技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热疏水玻璃。
背景技术
玻璃最初由火山喷出的酸性岩凝固而得,约公元前3700年前,古埃及人已制出玻璃装饰品和简单玻璃器皿,当时只有有色玻璃。约公元前1000年前,中国制造出无色玻璃。公元12世纪,出现了商品玻璃,并开始成为工业材料。18世纪,为适应研制望远镜的需要,制出光学玻璃。1874年,比利时首先制出平板玻璃。
1906年,美国制出平板玻璃引上机,此后,随着玻璃生产的工业化和规模化,各种用途和各种性能的玻璃相继问世。现代,玻璃已成为日常生活、生产和科学技术领域的重要材料。
目前人们广泛使用的玻璃大多为单层平板玻璃,其具有良好的透光性,但是保温隔热效果较差,不能有效阻挡室外太阳光的热量进入室内,从而导致室内温度较高;另外玻璃表面容易吸附例如灰尘等微小颗粒,不仅会改变玻璃的外观,而且会降低透过玻璃观察物体的清晰度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种隔热疏水玻璃,其隔热性能较好,能够有效阻挡太阳光,从而保证室内的阴凉,并且具有良好的疏水性能,能够有效防止水或者灰尘粘附在玻璃表面,从而保证了透过玻璃观察物体的清晰度。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种隔热疏水玻璃,它包括基材层,所述基材层正面设置有衬底层,所述衬底层采用由正硅酸乙酯水解缩聚而成的薄膜,所述衬底层表面设置有疏水层,所述疏水层采用氟代烷基硅烷薄膜,所述基材层背面设置有隔热胶片层,所述隔热胶片层表面设置有隔热涂料层。 
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种隔热疏水玻璃,其隔热性能较好,能够有效阻挡太阳光,从而保证室内的阴凉,并且具有良好的疏水性能,能够有效防止水或者灰尘粘附在玻璃表面,从而保证了透过玻璃观察物体的清晰度。
