Abstract

带锁髓内钉。目前带锁髓内钉能较好的控制骨折端的弯剪扭旋应力,已成为治疗长骨骨折的应用主流。本发明的组成包括:压紧螺钉( 1 ),所述的压紧螺钉包括螺帽( 6 )、螺杆( 7 ),所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆连接,所述的螺杆外表面设有粗螺纹( 8 ),所述的压紧螺钉旋入髓内钉杆( 2 ),所述的髓内钉杆与固定杆( 3 )连接,所述的固定杆与减压头( 4 )连接。本发明用于股骨干骨折,胫骨干骨折,股骨颈骨折,股骨粗隆间骨折或合并股骨干骨折,股骨髁上骨折,股骨髁间骨折或合并股骨干骨折,肱骨干骨折内固定,作为骨干骨折的手术用材料。

带锁髓内钉
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种带锁髓内钉。用于股骨干骨折,胫骨干骨折,股骨颈骨折,股骨粗隆间骨折或合并股骨干骨折,股骨髁上骨折,股骨髁间骨折或合并股骨干骨折,肱骨干骨折内固定。
背景技术:
目前,髓内钉有三种类型,包括标准髓内钉、弹性髓内钉和带锁髓内钉。由于带锁髓内钉能较好的控制骨折端的弯剪扭旋应力,已成为世界上治疗长骨骨折的应用主流,但是原有的带锁髓内钉由于结构原因,在术后临床观察中,常常有阻断轴向应力,易导致骨折不愈合或延迟愈合的情况发生,不能实现医疗效果。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种带锁髓内钉。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种带锁髓内钉,其组成包括:压紧螺钉,所述的压紧螺钉包括螺帽,所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆连接,所述的螺杆外表面具有粗牙螺纹,所述的压紧螺钉旋入髓内钉杆,所述的髓内钉杆与固定杆连接,所述的固定杆与减压头连接。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的髓内钉杆内表面具有粗牙螺纹。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的髓内钉杆内底部设有锁定螺杆,所述的锁定螺杆外表面设有细牙螺纹。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的固定杆上设有两个圆形锁紧孔,所述的锁紧孔是倾斜于固定杆内的。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉连接。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的螺帽的底端的直径大于所述的髓内钉杆的直径。
所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆的连接处设有封帽,所述的螺杆的底端设有开口槽,所述的开口槽内设有细牙螺纹。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明内设锁定螺杆与压紧螺钉的开口槽形成内部的锁定结构,外部设有锁紧孔和倾角的锁紧螺钉构成外部的锁定结构,双重锁定使髓内钉可以与骨干紧密结合,解决了串动和阻断问题,保证了治疗的固定性。
本发明根据断骨面骨折修复的生物力学原理,突破原有带锁髓内钉固定的方法,使骨折端早期以及整个骨折愈合过程中始终存在轴向生物性应力刺激与传导,促进了骨折愈合,为骨折愈合提供了最佳的生物力学环境。
本发明结构简化,减少对周围软组织床的破坏,有利骨折端局部供血再生,促进骨折早期愈合,使邻近关节可尽早做功能锻炼活动,避免了肌肉纤维化和关节粘连、僵硬等并发症出现。

实施例1:
一种带锁髓内钉,其组成包括:压紧螺钉1,所述的压紧螺钉包括螺帽6、螺杆7,所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆连接,所述的螺杆外表面设有粗牙螺纹8,所述的压紧螺钉旋入髓内钉杆2内,所述的髓内钉杆与固定杆3连接,所述的固定杆与减压头4连接。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的髓内钉杆内表面设有粗牙螺纹。节省手术时间,强化连接受力结构。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的带锁髓内钉,,所述的髓内钉杆内底部设有锁定螺杆12,所述的锁定螺杆外表面设有细牙螺纹13。保证稳定性,最大程度上减低了股刺激,有利于骨愈合生理修复。
实施例4:
根据实施例1所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的固定杆上设有两个圆形锁紧孔14,所述的锁紧孔是倾斜于固定杆内的,一般倾斜5-25度,应用中10-15度效果比较好,对称的倾斜结构,使得在骨骼中的定位效果显著提高。
实施例5:
根据实施例4所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉5连接。
实施例6:
根据实施例1所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的螺帽的底端的直径大于所述的髓内钉杆的直径。锁定效果显著提高。
实施例7:
根据实施例1所述的带锁髓内钉,所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆的连接处设有封帽9,所述的螺杆的底端设有开口槽10,所述的开口槽内设有细牙螺纹11。

1.一种带锁髓内钉,其组成包括:压紧螺钉,其特征是:所述的压紧螺钉包括螺帽,所述的螺帽与所述的螺杆连接,所述的螺杆外表面具有粗牙螺纹,所述的压紧螺钉旋入髓内钉杆,所述的髓内钉杆与固定杆连接,所述的固定杆与减压头连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述的髓内钉杆内表面具有粗牙螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述的髓内钉杆内底部设有锁定螺杆,所述的锁定螺杆外表面设有细牙螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的带锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述的固定杆上设有两个圆形锁紧孔,所述的锁紧孔是倾斜于固定杆内的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述的锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的带锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述的螺帽的底端的直径大于所述的髓内钉杆的直径。
