Abstract
一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其第一层为支撑层，与内底连接，周边比第二层小5～6mm，第二层为增强层，第三层为连接层，增强层、连接层两层或其中一层设有豁口，该小后掌钉合后，第一层与内底、帮角有缝隙。注胶时，与帮脚之间的缝隙填入胶料，周边的豁口同时充入胶料，于是形成主体网状胶联体，从而增加了后跟胶体与小后掌的胶联，也减少了开胶现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋加工领域，尤其涉及一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌。
背景技术
注射鞋或模压鞋用传统小后掌如图1所示边缘圆滑，与内底、后跟及帮脚结合面有限，连接不牢，导致很易开胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，减少鞋开胶现象。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的：
一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，该小后掌垂直方向上分为三层，第一层为支撑层，与内底连接，周边比第二层小5～6mm，第二层为增强层，第三层为连接层，增强层、连接层两层或其中一层设有豁口。
所述增强层或连接层设有豁口。
所述豁口位于增强层或连接层后跟部以及两侧等距距边部位。
所述豁口为“月牙”形。
所述增强层与连接层周边大小相同。
所述小后掌是由各层用钉钉合成一体。
本发明的小后掌钉合后，第一层与内底、帮角有缝隙，胶料注入填入缝隙同时，豁口也充入胶料，于是在后掌与内底、帮脚、后跟之间形成主体网状胶联体，从而增加了后跟胶体与小后掌的胶联，减少了开胶现象。

具体实施方式
一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，如图2所示，垂直方向上分为三层，第一层为支撑层1，与内底连接，周边比第二层小5～6mm，第二层为增强层2，第三层为连接层3，增强层2与连接层3设有“月牙”形豁口4，该小后掌钉合后，第一层1与内底、帮角有缝隙，这样便于胶料注入，与小后掌、帮脚、内底成一体，周边的“月牙”豁口4在注射或模压时也同时注入胶料。
需要指出的是，豁口4的形状不限于“月牙”形，可位于增强层或连接层。
所述增强层与连接层周边大小相同。
该专利小后掌用生产中的边角废料套裁而成，然后各层用钉钉合成一体，这样一是可以方便豁口加工，二是可以大大节约材料。
传统用小后掌如图1所示，边缘光滑，本发明的小后掌与传统小后掌相比，由于第一层与内底、帮脚有缝隙，及专门设置的豁口4，增大了注入胶料后胶联的结合面积，且增强层或连接层存在的豁口注入胶料后，使小后掌与后跟形成扣合连接，连接更加牢固，对开胶现象有极大的改善作用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下，还可以作出若干改变和改进，这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其特征在于：该小后掌垂直方向上分为三层，第一层为支撑层，与内底连接，周边比第二层小5～6mm，第二层为增强层，第三层为连接层，增强层、连接层两层或其中一层设有豁口。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其特征在于：所述豁口位于增强层或连接层后跟部以及两侧等距距边部位。
3.如权利要求2所述的注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其特征在于：所述豁口为“月牙”形。
4.如权利要求3所述的注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其特征在于：所述增强层与连接层周边大小相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的注射或模压鞋专用小后掌，其特征在于：所述小后掌各层用钉钉合成一体。
