本发明公开了一种环保节能隔断冷库,其特征是,在冷库内天棚、墙体的主体结构上,分别附有一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板和一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板,在天棚15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板下,设有连接冷库外制冷机的制冷铝排管,冷库内,设有由美格网做隔断分出的上下大小库房,在20厘米厚混凝土的地面上,分别附有20厘米厚的聚氨脂和10厘米厚的钢筋混凝土,冷库房的门出口,设有聚氨脂保温平移门。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该环保节能隔断冷库,具有墙体、地面结构设计合理、冷藏室保温效果好、空间利用率高、库房隔断美观等特点,是一种值得推广应用的环保节能隔断冷库。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及货物储存冷库,具体地说是一种环保节能隔断冷库。
背景技术:目前,全国各地用来储存货物的冷库尽管种类繁多,但这些按常规所设计出的冷库,一般都是通过制冷设备来实现对冷库的制冷。制冷机运行时,需根据冷库内部的温度变化来启动或关闭制冷源,才能使冷库保持其所应有的温度。这种类型的冷库由于受常规冷库墙体保温程度的限制,制冷方式一般都要进行24小时不间断地进行才能保证冷库温度的正常化,这些按常规所设计出来的冷库,在使用中,由于冷库内墙体保温效果差,制冷机在工作运行中,除需消耗大量的电能外,还会造成能源的浪费。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于,设计出一种保温节能、制冷速度快、保冷时间长、防止冷气泄露、库房空间都能得到充分利用的一种环保节能隔断冷库。其技术内容是,一种环保节能隔断冷库,由墙体、地面、双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板、双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板、美格网、聚氨脂保温平移门、制冷铝排管构成,其特征是,在冷库内天棚、墙体的主体结构上,分别附有一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板和一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板,在天棚15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板下,设有连接冷库外制冷机的制冷铝排管,冷库内,设有由美格网做隔断分出的上下大小库房,在20厘米厚混凝土的地面上,分别附有20厘米厚的聚氨脂和10厘米厚的钢筋混凝土,冷库房的门出口,设有聚氨脂保温平移门。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该环保节能隔断冷库,具有墙体、地面结构保温设计合理、冷藏室保温效果好、空间利用率高、货物存放多、库房隔断美观的特点,从而克服了现有冷库在设计过程中,所存在的墙体不保温、能源消耗大、空间利用率低、装货少的不足之处。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本发明再作进一步地描述,在冷库内天棚、墙体4的主体结构上,分别附有一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板1和一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板3,在天棚15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板1下,设有连接冷库外制冷机的制冷铝排管2,冷库内,设有由美格网8做隔断分出的上下大小库房,在20厘米厚混凝土7的地面上,分别附有20厘米厚的聚氨脂6和10厘米厚的钢筋混凝土7,冷库房的门出口,设有聚氨脂保温平移门9,以上便构成本发明。

1.一种环保节能隔断冷库,由墙体、地面、双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板、双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板、美格网、聚氨脂保温平移门、制冷铝排管构成,其特征是,在冷库内天棚、墙体的主体结构上,分别附有一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板和一层15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温墙板,在天棚15厘米厚双彩钢聚氨脂保温库板下,设有连接冷库外制冷机的制冷铝排管,冷库内,设有由美格网做隔断分出的上下大小库房,在20厘米厚混凝土的地面上,分别附有20厘米厚的聚氨脂和10厘米厚的钢筋混凝土,冷库房的门出口,设有聚氨脂保温平移门。
