本发明涉及一种丁腈橡胶护套配方,包括下列组分,丁腈橡胶100份,聚苯乙烯3份,超低密度聚乙烯5份,氯化石蜡6份,聚氨酯6份,醋酸丁酯2份,锻烧陶土6份,滑石粉3份,乙二醇4份,酞青蓝7份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯3份,双环戊二烯10份。按照本发明的橡胶护套配方,具有成本低廉、配比合理、性能优越、使用稳定等优点,提高了工厂的生产效益,减少了胶的用量,其物理机械性能没有任何降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种丁腈橡胶护套配方。
背景技术
橡胶护套适用于液压胶管、电子器件、运动机构或机车零部件等,起到对内部产品的支撑保护作用,不但可以提高美观度及束缚作用,而且可以使内部产品的寿命延长。现有配方所生产的丁腈橡胶护套的含胶量一般在 52% 左右,由于胶的价格较贵,因此含胶量越高的护套,其成本也越高,市售的橡胶护套由于其含胶量较高,因此售价也较贵。如果要降低丁腈橡胶护套的成本,需要降低其含胶量,而如果直接降低其含胶量,势必会影响到丁腈橡胶护套的各种性能由于原料、制造工艺或人为因素,目前市场上大部分的橡胶护套常出现老化、变形、破损等情况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种丁腈橡胶护套配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的丁腈橡胶护套配方,包括下列组分,丁腈橡胶100份,聚苯乙烯3份,超低密度聚乙烯5份,氯化石蜡6份,聚氨酯6份,醋酸丁酯2份,锻烧陶土6份,滑石粉3份,乙二醇4份,酞青蓝7份,乙烯- 乙酸乙烯酯3份,双环戊二烯10份。
其还包括松焦油2份。
按照本发明的橡胶护套配方,具有成本低廉、配比合理、性能优越、使用稳定等优点,提高了工厂的生产效益,减少了胶的用量,其物理机械性能没有任何降低,却大幅度的降低了成本,产品表面的光滑度及油井的各项适应性也大大提高,产品的耐酸、耐碱、耐油、耐温、耐磨、阻燃等性能都有较大的提高。可以使橡胶护套经常处于良好的工作状态。

1.一种丁腈橡胶护套配方,其特征在于:包括下列组分,丁腈橡胶100份,聚苯乙烯3份,超低密度聚乙烯5份,氯化石蜡6份,聚氨酯6份,醋酸丁酯2份,锻烧陶土6份,滑石粉3份,乙二醇4份,酞青蓝7份,乙烯- 乙酸乙烯酯3份,双环戊二烯10份。
