Abstract
本发明涉及一种LED埋地灯,包括设有灯源的基板和底座,还包括光感应开关、人体感应开关、防水胶圈、蓄电池和灯罩,在所述灯罩边缘与所述底座边缘之间还设有防水胶套,所述人体感应开关和所述光感应开关分别设于所述灯罩边缘的下端,所述蓄电池设于所述底座的底部,所述蓄电池的上端设有散热器,所述散热器上端连接所述基板,所述基板的上表面还套设有太阳能电池板。本发明的有益效果是:通过在基板上设有太阳能电池板为蓄电池充电实现节能的同时为灯源提供电能,且在灯罩和底座的连接处还设有防水胶套能够起到较好的防水效果,同时,通过人体感应开关和光感应开关来感应控制灯源的开启和关闭,结构简单,使用方便,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种防水效果好且节能的LED埋地灯。
背景技术
LED埋地灯是埋设于地面做装饰或指示照明之用的,常见于商场、停车场、绿化带、公园旅游景点、住宅小区、城市雕塑、不行街道、大楼台阶等室外场所,埋地灯一般由面盖、灯体、底盖密封组合后再放置在预埋件里一起安装于地下的坑洞里,由于是在室外地面使用,埋地灯的技术指标有防水性、防腐蚀性、抗老化性、耐高温性等,尤其需要具备极强的防水性。
现有LED埋地灯的面盖和LED灯体的两者在接触面处的面积相等,形状大小一致,组装时将两者的边缘对齐后通过螺钉固定,在阴雨天地面的积水会通过预埋件的顶盖渗透至下方的LED埋地灯内,由于面盖和LED灯体的边缘齐平,雨水滴落在面盖上后会沿着面盖边缘渗透至LED灯体内,日积月累LED灯体内会有积水,从而损坏灯体的电路系统,影响LED灯体的使用寿命,因此现有LED埋地灯的防水设计还可以从面盖和LED灯体的结构改进出发以达到更好的防水效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服背景技术的缺陷,提供一种防水效果好且节能的LED埋地灯,结构简单。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种LED埋地灯,包括设有灯源的基板和底座,所述基板设置在所述底座上,还包括光感应开关、人体感应开关、防水胶圈、蓄电池和灯罩,所述灯罩覆盖在所述基板和所述底座上,所述灯罩边缘向外延伸至所述底座边缘外侧,且在所述灯罩边缘与所述底座边缘之间还设有一圈防水胶套,所述人体感应开关和所述光感应开关分别对称设于所述灯罩两侧的边缘下端,且位于所述灯罩与和所述防水胶套之间,所述蓄电池设于所述底座的底部,所述蓄电池的上端设有散热器,所述散热器上端连接所述基板,所述基板的上表面还套设有太阳能电池板,且所述灯源向上延伸出所述太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板通过电线连接至所述蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过电线依次连接至所述光感应开关、所述人体感应开关和所述基板。
进一步的技术方案是,所述人体感应开关的感应范围为10~15m。
进一步的技术方案是,所述人体感应开关为JY-18型号的红外线人体感应开关。
进一步的技术方案是,所述灯罩由设有双层夹荧光胶的钢化玻璃组成。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在基板上设有太阳能电池板能够为蓄电池充电实现节能的同时为灯源提供电能,且在灯罩和底座的连接处还设有一圈防水胶套能够起到较好的防水效果,同时,通过人体感应开关和光感应开关来感应控制灯源的开启和关闭,结构简单,使用方便,实用性强。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种LED埋地灯,包括设有灯源的基板5和底座6,所述基板5设置在所述底座6上,还包括光感应开关3、人体感应开关10、防水胶圈9、蓄电池7和灯罩2,所述灯罩2覆盖在所述基板5和所述底座6上,所述灯罩2边缘向外延伸至所述底座6边缘外侧,且在所述灯罩2边缘与所述底座6边缘之间还设有一圈防水胶套9,所述人体感应开关10和所述光感应开关3分别对称设于所述灯罩2两侧边缘的下端,且位于所述灯罩与所述防水胶套9之间,所述蓄电池7设于所述底座1的底部,所述蓄电池7的上端设有散热器8,所述散热器8上端连接所述基板5,所述基板5的上表面还套设有太阳能电池板4,且所述灯源1向上延伸出所述太阳能电池板4,所述太阳能电池板4通过电线连接至所述蓄电池7,所述蓄电池7通过电线依次连接至所述光感应开关4、所述人体感应开关10和所述基板5。
所述人体感应开关10的感应范围为10~15m。
所述人体感应开关10为JY-18型号的红外线人体感应开关。
所述灯罩2由设有双层夹荧光胶的钢化玻璃组成。
本发明通过在基板5上设有太阳能电池板4能够为蓄电池7充电实现节能的同时为灯源1提供电能,且在灯罩2和底座6的连接处还设有一圈防水胶套9能够起到较好的防水效果,同时10通过人体感应开关和光感应开关3来感应控制灯源1的开启和关闭,当人体感应开关10感应到附近人出现且光感应开关3感应为黑暗时,所述人体感应开关10和光感应开关3均连通,使得灯源1开启;否则,灯源1关闭,结构简单,使用方便,实用性强。

1.一种LED埋地灯,包括设有灯源的基板和底座,所述基板设置在所述底座上,其特征在于,还包括光感应开关、人体感应开关、防水胶圈、蓄电池和灯罩,所述灯罩覆盖在所述基板和所述底座上,所述灯罩边缘向外延伸至所述底座边缘外侧,且在所述灯罩边缘与所述底座边缘之间还设有一圈防水胶套,所述人体感应开关和所述光感应开关分别对称设于所述灯罩两侧边缘的下端,且位于所述灯罩与所述防水胶套之间,所述蓄电池设于所述底座的底部,所述蓄电池的上端设有散热器,所述散热器上端连接所述基板,所述基板的上表面还套设有太阳能电池板,且所述灯源向上延伸出所述太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板通过电线连接至所述蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过电线依次连接至所述光感应开关、所述人体感应开关和所述基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED埋地灯,其特征在于,所述人体感应开关的感应范围为10~15m。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种LED埋地灯,其特征在于,所述人体感应开关为JY-18型号的红外线人体感应开关。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述一种LED埋地灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩由设有双层夹荧光胶的钢化玻璃组成。
