本发明公开了一种高亮度LED球灯泡,包括透明罩、铝基板、联结螺钉、铝外壳、塑料内壳、触头、光圈和灯头,其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳底端固定安装在灯头上,灯头底面中心焊有半球状触头,铝外壳上端大头固定安装在透明罩上;所述的透明罩为球状结构,铝基板通过联结螺钉固定安装在铝外壳内,塑料内壳固定在铝外壳内的中心孔内,光圈安装在铝外壳内的塑料内壳外表面上。本发明结构简单,散热性能好且满足高亮度要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种高亮度LED球灯泡。 
背景技术
单个LED所处环境及其内部发热量对其使用性能有重大影响,研究表明输人LED的电能约85%被转化为热能,所以在LED结区会产生很高的热量,与小功率LED相比,高亮LED球泡灯所用的大功率LED,其结区产生的热量更高,结区高的温升会减小LED光输出、缩短其寿命、使光源颜色发生偏移。由于单只LED的光通量较小,为获得与白炽灯或荧光灯相当的光照度,球泡灯这类高亮LED一般是由多只LED构成的LED阵列,因此会在LED结区产生更高的温度。 
发明内容
根据以上不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、散热性能良好且亮度高的高亮度LED球灯泡。 
为实现上述目的,本发明高亮度LED球灯泡,主要内容为:包括透明罩、铝基板、联结螺钉、铝外壳、塑料内壳、触头、光圈和灯头,其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳底端固定安装在灯头上,灯头底面中心焊有半球状触头,铝外壳上端大头固定安装在透明罩上;所述的透明罩为球状结构,铝基板通过联结螺钉固定安装在铝外壳内,塑料内壳固定在铝外壳内的中心孔内,光圈安装在铝外壳内的塑料内壳外表面上。 
作为优选,所述的透明罩材料采用PC板,防止灰尘或者其他腐蚀性物质接触LED光源而影响其使用,同时又应其有较高的透光率以尽可能地透过LED发出的光线 
作为优选,所述的塑料内壳为有底的圆柱体结构且底端钻有小孔。

本发明有益的效果是:该球泡灯结构简单,散热性能良好,可以满足稼定地高亮照明要求。

实施例,见附图1,高亮度LED球灯泡,包括透明罩1、铝基板2、联结螺钉3、铝外壳4、塑料内壳5、触头6、光圈7和灯头8,其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳5底端固定安装在灯头8上,灯头8底面中心焊有半球状触头6,铝外壳4上端大头固定安装在透明罩1上;所述的透明罩1为球状结构,铝基板2通过联结螺钉3固定安装在铝外壳4内,塑料内壳5固定在铝外壳4内的中心孔内,光圈7安装在铝外壳4内的塑料内壳5外表面上。 
同时,所述的铝基板2上焊接有多颗LED光源;所述的塑料内壳5为有底的圆柱体结构且底端钻有小孔;所述的塑料内壳5孔内布有电源线。

1.高亮度LED球灯泡,包括透明罩(1)、铝基板(2)、联结螺钉(3)、铝外壳(4)、塑料内壳(5)、触头(6)、光圈(7)和灯头(8),其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳(5)底端固定安装在灯头(8)上,灯头(8)底面中心焊有半球状触头(6),铝外壳(4)上端大头固定安装在透明罩(1)上;所述的透明罩(1)为球状结构,铝基板(2)通过联结螺钉(3)固定安装在铝外壳(4)内,塑料内壳(5)固定在铝外壳(4)内的中心孔内,光圈(7)安装在铝外壳(4)内的塑料内壳(5)外表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的高亮度LED球灯泡,其特征在于:所述的透明罩(1)材料采用PC板,防止灰尘或者其他腐蚀性物质接触LED光源而影响其使用,同时又应其有较高的透光率以尽可能地透过LED发出的光线。
3.如权利要求1所述的高亮度LED球灯泡,其特征在于:所述的铝基板(2)上焊接有多颗LED光源。
4.如权利要求1所述的高亮度LED球灯泡,其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳(5)孔内布有电源线。
5.如权利要求4所述的高亮度LED球灯泡,其特征在于:所述的塑料内壳(5)为有底的圆柱体结构且底端钻有小孔。
