本发明涉及一种光耦合现象演示仪,属于电子实验仪器领域,电路由直流电源E1、电源开关S1、电阻R1、发光二极管、光敏三极管、三极管、电阻R2、电阻R3、电阻R4、电源开关S2、直流电源E2、灯泡H、电压表V、欧姆表组成,其特征是:直流电源E1给发光二极管供电,直流电源E2给光敏三极管、三极管供电,欧姆表用来演示隔离现象,灯泡H、电压表V用来演示和测量光敏三极管的状态及数据;发光二极管和光敏三极管放在矩形盒内的左右两侧,矩形盒中间有可以向上抽动的木板,矩形盒的正面是可以向右抽动的木板,本发明所具有的优点和积极效果是:演示形象直观,携带方便,能向学生直观演示光耦合现象。

背景技术
目前,在电子技术课程教学中没有能够演示光耦合现象的仪器,本演示仪器能向学生直观演示光耦合现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够演示演示光耦合现象的仪器,能方便直观地演示光耦合现象。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:光耦合现象演示仪由直流电源E1、电源开关S1、电阻R1、发光二极管VD、光敏三极管VT1、三极管VT2、电阻R2、电阻R3、电阻R4、电源开关S2、直流电源E2、灯泡H、电压表V、欧姆表Ω和演示板组成;其特征是:直流电源E1给发光二极管VD供电,直流电源E2给光敏三极管VT1、三极管VT2供电,欧姆表Ω用来演示隔离现象,灯泡H、电压表V用来演示和测量光敏三极管VT1的状态及数据;发光二极管VD和光敏三极管VT1放在矩形盒内的左右两侧,矩形盒中间有可以向上抽动的中间木板,矩形盒的正面是可以向右抽动的正面木板。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明所具有的优点和积极效果是:演示形象直观,携带方便。

具体实施方式:
直流电源(E1)通过电源开关(S1)、电阻(R1)把电压加到发光二极管(VD)的阳极和阴极之间,直流电源(E2)通过电源开关(S2)、电阻(R2)、电阻(R3)、电阻(R4)给光敏三极管(VT1)、三极管(VT2)供电,光敏三极管(VT1)的发射极与三极管(VT2)的基极相连接,欧姆表(Ω)接在发光二极管(VD)的阴极和光敏三极管(VT1)的发射极之间用来演示隔离现象,灯泡(H)串接在三极管(VT2)的集电极上,电压表(V)与三极管(VT2)的发射极电阻(R4)并联,用灯泡(H)和电压表(V)来演示和测量光敏三极管(VT1)的状态和数据。发光二极管(VD)和光敏三极管(VT1)放在矩形盒(2)内的左右两侧,矩形盒(2)中间有可以向上抽动的中间木板(3),矩形盒(2)的正面是可以向右抽动的正面木板(5)。

1.一种光耦合现象演示仪,由直流电源E1、电源开关S1、电阻R1、发光二极管VD、光敏三极管VT1、三极管VT2、电阻R2、电阻R3、电阻R4、电源开关S2、直流电源E2、灯泡H、电压表V、欧姆表Ω和演示板组成;直流电源E1给发光二极管VD供电,直流电源E2给光敏三极管VT1、三极管VT2供电,欧姆表Ω用来演示隔离现象,灯泡H、电压表V用来演示和测量光敏三极管VT2的状态及数据;发光二极管VD和光敏三极管VT1放在矩形盒(2)内的左右两侧,矩形盒(2)的中间有可以向上抽动的中间木板(3),矩形盒(2)的正面是可以向右抽动的正面木板(5)。
