技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗氧化的农用地膜。
背景技术
农业用地膜的主要成分为聚乙烯或聚丙烯,是目前世界上生产量最大的塑料制品。农膜的使用有利于作物的生长发育,提高作物产量。同时农用地膜可以起到保温作用,一般农用地膜都用在初春,那时温度较低,所以用地膜使地温早些提上来,有利于农作物生长。其次,起到了保湿作用,能够保持水分,并且兼具了一定的杀菌、防虫的作用。但现有的地膜普遍耐氧化和抗紫外线的能力较弱,使用寿命短,浪费了资源。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种抗氧化的农用地膜,具有很好的抗氧化能力,同时强度高,韧性强,成本低。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种抗氧化的农用地膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯8-17份,PVC树脂4-6份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5-9份,均聚聚丙烯树脂7-11份,聚乳酸3-9份,聚己内酯6-10份,低密度聚乙烯5-8份,聚丙二醇6-8份,环氧树脂4-7份,抗氧剂2-6份,光稳定剂1-5份,线型低密度聚乙烯树脂3-8份,氯化聚乙烯4-8份,液体石蜡3-5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抗氧化的农用地膜,具有很好的抗氧化能力,同时强度高,韧性强,成本低。
