技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
盗汗是中医的一个病证名，是以入睡后汗出异常，醒后汗泄即止为特征的一种病征。对于小儿非生理性的盗汗，也即对于病理性盗汗的小儿，盗汗的主要是因心血不足所致，表现为：阴虚火旺：虚则阳盛，虚热内生，阴气空虚等，中医认为，“汗为心液”，若盗汗长期不止，心阴耗伤十分严重，应积极治疗。
目前，治疗小儿病理性盗汗的方法很多，除了补充钙等元素外，主要是采用中药来治疗，如中药秦艽鳖甲汤、虚汗停颗粒等，这些中药服用效果不是特别明显。盗汗是中医的一个病证名，是以入睡后汗出异常，醒后汗泄即止为特征的一种病征。小儿盗汗多发生于0-10岁儿童。盗汗的儿童常出现精神倦怠、脸色苍白、四肢乏力、不思饮食、容易感冒、睡眠多梦等症状。中医认为小儿盗汗是由于心血不足，心脾受损或先天不足及后天失调，血虚、阴虚为主。现代医学研究表明，出汗过多会导致儿童体内必需的微量元素流失和电解质失衡，影响孩子的健康成长，甚至诱发其他疾病。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
白芍5-10份，黄芪5-15份，浮小麦10-20份，滑石5-15份；酸枣仁10-20份；茯苓5-15份，谷芽5-15份，白术5-15份，生地5-15份，葛根5-15份，竹叶5-15份，饴糖40-50份。
在上述方案的基础上，一种治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
白芍8份，黄芪10份，浮小麦15份，滑石10份；酸枣仁15份；茯苓10份，谷芽10份，白术10份，生地10份，葛根10份，竹叶10份，饴糖45份。
一种制备如上所述的治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物的方法，具体步骤如下：
1)按量称取组合物中各组分，并将各组分清洗干净；
2)将组合物中各组分(除饴糖外)粉碎至40目；
3)将组合物中各组分(除饴糖外)加入到1000份水中，浸泡30分钟后武火煮沸，煮沸后改文火煎煮20分钟；
4)过滤，弃掉滤渣，在滤液中加入饴糖，充分搅拌；
5)在50℃的条件下将滤液浓缩至稠膏状。
本发明所述的中药组合物，组方合理，组方中白芍养血敛阴、平抑肝阳；黄芪补气升阳、益卫固表；浮小麦益气止汗、解热；滑石利水通淋、清热解暑、清热收敛；酸枣仁养心安神、敛汗。茯苓利水渗湿、健脾、安神；谷芽消食和中、健脾开胃；白术补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、通便，饴糖补脾益气、缓急止痛、润肺止咳。生地清热凉血、养阴生津、润肠；葛根解热生津；竹叶清热除烦、生津、利尿。

实验例：
自2008年以来，用本方治疗小儿盗汗52例。用于本发明制备的膏剂，每日2次，每次4g，7天为疗程，连续服用2个疗程。
其中在服用1疗程后不再盗汗的有20例；服用两个疗程后不再盗汗的有31例，两个疗程后仅有1例盗汗症状减轻但未治愈。愈后的患儿3个月内无再次复发盗汗。
下面结合具体病例进一步说明本发明的效果。
1、李某，女，2岁，盗汗，夜啼，厌食，经常感冒，咳嗽。服用本发明实施例2制备的膏剂，每日2次，每次4g，7天为疗程，连续服用2个疗程。1个疗程后，盗汗明显好转，饮食规律，后继续服用1个疗程，痊愈。愈后未复发。

3、陈某，5岁，患有盗汗症2年多，睡觉时会大汗淋漓，服用本发明实施例2制备的膏剂，每日2次，每次4g，7天为疗程，连续服用2个疗程。1个疗程后，盗汗明显好转，后继续服用1个疗程，痊愈。愈后未复发。
上述参照实施例对治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物及其制备方法进行的详细描述，是说明性的而不是限定性的，可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例，因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改，应属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数组成：
白芍5-10份，黄芪5-15份，浮小麦10-20份，滑石5-15份，酸枣仁10-20份，茯苓5-15份，谷芽5-15份，白术5-15份，生地5-15份，葛根5-15份，竹叶5-15份，饴糖40-50份；
制备方法具体步骤如下：
1)按量称取组合物中各组分，并将各组分清洗干净；
2)将组合物中除饴糖外的各组分粉碎至40目；
3)将组合物中除饴糖外的各组分加入到1000份水中，浸泡30分钟后武火煮沸，煮沸后改文火煎煮20分钟；
4)过滤，弃掉滤渣，在滤液中加入饴糖，充分搅拌；
5)在50℃的条件下将滤液浓缩至稠膏状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗小儿盗汗的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份 数组成：
白芍8份，黄芪10份，浮小麦15份，滑石10份，酸枣仁15份，茯苓10份，谷芽10份，白术10份，生地10份，葛根10份，竹叶10份，饴糖45份。
