技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种防辐射抗菌织物带有花纹的面料。
背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展,辐射在我们的周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射,对人体的健康有威胁作用,尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,产生的危害作用更大,此外,长期在辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在寒冷的冬天,天气尤为干燥,衣物发生静电的现象十分常见,产生静电时会使人产生刺痛感和麻木感,感觉非常不适。而在一些特殊场合如加油站等,电火花可能会引起较大的恶性事故,危险系数很高。另外人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活,不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌,长期累积富集,会对人体的健康产生危害。
另外,传统的制作服装的织物不带有花纹,且织造完成后,需染色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防辐射抗菌织物带有花纹的面料,能够屏蔽辐射,降低辐射对人体伤害,且可以有效抑制静电放电现象发生,同时可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防辐射抗菌织物带有花纹的面料,包括基层,所述基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜,在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层,所述防静电层由具有导电纤维的穗条构成;所述基层由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成,其组织结构为3/1交织斜纹组织构造,经纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY,纬纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY,经密度为25根/cm,纬密度为16根/cm,经纱加Z捻180个/m。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防辐射抗菌的面料的基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好。所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有铝合金薄膜,增强了该面料的防辐射能力,防护效果更好。在铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层,所述防静电层由具有导电纤维的穗条构成,这样在与其它的衣物相接触时,能有效抑制静电现象的产生。
本发明织物通过织物组织结构变化形成花纹图案,且织造完成后,无需染色,同时经纱为加捻经纱,使织物比较硬挺。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种防辐射抗菌织物带有花纹的面料,包括基层1,所述基层1由经纱11和纬纱12相互连接制成,所述经纱11和纬纱12采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,所述基层1上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜2,在所述铝合金薄膜2上设置有防静电层3,所述防静电层3由具有导电纤维的穗条构成,所述基层1厚度为0.2mm,所述防静电层厚度为0.1mm,所述铝合金薄膜2厚度为0.1mm。
所述基层由织物制成,所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成,其组织结构为3/1交织斜纹组织构造,经纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY,纬纱为800D涤纶大有光FDY,经密度为25根/cm,纬密度为16根/cm,经纱加Z捻180个/m。
