现有有背包中肩带与包体的连接工艺一般是直接将肩带通过包体上预留的缝隙，由包体的外侧插入到包体内侧，缝制，然后包边，采用这种连接工艺时，由于背带与包体之间仅仅通过一次缝制，两者连接不是非常牢固，当装载物品过重或者长时间使用时，极易造成肩带与包体连接处损坏或拉断，从而影响消费者的正常使用。

本发明的目的在于：提供一种背包中肩带与包体的连接工艺，使得肩带与包体间连接牢固、可靠。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种背包中肩带与包体的连接工艺，包括如下步骤：
（1）将肩带通过包体上预留的缝隙，由包体的外侧插入到包体内侧；
（2）第一次缝制：将肩带插入端的底部与包体内部边沿上或下侧处的包体缝制在一起；
（3）第二次缝制：将肩带向下或上翻折包裹住边沿，将肩带插入端的顶部与包体内部边沿下或上侧处的包体缝制在一起；
（4）打枣：在肩带包裹边沿处打枣；
（5）包边。
所述的步骤（1）中肩带插入到包体的长度为2.5-3公分。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过将肩带与包体进行两次缝制并且进行打枣处理，增加了包体与肩带连接处的强度，使得肩带与包体间连接牢固、可靠，有效减少了肩带与包体连接处的损坏与拉断现象，提供了背包的使用寿命；同时，本发明的连接工艺在打枣后在进行包边，将打枣后的线脚包裹在内部，避免了打枣对包体美观的影响。

一种背包中肩带与包体的连接工艺，包括如下步骤：
（1）将肩带通过包体上预留的缝隙，由包体的外侧插入到包体内侧；
（2）第一次缝制：将肩带插入端的底部与包体内部边沿上或下侧处的包体缝制在一起；
（3）第二次缝制：将肩带向下或上翻折包裹住边沿，将肩带插入端的顶部与包体内部边沿下或上侧处的包体缝制在一起；
（4）打枣：在肩带包裹边沿处打枣；
（5）包边。
所述的步骤（1）中肩带插入到包体的长度为2.5-3公分。

（3）第二次缝制：将肩带向下或上翻折包裹住边沿，将肩带插入端的顶部与包体内部边沿下或上侧处的包体缝制在一起；
（4）打枣：在肩带包裹边沿处打枣；
（5）包边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种背包中肩带与包体的连接工艺，其特征在于：所述的步骤（1）中肩带插入到包体的长度为2.5-3公分。
