本发明涉及一种空调连接管,包括铜管、铝管、保温套管,铝管的两端分别与铜管焊接固定,保温套管分别套装在铜管以及铝管的外部,所述铝管为波纹管,在铝管上套有内套管,内套管上套有螺旋弹簧,在铜管与铝管的焊接处设有一个接头,所述接头包括外套与内套,所述内套一端密封连接所述铜管,所述铝管的端部管壁夹持在所述外套与所述内套之间。本发明的连接管具有性能可靠、不易被折断而且变形后容易复原的优点。

一种空调连接管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调连接管。
背景技术
空调连接管是连接空调器室外机与室内机之间的管子,其作用主要为空调室内机和室外机之间制冷剂循环的通道。目前所使用的空调连接管,其结构为:包括铜管、管接头、保温套管,管接头安装在铜管的端部,保温套管套装在铜管的外部,铜管上还套装有保护弹簧。这种结构的空调连接管通过保护弹簧的防护作用,在空调机的装配过程中,铜管不容易瘪掉,既方便了连接管的安装,又杜绝了因连接管变形导致的空调性能下降。
由于上述的铜管采用紫铜制造而与,紫铜具有优良的耐腐蚀性,但成本较高,为了降低制造成本,有的铜管采用金属复合管来代替空调连接管的中段管体,有效降低铜用量,节省成本,如中段管体采用铝管,管头采用铜管,铝管与铜管之间采用焊接技术连接。但焊接不免出现漏焊、虚焊等情况,造成冷媒泄漏,而且当中段管体老化需要更换时也较不方便。另外,其铜管硬度较大,在安装过程中,安装人员不注意,不管容易将其折断,而且变形后难以复原。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的主要目的为提供一种性能可靠、不易被折断而且变形后容易复原的一种空调连接管。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种空调连接管,包括铜管、铝管、保温套管,铝管的两端分别与铜管焊接固定,保温套管分别套装在铜管以及铝管的外部,所述铝管为波纹管,在铝管上套有内套管,内套管上套有螺旋弹簧,在铜管与铝管的焊接处设有一个接头,所述接头包括外套与内套,所述内套一端密封连接所述铜管,所述铝管的端部管壁夹持在所述外套与所述内套之间。
采用了上述方案,整个连接管的中段为铝管,两端为铜管,而铝管为波纹管,因此,在使用过程中不易被折断,而且变形后容易复原。在铝管上套有内套管,内套上套有螺旋弹簧,通过内套以及弹簧对铝管进行保护,在装配过程中,铝管不容易瘪掉,既方便了连接管的安装,又杜绝了因连接管变形导致的空调性能下降。采用接头连接空调连接管的铜管与铝管,具有操作灵活、连接可靠、密封性能好的特点,当铝管老化需要更换时,也能很方便的将其拆卸下来。
进一步地,所述内套的外表面由圆锥面和圆柱面组成,圆柱面上设有螺纹,一个压管位于内套的圆锥面上并将铝管压住,所述外套的内表面由锥面段和柱面段组成,柱面段上设有内螺纹,外套上的内螺纹与内套上的外螺纹相互连接,外套上的锥面段压住所述压管。当旋转外套与内套螺纹连接,随着外套的位移,外套的锥面段对压管放以压力,这样压管对铝管施以压力,从而将铝管紧紧地夹持在外套与内套之间。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的一种空调连接管,包括铜管1、铝管2、保温套管4。铝管2的两端分别与铜管1焊接固定,保温套管4分别套装在铜管以及铝管的外部。铝管2为波纹管,铝管的壁厚为3—8mm,优选地,铝管的壁厚为5mm。在铝管上套有内套管3,内套管上套有螺旋弹簧8,保温套管4套在螺旋弹簧8的外表面。在铜管与铝管的焊接处设有一个接头,所述接头包括外套5与内套6,所述内套6一端密封连接所述铜管1,所述铝管2的端部管壁夹持在所述外套5与所述内套6之间。所述内套6的外表面由圆锥面和圆柱面组成,圆柱面上设有螺纹,一个压管7位于内套的圆锥面上并将铝管压住。所述外套5的内表面由锥面段和柱面段组成,柱面段上设有内螺纹,外套上的内螺纹与内套上的外螺纹相互连接,外套上的锥面段压住所述压管7。

1.一种空调连接管,包括铜管、铝管、保温套管,铝管的两端分别与铜管焊接固定,保温套管分别套装在铜管以及铝管的外部,其特征在于:所述铝管为波纹管,在铝管上套有内套管,内套管上套有螺旋弹簧,在铜管与铝管的焊接处设有一个接头,所述接头包括外套与内套,所述内套一端密封连接所述铜管,所述铝管的端部管壁夹持在所述外套与所述内套之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调连接管,其特征在于:所述内套的外表面由圆锥面和圆柱面组成,圆柱面上设有螺纹,一个压管位于内套的圆锥面上并将铝管压住,所述外套的内表面由锥面段和柱面段组成,柱面段上设有内螺纹,外套上的内螺纹与内套上的外螺纹相互连接,外套上的锥面段压住所述压管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调连接管,其特征在于:所述铝管的壁厚为3—8mm。
