技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种珍珠负离子夜光面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着时代的发展,人们对服装面料的美观度和功能性越来越关注,现有面料已经不能满足人们的要求,因此,改善现有面料的结构,提高其美观度和时尚性、增加其功能性,已经成为新型面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种珍珠负离子夜光面料,可以产生负离子改善人体机能,同时具有良好的抗菌抑菌及护肤性能,且能在晚上发出柔和、优美的光彩,该面料将保健和时尚结合在一起,有效地提高了面料的档次,提高了面料的市场竞争力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种珍珠负离子夜光面料,包括:基层、编织在所述基层下表面上的功能布层、覆盖在所述基层上表面上的珠光片层、用于将所述珠光片层连接在所述基层上的线网层,所述基层为竹纤维织物,所述功能布层是由纳米级珍珠抗菌纤维编织而成的织物,所述珠光片层是由若干个形状一样的夜光珠光片有序地排列在一起构成的,所述线网层是由若干条金属丝线交织而成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夜光珠光片的形状有圆形、椭圆形、菱形或花朵形。使面料具有夜光功能,同时可以增加面料的层次感,提高面料的外观审美度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夜光珠光片是由荧光粉热压在普通珠光片上制成的。在晚上能发射出柔和、优美的光彩,使面料富有时尚性,有效地提高面料的市场竞争力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明珍珠负离子夜光面料,将具有负离子保健机能的功能织物与具有抗菌抑菌效果的基层织物有效地结合在一起,并在所述基层织物上通过线网层连接具有夜光功能的珠光片层,该面料将保健和时尚有效地结合在一起,具有产生负离子改善人体的机能,同时具有良好的抗菌抑菌及护肤性能,且能在晚上发出柔和、优美的光彩,该面料档次高具有较好的市场竞争力。

一种珍珠负离子夜光面料,包括:基层1、编织在所述基层1的下表面上并与所述基层1连接成一体的功能布层4、覆盖在所述基层1的上表面上的珠光片层2、用于将所述珠光片层2与所述基层1连接在一起的线网层3;所述基层1为竹纤维织物,具有良好的抗菌抑菌性及舒适透气性;所述功能布层4是由纳米级珍珠抗菌纤维编织而成的织物,能够产生负离子,改善人体机能,同时具有珍珠护肤功能;所述珠光片层2是由若干个形状一样的夜光珠光片有序地排列在一起构成的,能够在晚上放出柔和、优美的光彩,使面料富有层次感、同时具有时尚性;所述线网层3是由若干条金属丝线交织而成的,用于把所述珠光片层2缝合在所述基层1上。
优选地,所述夜光珠光片的形状有圆形、椭圆形、菱形或花朵形,使面料具有夜光功能,同时可以增加面料的层次感,提高面料的外观审美度。
所述夜光珠光片是由荧光粉热压在普通珠光片上制成的,在晚上能发射出柔和、优美的光彩,使面料富有时尚性,有效地提高面料的市场竞争力。

1.一种珍珠负离子夜光面料,其特征在于,包括:基层、编织在所述基层下表面上的功能布层、覆盖在所述基层上表面上的珠光片层、用于将所述珠光片层连接在所述基层上的线网层,所述基层为竹纤维织物,所述功能布层是由纳米级珍珠抗菌纤维编织而成的织物,所述珠光片层是由若干个形状一样的夜光珠光片有序地排列在一起构成的,所述线网层是由若干条金属丝线交织而成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠负离子夜光面料,其特征在于,所述夜光珠光片的形状有圆形、椭圆形、菱形或花朵形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的珍珠负离子夜光面料,其特征在于,所述夜光珠光片是由荧光粉热压在普通珠光片上制成的。
