Abstract
本发明公开了一种切向导流风轮装置,包括:一组导流风门、一组转轴、中心风轮、风门开关拨叉环、顶盖、底座。其特征在于:一组转轴中的每一根下端分别固定在底座边沿上,一组导流风门中的每一扇分别安装在转轴上,转轴的上端分别穿过顶盖的孔固定,导流风门在顶盖与底座之间能绕转轴转动,各个风门之间能够首尾相接圈成一个空间;中心风轮转轴的上端安装在顶盖中心孔内,中心风轮转轴的下端安装在底座中心孔内,中心风轮能够在各个风门之间转动;风门开关拨叉环套装在底座外侧,导流风门下边沿插在风门开关拨叉环的凹口内,风门开关拨叉环以底座为轴转动时,风门开关拨叉环的凹口拨动导流风门开启或关闭。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切向导流风轮装置,特别涉及一种可用于风力发电的切向导流风轮装置。
背景技术
清洁可再生能源已经越来越被重视,尤其是风电的发展更为迅速。各种风力发电装备品种很多。风力发电装备的动力部分是风轮,为了提高风轮的风能转换效率,人们设计制做了多种形式的风轮,但都各存在一些缺陷。现在用的最多的是水平轴摆头式的风轮,结构比较复杂,效率比较低。还有的是垂直轴式固定叶片风轮,效率也比较低。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于解决风力发电装备的风轮风能转换效率低的问题,提供一种结构简单效率高的切向导流风轮装置。
其技术解决方案是:
一种切向导流风轮装置,包括:一组导流风门、一组转轴、中心风轮、风门开关拨叉环、顶盖、底座。其特征在于:一组转轴中的每一根下端分别固定在底座边沿上,一组导流风门中的每一扇分别安装在转轴上,转轴的上端分别穿过顶盖的孔固定,导流风门在顶盖与底座之间能绕转轴转动,各个风门之间能够首尾相接圈成一个空间;中心风轮转轴的上端安装在顶盖中心孔内,中心风轮转轴的下端安装在底座中心孔内,中心风轮能够在各个风门之间转动;风门开关拨叉环套装在底座外侧,导流风门下边沿插在风门开关拨叉环的凹口内,风门开关拨叉环以底座为轴转动时,风门开关拨叉环的凹口拨动导流风门开启或关闭。当导流风门开启时,风流经导流风门导流后吹动中心风轮转动,中心风轮转轴将动力输出。要保持比较恒定的动力输出,只需通过转动风门开关拨叉环调整导流风门的开启程度即可。关闭导流风门时,中心风轮停止转动。
使用本发明的有益效果是:外形美观,结构简单,使用方便,提供清洁能源,保护环境。

具体实施方式
结合附图,一组转轴4中的每一根下端分别固定在底座2边沿上,一组导流风门7中的每一扇分别安装在转轴4上,转轴4的上端分别穿过顶盖8边沿的孔固定,导流风门7在顶盖8与底座2之间能绕转轴4转动,各个风门之间能够首尾相接圈成一个空间;中心风轮1的转轴3上端安装在顶盖8的中心孔内,中心风轮1的转轴3下端安装在底座2的中心孔内,中心风轮1能够在各个风门之间转动;风门开关拨叉环5套装在底座2的外侧,导流风门7的下边沿插在风门开关拨叉环5的凹口6内,风门开关拨叉环5以底座2为轴转动时,风门开关拨叉环5的凹口6拨动导流风门7开启或关闭。当导流风门7开启时,风流经导流风门7导流后吹动中心风轮1转动,中心风轮1的转轴3将动力输出。要保持比较恒定的动力输出,只需通过转动风门开关拨叉环5调整导流风门1的开启程度即可。关闭导流风门7时,中心风轮4停止转动。

1.一种切向导流风轮装置,包括:一组导流风门、一组转轴、中心风轮、风门开关拨叉环、顶盖、底座;其特征在于:一组转轴中的每一根下端分别固定在底座边沿上,一组导流风门中的每一扇分别安装在转轴上,转轴的上端分别穿过顶盖的孔固定,导流风门在顶盖与底座之间能绕转轴转动,各个风门之间能够首尾相接圈成一个空间;中心风轮转轴的上端安装在顶盖中心孔内,中心风轮转轴的下端安装在底座中心孔内,中心风轮能够在各个风门之间转动;风门开关拨叉环套装在底座外侧,导流风门下边沿插在风门开关拨叉环的凹口内,风门开关拨叉环以底座为轴转动时,风门开关拨叉环的凹口拨动导流风门开启或关闭。
