技术领域
本发明涉及一种带防紫外线功能的透气面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对穿着的要求也越来越高，面料越来越讲究，除了环保、时尚、物美价廉，也要透气、舒适、多功能。常规的面料不具备防紫外线的功能，而紫外线在日光中约占6%，其中UV-A的比例较大，UV-B比例较小。UV-A会透过表皮组织下面，使肌肉失去弹性，皮肤粗糙，造成皱纹，UV-B则有致皮肤癌问题。同时静电和辐射无处不在，同样也会对人体产生不良的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种可以防紫外线，且透气排汗功能的带防紫外线功能的透气面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明带防紫外线功能的透气面料，包括下棉布层、羊毛层和上棉布层，所述羊毛层设于下棉布层和上棉布层之间，所述上棉布层的表面覆有一层透气层，该透气层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽，所述透气层的表面设有防紫外线层，该防紫外线层是一个经氧化锌处理过的无纺布，该无纺布上吸附有超细氧化锌粒子，所述下棉布层、羊毛层、上棉布层、透气层和防紫外线层的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种带防紫外线功能的透气面料表面的防紫外线层是一个经氧化锌处理过的无纺布，该无纺布上吸附有超细氧化锌粒子，其紫外线屏蔽率可达89%，同时透气层为涤纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维为皮层，聚酰胺纤维为芯层，所述聚酰胺纤维的聚酰胺纤维截面呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽可以透气并排汗。

参见图1至图3，本发明涉及一种带防紫外线功能的透气面料，它包括下棉布层1、羊毛层2和上棉布层3，所述羊毛层2设于下棉布层1和上棉布层3之间，所述上棉布层3的表面覆有一层透气层4，该透气层3为涤纶纤维3.1和聚酰胺纤维3.2经混纺编织而成，其中涤纶纤维3.1为皮层，聚酰胺纤维3.2为芯层，该聚酰胺纤维3.2具有亲水性，所述聚酰胺纤维3.2的聚酰胺纤维截面3.2.1呈五角星形，该五角星相邻两个角之间形成沟槽3.2.2，汗水从沟槽3.2.2中排到面料表面，从而被挥发，进而达到透气排汗的目的。
所述透气层4的表面设有防紫外线层5，该防紫外线层5是一个经氧化锌处理过的无纺布，该无纺布上吸附有超细氧化锌粒子，其紫外线屏蔽率可达89%，所述下棉布层1、羊毛层2、上棉布层3、透气层4和防紫外线层5的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合。
