本发明涉及了一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置;其特征在于所述的螺旋藻原液桶1、营养液桶2、CO2发生器3放置在培养箱的右边,用管道与螺旋藻培养桶11连接、螺旋藻培养桶11上方装置加压泵与光催化桶连接12,ITO2桶4用管道光催化桶连接12;培养架上方装置制冷模组8,后方装置散热风扇9,下方装置LED灯组1,6LED灯组2,控制模组10;中间用隔板分开两厢,右厢装置螺旋藻培养桶11,左箱装置光催化桶12、厢两侧装置加热模组7;培养室13由彩钢岩棉夹芯板与轻钢架组成,内壁用铝箔纸包覆。

Description

一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置,属于智能农业设施技术领域。
背景技术
螺旋藻含有大量的蛋白质,占净重约55-77%,其中的蛋白质由异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸等氨基酸组成,此外还含有维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B12、烟酸及微量元素钙、铁、锌、镁微量元素,目前螺旋藻的营养萃取物,应用在食品的应用已经有很多的产品,目前对螺旋藻的营养素的萃取大都采用化学、酶解、机械破碎等方法制取,制取的工艺成本高,常用的酶解法,容易产生环境的污染,如何利用螺旋藻中的氨基酸,使用在农用的饲料与肥料的应用,用以提高作物的生长与抗逆的能力,是目前农业设施技术上一种新的研究方向。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置,应用光催化的物理方法,将培养好的螺旋藻膨胀后产生细胞破壁破裂,使藻体内部的营养素流出后、经过滤收集后,得到纯净的螺旋藻营养液,所得到的产物直接添加在有机肥料、饲料中,增加其中的氨基酸、维生素与少量的矿物质的成分,增进农作物、养殖的营养补充与抗病能力的目的。
为实现上述的目的本发明为一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置,其特征包含以下结构: 1螺旋藻原液桶、2营养液桶、3CO2发生器、4ITO2桶、5LED灯组1、6LED灯组2、7加热模组、8制冷模组、9散热风扇、10控制模组、11螺旋藻培养桶、12光催化桶组、13培养室、14螺旋藻养殖执行系统组成。
其装置方法:
1)  螺旋藻原液桶1、营养液桶2、CO2发生器3放置在培养箱的右边,各桶的上方装置加压泵,用管道与螺旋藻培养桶11的连接;
2)  螺旋藻培养桶11上方装置加压泵与光催化桶连接12;
3)  ITO2桶4上方装置加压泵用管道光催化桶连接12;
4)  培养架上方装置制冷模组8,后方装置散热风扇9,下方装置LED灯组1,6LED灯组2,控制模组10;中间用隔板分开两厢;
5)  右厢装置螺旋藻培养桶11,左箱装置光催化桶12、厢两侧装置加热模组7;
6)  培养室13由彩钢岩棉夹芯板与轻钢架组成,内壁用铝箔纸包覆;
7)  培养室右前上方装置显示屏;显示培养室的温度湿度。
本发明的优点:
与现有的技术相比,本发明采用光合细菌对光照波长的不同生理反应与太阳的起降,依据养殖的目标,进行智能补光,用半导体制冷,与碳纤维加热,有效的利用远红外线的能量,增加光合细菌健康的生长,经由隧道式的流动增加培养液的均匀混合,可以维持培养液的温度与营养均衡,由光合细菌养殖执行系统与培养装置的各种传感器无线连接,即时的收集培养环境的资料与控制,实现远程、批量的培养模式,不但降低养殖成本,节省人力与能耗,更可增加产量。

  具体实施方式
下面结合附图1详细说明本发明的一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的结构与功能:
1、螺旋藻原液桶:存放螺旋藻原液,材质为玻璃钢,设有进料阀门、出料加压泵一个;
2、营养液桶:存放螺旋藻营养液,材质玻璃钢,设有进料阀门、出料加压泵一个;
3、CO2发生器:CO2气体发生器,材质透明PE塑料;
4、ITO2桶:存放ITO2,材质玻璃钢,设有进料阀门、出料加压泵一个;
5、LED灯组1:红灯1颗、由650nmLED灯珠20颗组成;
6、LED灯组2:紫外线灯1颗、由385nmLED灯株10颗组成;蓝灯1颗、由470nmLED灯10颗组成;红灯一颗、由650nmLED10颗组成;
7、加热模组:由碳纤维加热线组成;
8、制冷模组:由半导体致冷片与水散热模组组成;
9、散热风扇:12V电机;
10、控制模组:由ZigBee通讯模组与单晶片控制模组组成;
11、螺旋藻培养桶:材质透明有机玻璃;桶上面设置开关阀门4个;分别与螺旋藻原液桶、营养液桶、CO2发生器、光催化桶;
12、光催化桶组: 材质透明有机玻璃;桶上面设置开关阀门2个;分别连接到ITO2桶,螺旋藻培养桶;下部设置开关阀门一个,连接到收集桶;
13、培养室:由彩钢岩棉夹芯板与轻钢架组成,内壁用铝箔纸包覆
14、螺旋藻养殖执行系统
工作原理如下:
(1)、由无线控制模组10的温度、EC、CO2传感器的现场数值,传回到螺旋藻养殖执行系统14,进行各项参数的比对运算后,发出控制讯号,经ZigBee通讯协议传输到无线控制模组10,分别进行对螺旋藻原液桶1、营养液桶、2加热模组7、制冷模组8、的启动与关闭动作,进行温度补偿、营养液、ITO2的补充做相对应动作;
(2)、LED灯组5、LED灯组6的时间开关控制,由螺旋藻养殖执行系统14自动演算太阳运行的时间角,换算成日出日落的时间,针对不同培养种类的生物特性与培养时间,智能的进行人工补光;
(3)、其中的温度补偿由制冷模组8与加热模组7,经由螺旋藻养殖执行系统14自动判断对机体框架的温度,自动进行温度补偿;
(4)、螺旋藻培养桶培养完成的培养液,自动流入光催化桶内,启动ITO2桶的加压泵,投入配比的ITO2原液,启动LED灯组2进行光催化作用;完成后经由出料阀门,流到收集桶中。
 
本发明的特色是经由光催化方法制取螺旋藻营养素,经由光催化法,直接破坏螺旋藻的细胞壁,不经过酶化的化学处理,在低温环境下,不会破坏螺旋藻的氨基酸、维生素的营养,制取的营养素,适合应用在肥料、饲料的添加剂中,可节省培养与制取的成本,另可实现远程、批量、批次的养殖与制取的功能。
 
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

1.一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置,其特征是:1螺旋藻原液桶、2营养液桶、3CO2发生器、4ITO2桶、5LED灯组1、6LED灯组2、7加热模组、8制冷模组、9散热风扇、10控制模组、11螺旋藻培养桶、12光催化桶组、13培养室、14螺旋藻养殖执行系统组成。
2.为实现权力要求1的一种光催化制取螺旋藻营养素的装置,其特征在于以下的安装方法:
螺旋藻原液桶1、营养液桶2、CO2发生器3放置在培养箱的右边,各桶的上方装置加压泵,用管道与螺旋藻培养桶11的连接;
螺旋藻培养桶11上方装置加压泵与光催化桶连接12;
ITO2桶4上方装置加压泵用管道光催化桶连接12;
培养架上方装置制冷模组8,后方装置散热风扇9,下方装置LED灯组1,6LED灯组2,控制模组10,中间用隔板分开两厢;
右厢装置螺旋藻培养桶11,左箱装置光催化桶12、厢两侧装置加热模组7;
培养室13由彩钢岩棉夹芯板与轻钢架组成,内壁用铝箔纸包覆;
培养室右前上方装置显示屏;显示培养室的温度湿度;
培养控制由远程主机,安装螺旋藻养殖执行系统14,透过ZigBee通讯协议连接。
