Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，其中，包括主体，主体为聚氨酯主体，主体的内侧壁上设置有聚苯乙烯保温层，聚苯乙烯保温层的内壁上设置有水泥层，因此本发明的聚氨酯蔬菜大棚能更有效的保证大棚内室温，从而保证了蔬菜健康成长，提高了蔬菜的产量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，具体说是蔬菜大棚的保温墙体的构架。
背景技术
众所周知，蔬菜大棚是一种具有保温性能的框架覆膜结构，它出现使的人们可以吃到反季节蔬菜；一般蔬菜大棚使用竹结构或者钢结构的骨架，上面覆上一层或多层保温塑料膜，这样就形成了一个温室空间；外膜很好地阻止内部蔬菜生长所产生的二氧化碳的流失，使棚内具有良好的保温效果。
但是这种大棚结构因外侧多采用塑料膜作为保温材料，而塑料膜的保温效果较差，不能更有效地保证大棚内部保温效果，在东北这类比较寒冷的区域，大棚内蔬菜经常有冻伤从而无法生长的危险存在。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种更有效保证大棚内室温，从而保证了蔬菜健康成长的新型蔬菜大棚。
本发明的一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，其中，包括主体，所述主体为聚氨酯主体。
本发明的聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，其中，所述聚氨酯主体的内侧壁上设置有聚苯乙烯保温层。
本发明的聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，其中，所述聚苯乙烯保温层的内壁上设置有水泥层。
本发明一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚的有益效果为：将主体设置为聚氨酯主体，聚氨酯材料是具有吏好保温效果的材料，从而更有效保证大棚内室温，从而保证了蔬菜健康成长。

实施例一：
参见图1，本发明的一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚，包括主体1，主体1为聚氨酯主体；聚氨酯主体的内侧壁上设置有聚苯乙烯保温层2；聚苯乙烯保温层2的内壁上设置有水泥层3；将主体1设置为聚氨酯主体，聚氨酯材料是具有更好保温效果的材料，从而更有效保证大棚内室温，从而保证了蔬菜健康成长。
本发明的一种聚氨酯蔬菜大棚安装方便快捷，轻便，耐久使用不腐朽，不开裂复合型大棚墙体，使用聚氨酯做主体，硬度大，保温效果强，为节约成本内部使用轻质的聚苯乙烯，作为聚氨酯的内附部分空气不流通有助于提高保温效果。为加固墙体延长使用寿命，墙体内侧粉刷又白色水泥，既美观又加固，外侧先装上铁丝网又粉刷灰水泥，更一步加固墙体延长使用寿命。
聚氨酯保温墙一块宽100厘米高240厘米内部聚苯乙烯10厘米厚宽90厘米高230厘米。
