Abstract
The invention discloses a text document processing method. The method comprises the steps of firstly, determining the area of a first usable blank region obtained after previous (n-1) pages of a text document are adjusted in advance through first format parameters, and then determining a second area needing to be occupied after the last page of the text document is adjusted in advance through the first format parameters; if the second area is smaller than or equal to the area of the first usable blank region, adjusting the document content through the first format parameters. Accordingly, the number of the pages of the text document is reduced to (n-1) from n, a user does not need to adjust the number of pages manually, and the user operation is simplified. The invention further discloses a corresponding text document processing device and electronic equipment.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of document processing, and particularly relates to a text document processing method, a text document processing device and electronic equipment.
Background
Before printing a text document, in order to achieve a better typesetting effect, a user needs to manually adjust format parameters of the text document for many times, and the whole operation process is very complicated. For example: the last page of the text document only has three or four lines of characters, if the text document is directly printed, paper is wasted, and because the last page of the text document has a large margin, the generated visual effect is poor, and therefore a user needs to repeatedly adjust format parameters of the text document.
How to solve the problem that the user is too complicated to adjust the format parameters before printing the text document is an urgent need to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

The invention discloses a text document processing method which can automatically adjust format parameters of a text document and simplify user operation. The text document in the present invention includes n pages (in an original state), where n is an integer greater than 1, and may be an. doc document,. docx document, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a text document processing method disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
step S11: a first available blank area after pre-adjusting the first n-1 pages of the text document using the first format parameter is determined.
Wherein the first available blank area is larger than an original available blank area of a first n-1 page of the text document. The first format parameter is different from an original format parameter of the text document. If the last page of the text document is pre-adjusted by using the first format parameter, the second area occupied by the text in the last page is larger than the available blank area of the first n-1 pages of the text document, which indicates that the adjusted document still includes n pages after the content of the document is adjusted according to the first format parameter, and the blank area of the nth page of the adjusted document is further increased. In this case, if the area of the third blank area of the last page after the text document is pre-adjusted by using the first format parameter is smaller than the predetermined threshold, it indicates that the blank area of the last page of the document does not appear too large after the text document is adjusted according to the first format parameter.

and adjusting the printing carrier until the area of a third blank area of the last page after the text document is pre-adjusted by using the first format parameter is smaller than the preset threshold value, and then adjusting the document content by using the first format parameter.
