Abstract

本发明公开了一种恒温面料,包括羊毛层,在所述羊毛层的两侧分别设有一层棉,在所述羊毛层外侧的一层棉的外表面上涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层。本发明的恒温面料,用两层棉包裹住羊毛层,使其表面具有防水性且内部保湿,由于羊毛吸收湿气后会产生吸附热,所以既保温又轻薄;而远红外线吸收物质可以均匀地渗透到纤维的分子构造上,从而提高对太阳光等外部红外线的吸收率,起到给面料蓄热的效果。

技术领域
   本发明涉及纺织业,特别涉及一种恒温面料。
背景技术
   随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对穿着的要求也越来越高,面料越来越讲究,除了环保、时尚、物美价廉,也要舒适、多功能。保温面料一直是业内研究的方向,为了制造既轻薄又保温的面料大家都做了很多的努力,而蓄热保温是一个新的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的蓄热保温面料,既可以吸热保温又轻薄。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种恒温面料,包括羊毛层,在所述羊毛层的两侧分别设有一层棉,在所述羊毛层外侧的一层棉的外表面上涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层。本发明的恒温面料,用两层棉包裹住羊毛层,使其表面具有防水性且内部保湿,由于羊毛吸收湿气后会产生吸附热,所以既保温又轻薄;而远红外线吸收物质可以均匀地渗透到纤维的分子构造上,从而提高对太阳光等外部红外线的吸收率,起到给面料蓄热的效果。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述羊毛层内侧的一层棉的外表面上也涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层。远红外线吸收物质也可以吸收人体发出的红外线并转换为热量,发挥其蓄热保温的效果,所以在面料的贴身一面也涂上一层远红外线吸收物质层,吸收人体发出的红外线并转换为热量,节能环保,提高面料的蓄热保温效果。
其中,所述羊毛层为防缩羊毛的双层构造纱;两层所述棉与羊毛层的重量比为17:3~19:1。棉与羊毛层的重量比例,既考虑到结构和保温效果的要求,也考虑到成本的要求。
   作为本发明的另一个技术方案,两层所述的棉也可以替换为两层丙烯酸酯类纤维。将两层棉可以替换为丙烯酸酯类纤维,因为丙烯酸酯类纤维的吸湿性是棉的3.5倍,发热量约是羊毛的2倍,而且可控制发热速度,所以能持续保温,提高蓄热保温效果。
本发明的恒温面料,通过材料以及层结构的设计,可以将太阳光等外部红外线的能量吸收到面料中,起到给面料蓄热的效果,还可以将人体皮肤不断蒸发出的水蒸气转换为热量,进行保暖,是一种新型的蓄热保暖面料,环保、舒适、保温性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明的恒温面料,包括羊毛层1,在所述羊毛层1的两侧分别设有一层棉2,在所述羊毛层1外侧的一层棉2的外表面上涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层3,在所述羊毛层1内侧的一层棉2的外表面上也涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层3,其中所述羊毛层1为防缩羊毛的双层构造纱;两层所述棉2与羊毛层1的重量比为17:3~19:1,效果较好的重量比为9:1。
实施例二
如图2所示,本发明的恒温面料,包括羊毛层1,在所述羊毛层1的两侧分别设有一层丙烯酸酯类纤维4,在所述羊毛层1外侧的一层丙烯酸酯类纤维4的外表面上涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层3,在所述羊毛层1内侧的一层丙烯酸酯类纤维4的外表面上也涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层3,其中所述羊毛层1为防缩羊毛的双层构造纱;两层所述丙烯酸酯类纤维4与羊毛层1的重量比为17:3~19:1,效果较好的重量比为9:1。
将两层棉可以替换为丙烯酸酯类纤维,因为丙烯酸酯类纤维的吸湿性是棉的3.5倍,发热量约是羊毛的2倍,而且可控制发热速度,所以能持续保温,提高蓄热保温效果。

远红外线吸收物质也可以吸收人体发出的红外线并转换为热量,发挥其蓄热保温的效果,所以在面料的贴身一面也涂上一层远红外线吸收物质层,吸收人体发出的红外线并转换为热量,节能环保,提高面料的蓄热保温效果。
其中,棉或者丙烯酸酯类纤维与羊毛层的重量比例,既考虑到结构和保温效果的要求,也考虑到成本的要求。
   另外,远红外线吸收物质层可以通过染色工序的特殊处理,消除粗硬的手感,达到舒适的目的。用90%左右的棉或者丙烯酸酯类纤维包裹住10%左右的防缩羊毛的双层构造纱,表面具有防水性且内部保湿,由于羊毛吸收湿气后会产生吸附热,因此还可以利用来开发贴身内衣和织物。
本发明的恒温面料,通过材料以及层结构的设计,可以将太阳光等外部红外线的能量吸收到面料中,起到给面料蓄热的效果,还可以将人体皮肤不断蒸发出的水蒸气转换为热量,进行保暖,是一种新型的蓄热保暖面料,环保、舒适、保温性能好。

Claims (5)

1.一种恒温面料,其特征在于:包括羊毛层(1),在所述羊毛层(1)的两侧分别设有一层棉(2),在所述羊毛层(1)外侧的一层棉(2)的外表面上涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的恒温面料,其特征在于:在所述羊毛层(1)内侧的一层棉(2)的外表面上也涂有一层远红外线吸收物质层(3)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的恒温面料,其特征在于:所述羊毛层(1)为防缩羊毛的双层构造纱。
4.如权利要求3所述的恒温面料,其特征在于:两层所述棉(2)与羊毛层(1)的重量比为17:3~19:1。
5.如权利要求4所述的恒温面料,其特征在于:两层所述的棉(2)也可以为两层丙烯酸酯类纤维(4)。
