Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置，包括支架底部有行走轮，箱体在支架上，箱体下部侧面安装有电器防护箱，在箱体的一端安装有电气箱，另一端下部安装有电机，电机轴上安装有驱动轮，其特征在于在箱体内的一端设有矩形槽箱，在矩形槽箱内安装有加热管，矩形槽箱上端的两个相对应的箱壁上设有圆弧凹槽，矩形槽箱外侧的箱体内的上部设有固定盘，固定盘与箱体内壁和矩形槽箱外壁固定连接，在固定盘的中间固定安装有限位圆盘，限位圆盘的内孔上安装有清洗棉，在限位圆盘内孔中设有清洗轴，清洗轴上分布有清洗刷，清洗轴的下端在箱体底部，箱体底部外伸的清洗轴上设有传动轮，传动轮通过皮带与电机轴上的驱动轮相连接。本发明具有设计合理，结构简单、紧凑，易制造，成本低，使用操作方便，清洗效果好，工作效率高。

Description

一种用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷拔钢管内外壁清洗的技术领域，具体地说是一种用于冷拔钢管内外壁清洗的装置。
背景技术
在电机、电动工具及电动工具附件等的生产过程中，需要用加工各种规格的圆管状零件，在加工的过程中需要对圆管的内外壁去除油污进行清洗。目前，对圆管上的油污去除，一般采用手工清洗，即将圆管放入热的清洗液中浸泡十分钟后，用一端绑布条的木棒插入圆管内，进行内壁清洗，圆管外壁用布条进行清洗。当用直径在50mm，长度达800mm的圆管加工成电动工具支架等，采用此方法对这种直径小、长度大的圆管进行清洗时，内壁清洗困难、且不彻底，其劳动强度大，生产成本高，工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、合理，制造容易，成本低，使用方便，能改善工作环境，降低劳动强度，提高清洗质量，工作效率高的用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置，包括支架、箱体、电气箱、电机，支架底部有行走轮，箱体在支架上，箱体下部侧面安装有电器防护箱，启动开关在电器防护箱上，在箱体的一端安装有电气箱，箱体的另一端下部安装有电机，电机上部有防护罩，电机轴上安装有驱动轮，其特征在于在箱体内的一端设有矩形槽箱，在矩形槽箱内安装有加热管，温控器在电气箱上，矩形槽箱上端的两个相对应的箱壁上设有圆弧凹槽，矩形槽箱外侧的箱体内的上部设有固定盘，固定盘与箱体内壁和矩形槽箱外壁固定连接，在固定盘的中间固定安装有限位圆盘，限位圆盘的内孔上安装有清洗棉，在限位圆盘内孔中设有清洗轴，清洗轴上分布有清洗刷，清洗轴的下端在箱体底部，箱体底部外伸的清洗轴上设有传动轮，传动轮通过皮带与电机轴上的驱动轮相连接。
本发明具有设计合理，结构简单、紧凑，易制造，成本低，使用、操作方便，在箱体下的支架装有行走轮移动方便，矩形槽箱内的清洗液可加热用来浸泡待清洗的圆管，将圆管插入清洗轴上，通过电机驱动清洗轴，带动清洗轴上的清洗刷旋转清洗圆管内壁，同时，圆管在清洗轴上可上下移动，圆管外壁与固定盘上的限位盘内安装的清洗棉接触，可实现清洗圆管外壁。其清洗质量好，生产成本低，工作效率高。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知，一种用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置，包括支架、箱体11、电气箱13、电机2，支架底部有行走轮15，箱体11在支架上，箱体11下部侧面安装有电器防护箱14，启动开关1在电器防护箱14上，在箱体11的一端安装有电气箱13，箱体11的另一端下部安装有电机2，电机上部有防护罩4，电机轴上安装有驱动轮3，在箱体11内的一端设有矩形槽箱，在矩形槽箱内安装有加热管12，温控器17在电气箱13上，矩形槽箱上端的两个相对应的箱壁上设有圆弧凹槽，矩形槽箱外侧的箱体内的上部设有固定盘8，固定盘8与箱体11内壁和矩形槽箱外壁固定连接，在固定盘8的中间固定安装有限位圆盘9，限位圆盘9的内孔上安装有清洗棉10，在限位圆盘9内孔中设有清洗轴6，清洗轴6上分布有清洗刷7，清洗轴6的下端在箱体底部，箱体11底部外伸的清洗轴6上设有传动轮5，传动轮5通过皮带16与电机轴上的驱动轮3相连接。
使用时，圆管在矩形槽箱内的清洗液中，将电气箱13上的加热启动开关18打开，加热管12开始工作，加热清洗液，加热停止开关19可使加热终止，当清洗液的温度达到设定温度时，信号通过电器防护箱14内的电器反馈到电气箱13上的温控器17上显示，电气箱13内的温控开关断电，同时电机2开始工作，电机2带动驱动轮3转动，驱动轮3通过皮带16带动传动轮5匀速转动，传动轮5带动清洗轴6旋转，将圆管从上而下套在清洗轴6上，清洗轴6上安装的清洗刷7开始工作，清洗圆管内壁，在固定盘8中的限位圆盘9内孔上安装有清洗棉10清洗圆管外壁，在矩形槽箱上端的两个相对应的箱壁上设有圆弧凹槽，用于放置从清洗液中取出清洗完成的圆管，控干清洗液，好进入下一道工序。当清洗液的温度低于设定的工作温度时，温控信号通过电机防护罩14内的电器反馈到电气箱13，电气箱13内温控开关17通电开始加热清洗液的动作；同时电机2的开关断开。当清洗液的温度达到设定值时，则温控开关断开通电，电机2的开关通电，开始清洗工作。
本发明设计合理，结构简单、紧凑，使用、操作方便，性能安全可靠，清洗效果好，工作效率高；手工作业每人8小时可以清洗圆管200件，使用本装置，一人操作8小时可以清洗圆管1000件。

1.一种用于圆管内外壁清洗的装置，包括支架、箱体、电气箱、电机，支架底部有行走轮，箱体在支架上，箱体下部侧面安装有电器防护箱，启动开关在电器防护箱上，在箱体的一端安装有电气箱，箱体的另一端下部安装有电机，电机上部有防护罩，电机轴上安装有驱动轮，其特征在于在箱体内的一端设有矩形槽箱，在矩形槽箱内安装有加热管，温控器在电气箱上，矩形槽箱上端的两个相对应的箱壁上设有圆弧凹槽，矩形槽箱外侧的箱体内的上部设有固定盘，固定盘与箱体内壁和矩形槽箱外壁固定连接，在固定盘的中间固定安装有限位圆盘，限位圆盘的内孔上安装有清洗棉，在限位圆盘内孔中设有清洗轴，清洗轴上分布有清洗刷，清洗轴的下端在箱体底部，箱体底部外伸的清洗轴上设有传动轮，传动轮通过皮带与电机轴上的驱动轮相连接。
