技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件,特别是涉及一种能克服增压器涡轮端漏油的隔热罩。
背景技术
涡轮增压器隔热罩位于废气涡轮增压器的涡轮壳与中间体的结合部位,与涡轮壳及中间体紧密配合,多数有一定的压紧量。隔热罩的作用是阻止涡轮壳中发动机废气的高热量过多传导给包含高速旋转零部件的中间体,阻止增压器多个重要部件受高温影响,优化增压器内部工作环境。现有的隔热罩为完全密封,当发动机怠速运行时,涡壳内的气体压力较小,而且不能传递到隔热罩内部的机芯部分。涡轮端容易在密封环处漏油,原因为增压器机芯内部润滑油油压高而涡轮端外部气压较低,导致密封环两端压力差过大,从而漏油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,对隔热罩的结构进行创新,而提供一种能克服增压器涡轮端漏油的隔热罩。
采用的技术方案是:
一种能克服增压器涡轮端漏油的隔热罩,包括筒型罩体,其特征在于所述的筒型罩体的侧壁上间隔均匀的开设有多个通气孔。涡壳内的气体压力可以通过此四个通孔传递到隔热罩内部的机芯处,增加了涡轮端密封环的外部压强,从而使得密封环两端压力得到平衡,阻止了该处漏油的现象。该结构采用后,延长了增压器的使用寿命。
本发明具有结构简单,效果明显、使用寿命长等优点,有效的保护了涡轮增压器的整体性能。

一种能克服增压器涡轮端漏油的隔热罩,包括筒型罩体1,其特点是在筒型罩体1的侧壁上对称且间隔均匀的开设有四个通气孔2。涡壳内的气体压力可以通过此四个通孔传递到隔热罩内部的机芯处,增加了涡轮端密封环的外部压强,从而使得密封环两端压力得到平衡,阻止了该处漏油的现象。该结构采用后,延长了增压器的使用寿命。
