一种废渣保温材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于能源材料领域,特别涉及一种废渣保温材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在新材料领域,能源材料往往指可能支持建立新能源系统满足各种新能源及节能技术的特殊要求的材料,按材料种类来分,也可以按使用用途来分。大体上可分为燃料,如常规燃料、核燃料、合成燃料、炸药及推进剂等,能源结构材料,能源功能材料等几大类。按其使用目的又可以把能源材料分成能源工业材料、新能源材料、节能材料、储能材料等大类。
随着全球范围内能源资源的日益消耗,大多的能源材料仍大都来自于化石燃料,从长远来看,化石燃料的不可再生性,且煤炭等化石燃料在使用后往往会存在粉煤灰等残留物质,污染环境。
因而需要没有污染和可持续发展的新型能源来代替所有化石燃料的同时,将粉煤灰等燃烧附属产物更好地开发利用。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明的目的是提供了一种废渣保温材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种废渣保温材料,包含以下重量份的组分:
所述组分还包括邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0-2重量份。
所述组分还包括抗氧剂0-1重量份。
所述抗氧剂为N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺。
一种废渣保温材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取粉煤灰50-55重量份、石棉8-15重量份、发泡聚乙烯15-20重量份、木炭5-8重量份、硅藻土20-25重量份和三乙醇胺盐0.2-1重量份;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在100-150℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇3-5重量份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0-2重量份和抗氧剂0-1重量份,烧制2-3小时,得到废渣保温材料。
所述步骤3的烧制温度为900-1005℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的废渣保温材料的原材料价格便宜,使得粉煤灰这类本来污染环境和影响空气质量的粉状物,能有效再利用。
(2)本发明制得的废渣保温材料为环境友好型材料,在制备前,无需对组分进行前处理,并且具有良好的保温性能。
(3)本发明制备废渣保温材料的方法简单,原料易得,且整个制备过程对环境无污染。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取粉煤灰50kg、石棉13kg、发泡聚乙烯15kg、木炭8kg、硅藻土20kg和三乙醇胺盐0.2kg;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在100℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇3kg和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2kg,在900℃下烧制2小时,得到废渣保温材料。
制得废渣保温材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取粉煤灰55kg、石棉12kg、发泡聚乙烯18kg、木炭5kg、硅藻土25kg和三乙醇胺盐1kg;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在150℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇4kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2kg和N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺0.5kg,在1005℃下烧制3小时,得到废渣保温材料。
制得废渣保温材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取粉煤灰50kg、石棉9kg、发泡聚乙烯20kg、木炭7kg、硅藻土22kg和三乙醇胺盐0.5kg;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在120℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇5kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1kg和N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺1kg,在1000℃下烧制2小时,得到废渣保温材料。
制得废渣保温材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取粉煤灰52kg、石棉8kg、发泡聚乙烯15kg、木炭8kg、硅藻土20kg和三乙醇胺盐0.8kg;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在140℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇4kg和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2kg,在905℃下烧制2小时,得到废渣保温材料。
制得废渣保温材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取粉煤灰5kg、石棉15kg、发泡聚乙烯18kg、木炭5kg、硅藻土20kg和三乙醇胺盐0.2kg;
(2)将步骤1的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在150℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇3kg和N,N'-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺1kg,在900℃下烧制2.5小时,得到废渣保温材料。
制得废渣保温材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

5.一种废渣保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取粉煤灰50-55重量份、石棉8-15重量份、发泡聚乙烯15-20重量份、木炭5-8重量份、硅藻土20-25重量份和三乙醇胺盐0.2-1重量份;
(2)将步骤(1)的组分加入三叶搅拌机中,在100-150℃下搅拌20min;
(3)依次加入十二烷基硫醇3-5重量份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0-2重量份和抗氧剂0-1重量份,烧制2-3小时,得到废渣保温材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的废渣保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的烧制温度为900-1005℃。
