本发明公开了一种风扇,包括箱体和扇叶组件,所述箱体的两端分别设有进风口和出风口,所述的扇叶组件设在箱体的出风口,所述的箱体内设有水槽和水帘板,水槽设于箱体的上部,水槽的底板为渗水板,所述的水帘板设于箱体的下部,水帘板下端和箱体底板连接,水帘板上端和水槽底板连接,水帘板为多块,多块水帘板沿进风口到出风口方向均匀交错排列,形成曲折通风通道,本发明出风较为清凉、干净,降温消暑效果较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇。
背景技术
炎炎假日里,风扇作为一种通风消暑的设备得到人们的青睐,相对于空调设备来讲,风扇具有耗能少、成本低、便携性高等特点,但目前风扇也存在如下的不足:1、由于风扇直接将风吹向人身上,人才感觉得出凉爽,在这过程中,空气中的粉尘也随着吹向人身上;2、在天气较热时,风扇吹出的风温度较高,降温消暑的效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种出风较为清凉、干净,降温消暑效果较好的风扇。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种风扇,包括箱体和扇叶组件,所述箱体的两端分别设有进风口和出风口,所述的扇叶组件设在箱体的出风口,所述的箱体内设有水槽和水帘板,水槽设于箱体的上部,水槽的底板为渗水板,所述的水帘板设于箱体的下部,水帘板下端和箱体底板连接,水帘板上端和水槽底板连接,水帘板为多块,多块水帘板沿进风口到出风口方向均匀交错排列,形成曲折通风通道。
采用以上结构后,本发明风扇水槽内的水渗水流到水帘板上,在各个水帘板上形成水幕,进风口的风经过水帘板形成的曲折通风通道,风中含有的粉尘被吸附到水帘板的水幕上,顺水流到箱体下部,进风变得干净,进风的温度也有所降低,出风较为清凉,达到很好的降温消暑效果。  
作为优选,所述的箱体由泡沫内层和塑料外层组成,采用双层设置,进一步保持箱体内的温度。
作为优选,所述的水帘板均匀交错排列是指水帘板按单双块沿进风口到出风口方向设置,单块的水帘板设于箱体宽度方向的中部,双块水帘板分别设于箱体宽度方向的相对侧壁,箱体内曲折通风通道设置更加合理,进一步增强吸附粉尘的效果。 
作为优选,所述箱体的下方设有固定式或移动式支撑脚,方便箱体放置或移动。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明风扇,包括箱体1和扇叶组件3,箱体1的左右两端分别设有进风口7和出风口4,扇叶组件3设在箱体1的出风口4,扇叶组件3包括扇叶、电机和固定架,箱体1内设有水槽2和水帘板6,水槽2设于箱体1的上部,水槽2的底板为渗水板,渗水板可以采用有渗水功能的松木板或底板上设置渗水孔,或是渗水材料板,水帘板6设于箱体1的下部,水帘板6竖直设置,水帘板6下端和箱体1底板连接,水帘板6上端和水槽2底板连接,水帘板6为多块,多块水帘板6沿进风口7到出风口4方向均匀交错排列,形成曲折通风通道。 
本发明在具体实施时,箱体1由泡沫内层1.2和塑料外层1.1组成,水帘板6均匀交错排列是指水帘板6按单双块沿进风口7到出风口4方向设置,也就是从进风口7开始,先设置一块水帘板6,隔一段间距后,再设置两块水帘板6,再隔一段间距后再设置一块水帘板6,单块的水帘板6设于箱体1宽度方向的中部,双块水帘板6分别设于箱体1宽度方向的相对侧壁。 
本发明使用时,出风口4的扇叶组件3启动后,箱体1内外产生压差,风从进风口7处进风,到达单块水帘板6后被阻挡,部分粉尘被吸附在水帘板6上随水流流下,风从单块水帘板6两侧通道进入第二个区间,被设在箱体1侧壁上的两块水帘板6阻挡,部分粉尘被吸附在水帘板6上随水流流下,风从双块水帘板6的中间通道进入第三个区间,如此循环,直至从出风口4出风。

1.一种风扇,包括箱体(1)和扇叶组件(3),所述箱体(1)的两端分别设有进风口(7)和出风口(4),所述的扇叶组件(3)设在箱体(1)的出风口(4),其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)内设有水槽(2)和水帘板(6),水槽(2)设于箱体(1)的上部,水槽(2)的底板为渗水板,所述的水帘板(6)设于箱体(1)的下部,水帘板(6)下端和箱体(1)底板连接,水帘板(6)上端和水槽(2)底板连接,水帘板(6)为多块,多块水帘板(6)沿进风口(7)到出风口(4)方向均匀交错排列,形成曲折通风通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)由泡沫内层(1.2)和塑料外层(1.1)组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述的水帘板(6)均匀交错排列是指水帘板(6)按单双块沿进风口(7)到出风口(4)方向设置,单块的水帘板(6)设于箱体(1)宽度方向的中部,双块水帘板(6)分别设于箱体(1)宽度方向的相对侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述箱体(2)的下方设有固定式或移动式支撑脚(5)。
