一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液，洗液包括仙茅、富硒淫羊藿、桑寄生，把仙茅35克、富硒淫羊藿25克、桑寄生25克，按重量配比称量后，清洗入锅中，加水3000g煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。本发明具有补气益血、舒筋活络作用，腰膝酸软、风湿骨痛的人群使用具有明显的康复效果。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种中药外用制剂，特别是涉及一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液。
背景技术 由于脚是人体的缩影，在脚中分布着与内脏相关的穴位，人体内部有病会反映到脚的相关穴位上来，通过中医经络学说介绍的循经取穴，循经穴用药会取得相应的效果，在古代更有春夏秋冬泡脚治病的记载，现代人也有“三天吃只羊，不如泡脚再上床”的说法，目前，通过检索关于泡脚洗液的专利还鲜有报道。通过泡脚过程，使药液经脚中穴位吸入并传导到相关脏腑以达到内病外治的目的，以此满足人们的生活需求。
硒被科学家称为“保健之王”，在体内和维生素E协同作用，能够保护细胞膜，防止不饱和脂肪酸的氧化，因而硒具有抗氧化作用。硒还具有增强免疫力：有机硒能清除体内自由基，排除体内毒素、抗氧化、能有效的按捺过氧化脂质的产生，防止血凝块，清除胆固醇，增强人体免疫功能。防治糖尿病，代替胰岛功能，激活胰岛细胞正常工作，它能防止胰岛β细胞氧化破坏，使其功能正常，促进糖克代谢、降低血糖和尿糖，改善糖尿病患者的症状。硒还具有防止心脑血管疾病：硒是维持心脏正常功能的重要元素，对心脏肌体有保护和修复的作用，可减低血脂、血压、缩小心肌梗塞面积，人体血硒水平的降低，会导致体内清除自由基的功能减退，造成有害物质沉积增多，血压升高、血管壁变厚、血管弹性降低、血流速度变慢，送氧功能下降，从而诱发心脑血管疾痫的发病率升高。因此科学补硒对预防心脑血管疾病、高血压、动脉硬化等都有较好的作用，所以，权威卫生组织建议，人体每天应增加100ug-200ug硒。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种补气益血、舒筋活络的淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的，一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液，其洗液的成分包含仙茅、富硒淫羊藿、桑寄生，它们的重量配比按克计是：仙茅20-40克、富硒淫羊藿10-30克、桑寄生20-30克。
上述各组分的重量配比优选为：仙茅35克、富硒淫羊藿25克、桑寄生25克。
本发明还提供了一种外用药酒的制备方法，该方法包括将上述仙茅、富硒淫羊藿、桑寄生按重量配比称量后，清洗放入锅中，加水煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。
在本发明的组方中，仙茅：具有温肾壮阳、祛寒除湿作用；淫羊藿：具有补脾肺气、补血、生津作用；：具有健脾益气、燥湿利尿作用；桑寄生：具有祛风湿，补肝肾，强筋骨作用。综上所述具有补气益血、舒筋活络作用，腰膝酸软、风湿骨痛的人群使用具有明显的康复效果。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：仙茅30克、富硒淫羊藿20克、桑寄生30克按重量配比称量后，清洗放入锅中，加水3000g煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。
实施例2：仙茅40克、富硒淫羊藿30克、桑寄生20克按重量配比称量后，清洗放入锅中，加水3000g煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。
实施例3：仙茅35克、富硒淫羊藿35克、桑寄生25克按重量配比称量后，清洗放入锅中，加水3000g煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。

1.一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液，其特征在于包括仙茅、富硒淫羊藿、桑寄生，它们的重量配比按克计是：仙茅20-40克、富硒淫羊藿10-30克、桑寄生20-30克。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液，其特征在于，各种原料的按重量配比是：仙茅35克、富硒淫羊藿25克、桑寄生25克。
3.一种淫羊藿泡脚保健洗液的制备方法，其特征在于，把仙茅35克、富硒淫羊藿25克、桑寄生25克按重量配比称量后，清洗放入锅中，加水3000g煎煮，煮沸15分钟后去渣，待适温时即可泡脚使用。
