LED灯源与LED控制芯板固定连接。
底座1上设有光学灯罩7,光学灯罩7由若干个截面是弧形灯罩组成。连接面板5上的LED灯源由若干个LED光珠3组成,相邻LED光珠3距离为1-5cm。基面4上的LED光源为LED光管8。底座1长度:相邻光珠的之间距离=10:1。

1.一种LED日光灯,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、基座(2)和LED灯源,所述底座(1)上固定设有基座(2),所述基座(2)为截面是凸字形的柱体且设有三个基面(4),所述截面为与基座延伸方向垂直的方向上的截面 ,相邻基面(4)不在一个平面上,所述基面(4)和相邻基面(4)的连接面板(5)上设有LED控制芯板,所述底座(1)上设有电源适配器(6),所述电源适配器(6)通过导线穿过基座(2)与LED控制芯板连接,所述LED灯源与LED控制芯板固定连接,所述连接面板(5)上的LED灯源由若干个LED光珠(3)组成,相邻LED光珠(3)之间的距离为1-5cm,所述三个基面(4)上的LED光源为LED光管(8),所述底座(1)长度:相邻光珠之间的距离=10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设有光学灯罩(7),所述光学灯罩(7)由若干个截面是弧形的灯罩组成。
