本发明揭示了一种抗静电地板漆,所述抗静电地板漆由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,所述促进剂为丙烯酸树脂,所述填充料为钛白粉,所述乳液为聚醋酸乙烯脂,所述固化剂为醇酸树脂,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基酸胺。本发明由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,制得的产品使地板漆具有很好的导电性、抗紫外功能且耐久性强,使用方便,迅速干燥。

本发明涉及一种建材领域,具体涉及一种抗静电地板漆。
背景技术
家居建材是装修必备材料,也是一个成熟的行业。家居建材包括:天花板、瓷砖、门、窗、锁、玻璃、灯具、地板,壁纸、油漆涂料等均属家居建材。涂料通常是以合成树脂乳液为基料,加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料。涂料是装修材料中很重要的组成部分。现有涂料由于生产工艺不同,涂覆时间长短不一,涂覆完毕的涂料容易产生静电,影响漆面,并且容易收紫外线影响,耐久性降低,使用效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,制得的产品使地板漆具有很好的导电性、抗紫外功能且耐久性强,使用方便,迅速干燥的抗静电地板漆。
本发明的技术方案是,一种抗静电地板漆,所述抗静电地板漆由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,所述促进剂为丙烯酸树脂,所述填充料为钛白粉,所述乳液为聚醋酸乙烯脂,所述固化剂为醇酸树脂,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基酸胺,所述抗静电地板漆各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚氨酯树酯占75.2%-79.9%,所述丙烯酸树脂占1.8%-2.7%,所述钛白粉占11.6%-12.5%,所述聚醋酸乙烯脂占3.5%-4.4%,所述醇酸树脂占1.3%-2.4%,所述乙氧基化烷基酸胺占1.9%-2.8%。 
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的抗静电地板漆中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚氨酯树酯占79.3%,所述丙烯酸树脂占1.9%,所述钛白粉占11.7%,所述聚醋酸乙烯脂占3.6%,所述醇酸树脂占1.4%,所述乙氧基化烷基酸胺占2.1%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的抗静电地板漆中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚氨酯树酯占75.7%,所述丙烯酸树脂占2.6%,所述钛白粉占12.4%,所述聚醋酸乙烯脂占4.3%,所述醇酸树脂占2.3%,所述乙氧基化烷基酸胺占2.7%。
本发明所述为一种抗静电地板漆,本发明由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,制得的产品使地板漆具有很好的导电性、抗紫外功能且耐久性强,使用方便,迅速干燥。

另外,可通过调节各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种抗静电地板漆,本发明由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,制得的产品使地板漆具有很好的导电性、抗紫外功能且耐久性强,使用方便,迅速干燥。

1.一种抗静电地板漆,其特征在于:所述抗静电地板漆由聚氨酯树酯、促进剂、填充料、乳液、固化剂以及抗静电剂制得,所述促进剂为丙烯酸树脂,所述填充料为钛白粉,所述乳液为聚醋酸乙烯脂,所述固化剂为醇酸树脂,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基酸胺,所述抗静电地板漆各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚氨酯树酯占75.2%-79.9%,所述丙烯酸树脂占1.8%-2.7%,所述钛白粉占11.6%-12.5%,所述聚醋酸乙烯脂占3.5%-4.4%,所述醇酸树脂占1.3%-2.4%,所述乙氧基化烷基酸胺占1.9%-2.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电地板漆,其特征在于:所述的抗静电地板漆中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚氨酯树酯占79.3%,所述丙烯酸树脂占1.9%,所述钛白粉占11.7%,所述聚醋酸乙烯脂占3.6%,所述醇酸树脂占1.4%,所述乙氧基化烷基酸胺占2.1%。
