Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝钢复合板,属于板材结构技术领域,该铝钢复合板通过在热镀锌钢板基板单面采用碳纤维复合膜复合铝带面板,从而增加了其耐腐蚀性能,并且通过设定其各个板质的厚度范围,从而在采用合理金属材料的情况下,克服了现有技术中的铝钢复合板加工性能差、耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热效果差导致阻碍铝钢复合板的推广和应用的问题,进而在保证实际应用可行的情况下,既提高了铝钢复合板的加工性能,又增强了铝钢复合板的耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热性能,同时还增强了铝钢复合板的耐腐蚀性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,尤其涉及一种铝钢复合板。
背景技术
铝钢复合板是一种具有特殊使用性能的新型结构材料。由于钢具有高硬质、高熔点等特点,而铝又具有优良的导电性、导热性,良好的耐腐蚀性、密度小等特点,两者复合后能够充分发挥两种金属的优良特性,其用途越来越受到人们的重视。
因此,随着人们对于建筑的需求越来越高,铝钢复合板广泛应用于建筑材料领域,其主要用于:外装材料—大型楼宇、大型工厂屋面、机场屋面、高铁站台屋面、体育馆和大型展览馆屋面等;内装材料—顶材、幕墙、墙壁等。
但是,现有技术中的铝钢复合板其加工性能较差,且耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热效果也较差,同时铝钢复合板的表面耐腐蚀性能也不尽理想,从而阻碍了铝钢复合板的推广和应用,进而阻碍了相关行业的发展。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种铝钢复合板,以克服现有技术中的铝钢复合板加工性能差、耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热效果差导致阻碍铝钢复合板的推广和应用的问题,从而在保证实际应用可行的情况下,既提高了铝钢复合板的加工性能,又增强了铝钢复合板的耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热性能,同时还增强了铝钢复合板的耐腐蚀性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种铝钢复合板,其中,包括:热镀锌钢带基板、覆盖于所述热镀锌钢带基板单面的碳纤维复合膜,覆盖于所述碳纤维复合膜表面的铝带面板,所述铝带面板、所述碳纤维复合膜和所述热镀锌钢带基板通过高温滚压复合成为一体;
其中,所述热镀锌钢带基板的厚度大于所述铝带面板的厚度。
上述的铝钢复合板,其中,所述热镀锌钢带基板包括:钢板基板和覆盖于所述钢板基板表面的无油无花镀锌膜。
上述的铝钢复合板,其中,所述铝带面板的厚度在0.15~0.3mm之间。
上述的铝钢复合板,其中,所述碳纤维复合膜的厚度为0.01±0.005mm。
上述的铝钢复合板,其中,所述铝钢复合板的厚度在0.4~3mm之间
上述技术方案具有如下优点或者有益效果:
本发明提供的铝钢复合板,在热镀锌钢板基板单面通过碳纤维复合膜复合铝带面板,从而增加了其耐腐蚀性能,并且通过设定其各个板质的厚度范围,从而在采用合理金属材料的情况下,克服了现有技术中的铝钢复合板加工性能差、耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热效果差导致阻碍铝钢复合板的推广和应用的问题,进而在保证实际应用可行的情况下,既提高了铝钢复合板的加工性能,又增强了铝钢复合板的耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热性能,同时还增强了铝钢复合板的耐腐蚀性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但是不作为本发明的限定。
实施例1:
图1是本发明实施例1提供的铝钢复合板的结构示意图;如图所示,本发明实施例1提供的铝钢复合板包括:热镀锌钢带基板101、覆盖于热镀锌钢带基板101单面的碳纤维复合膜102,覆盖于碳纤维复合膜102表面的铝带面板103,铝带面板103、碳纤维复合膜102和热镀锌钢带基板101通过高温滚压复合成为一体;其中,热镀锌钢带基板101的厚度大于铝带面板103的厚度。
在本发明实施例1提供的新型三层不锈钢复合板中,热镀锌钢板基板101的厚度根据实际应用需求进行相应的调整,比如用于幕墙的热镀锌钢板基板的厚度就比用于建筑屋面的热镀锌钢板基板的厚度薄,就能够满足幕墙的相关参数需求。
在本发明实施例1提供的新型三层不锈钢复合板中,热镀锌钢带基板包括:钢板基板和覆盖于钢板基板表面的无油无花镀锌膜,该无油无花镀锌膜能够增加热镀锌钢板基板的粘结性能。
在本发明实施例1提供的新型三层不锈钢复合板中,铝带面板103采用3000系列,其厚度在0.15~0.3mm之间,如0.15mm、0.18mm、0.20mm、0.23mm、0.25mm、0.28mm、0.30mm等,该厚度范围的铝带面板能够使得整体的铝钢复合板满足建筑领域的各个板材的需求,从而使得该厚度范围设置的最为合理。
在本发明实施例1提供的新型三层不锈钢复合板中,碳纤维复合膜102的厚度为0.01±0.005mm,如0.005mm、0.007mm、0.01mm、0.013mm、0.015mm等,该厚度范围的碳纤维复合膜能够保证铝带面板充分粘结复合于热镀锌钢板基板上。
在本发明实施例1提供的新型三层不锈钢复合板中,铝钢复合板的厚度在0.4~3mm之间,如0.4mm、0.8mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm等,该厚度范围的铝钢复合板能够满足建筑领域的各个板材的需求,从而使得该厚度范围设置的最为合理。
综上所述,本发明实施例1提供的铝钢复合板,在热镀锌钢板基板单面通过碳纤维复合膜复合铝带面板,从而增加了其耐腐蚀性能,并且通过设定其各个板质的厚度范围,从而在采用合理金属材料的情况下,克服了现有技术中的铝钢复合板加工性能差、耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热效果差导致阻碍铝钢复合板的推广和应用的问题,进而在保证实际应用可行的情况下,既提高了铝钢复合板的加工性能,又增强了铝钢复合板的耐候性、防震性和隔音隔热性能,同时还增强了铝钢复合板的耐腐蚀性。
本领域技术人员应该理解,本领域技术人员结合现有技术以及上述实施例可以实现所述变化例,在此不予赘述。这样的变化例并不影响本发明的实质内容,在此不予赘述。

Claims (5)
1.一种铝钢复合板,其特征在于,包括:热镀锌钢带基板、覆盖于所述热镀锌钢带基板单面的碳纤维复合膜,覆盖于所述碳纤维复合膜表面的铝带面板,所述铝带面板、所述碳纤维复合膜和所述热镀锌钢带基板通过高温滚压复合成为一体;
其中,所述热镀锌钢带基板的厚度大于所述铝带面板的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝钢复合板,其特征在于,所述热镀锌钢带基板包括:钢板基板和覆盖于所述钢板基板表面的无油无花镀锌膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的铝钢复合板,其特征在于,所述铝带面板的厚度在0.15~0.3mm之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的铝钢复合板,其特征在于,所述碳纤维复合膜的厚度为0.01±0.005mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的铝钢复合板,其特征在于,所述铝钢复合板的厚度在0.4~3mm之间。
