背景技术
随着农村产业结构的不断调整，我国经济林产业规模的不断发展壮大，经济林业已逐步成为各地农区的农业优势产业。将林、草、牧相互整合的复合高效种养模式是以林业生态经济理论为指导，遵循自然生物生态系统和能量流动规律，它是充分利用林下土地资源和林荫优势从事林下种植、养殖等立体复合经营，从而使农林牧各业实现资源共享、优势互补、循环相生、协调发展的生态农业模式，是提高林地产出、增加农民收入的有效途径。进入21世纪以来，我国林下经济发展迅速，已经成为新兴的绿色产业。通过林下种养，提高林地利用率和林业综合效益。目前林下养殖已经体现出良性循环、持续发展的态势，成为农业循环经济发展的亮点。但也存在技术难点，一些畜禽(羊)喜欢啃食树皮、枝叶，导致影响树木的生长，甚至死亡。因此迫切需要采用一些保护措施，既保护树木同时又不能影响其生长。
发明内容
本发明针对目前存在的问题，提供一种林下放牧苗木保护装置，可以有效的保护树木同时又不能影响其生长，结构简单，易于大面积推广。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种林下放牧苗木保护装置，所述装置呈漏斗形，表层为网格状，分为上下两部分，上部呈扇形，用于保护树枝和树叶，下部呈圆柱形，用于保护树干。
所述扇形的上直径为0.5～1米，宽0.5～1米，所述圆柱形的直径为0.05～0.3米，高0.5～1.5米，下部圆柱形并采用多层绕卷的形式，同时具有伸缩性能，具有一定的扩张空间，随着树木的生长而变化，所述扇形的宽边与水平面呈30°～60°的角。
优选地，所述表层网格密度为2厘米*3厘米。
优选地，所述装置的材料为镀锌铁丝。
本发明的有益效果是：保护树木同时又不影响其生长，结构简单，耗材少，在使用时不影响美观，易于大面积推广。

一种林下放牧苗木保护装置，所述装置呈漏斗形，表层为网格状，分为上下两部分，上部呈扇形，用于保护树枝和树叶，下部呈圆柱形，用于保护树干。所述扇形的上直径为1米，宽1米，所述圆柱形的直径为0.3米，高1.5米，下部圆柱形并采用多层绕卷的形式，同时具有伸缩性能，具有一定的扩张空间，所述扇形的宽边与水平面呈60°的角，所述表层网格密度为2厘米*3厘米，所述装置的材料为16Ф镀锌铁丝。

2.根据权利要求1所述的林下放牧苗木保护装置，其特征在于，所述扇形的上直径为0.5～1米，宽0.5～1米，所述圆柱形的直径为0.05～0.3米，高0.5～1.5米，下部圆柱形采用多层卷绕的方式，具有一定的扩张空间，随着树木的生长而扩张，所述扇形的宽边与水平面呈30°～60°的角。
