本发明公开了一种能净化过滤水的过滤层,包括按照过滤顺序的至少三层:树脂过滤层,上述树脂层为多孔状结构过滤层,孔径在0.1-0.3μm;纳米银过滤层,其中纳米银含量为120-180mg/kg,其粒子大小为2-4nm;巯基棉层。本发明的有益效果在于,能提供化学污染物及微生物安全的健康饮用水。

Description

一种能净化过滤水的过滤层
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤层,尤其是能净化过滤水的过滤层。
背景技术
世界卫生组织(WHO)公布的资料显示,世界上有1/6的人口无法喝到干净的饮用水,致使肠道传染病发病率居高不下、甚至造成传染病暴发、致人死亡,饮水不良引起的疾病种类达到50多种。
我国经济飞速发展的过程同样引发了环境污染、造成水质恶化,严重影响人们的饮水安全。根据我国环境保护部发布的《中国环境状况公报》,我国每年的污水排放量达到600亿吨,占我国可用水资源的6%。2012年,全国地表水国控断面总体为轻度污染。河流的国控断面中,Ⅰ~Ⅲ类、Ⅳ~Ⅴ类和劣Ⅴ类水质断面比例分别为68.9%、20.9%和10.2%;62个国控重点湖泊(水库)中,Ⅰ~Ⅲ类、Ⅳ~Ⅴ类和劣Ⅴ类水质的湖泊(水库)比例分别为61.3%、27.4%和11.3%。对于城市公共供水水质监测,结果显示管网末梢水水质达标率为79.6%,这意味着部分自来水水质也难以保证饮用安全。综合以上数据,为了实现饮水安全,对饮水进行一次或二次净化处理成为人们迫切的希望。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能净化过滤水的过滤层,能提供化学污染物及微生物安全的健康饮用水。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种能净化过滤水的过滤层,包括按照过滤顺序的至少三层:
树脂过滤层,上述树脂层为多孔状结构过滤层,孔径在0.1-0.3μm;
纳米银过滤层,其中纳米银含量为120-180mg/kg,其粒子大小为2-4nm;
巯基棉层。
目前化学污染物主要为重金属及有机农药、多环芳烃、芳香烃等有机污染物,它们化学性质稳定,难以在较短时间内被分解或降解,而树脂过滤层能有效地吸附这些污染物。
经过树脂过滤层的处理过程,水中残留的有毒有害物质主要是微生物,本级滤芯采用高效杀菌剂——纳米银消除残留在水中的细菌、病毒、霉菌、衣原体等,保证了饮水的微生物安全。
纳米银的杀菌过程中会释放离子态银,利用巯基棉可吸附游离的银离子。
进一步地,上述纳米银过滤层的过滤上游设置有除氯层,上述除氯层内均匀设置有除氯球。
进一步地,上述除氯层与上述树脂过滤层之间设置有活性炭层,上述活性炭层中的活性炭粒径为2-5μm。
进一步地,上述树脂过滤层为XAD大孔树脂。
本发明的有益效果:
除氯层主要起到截留颗粒物,降低原水中游离氯含量、活性炭和大孔树脂的吸附作用消除重金属及有机污染物、纳米银高效快速消毒灭菌作用消除微生物危害、巯基棉吸附游离银离子,最终提供化学污染物及微生物安全的健康饮用水。
具体实施方式
下面根据实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明,能净化过滤水的过滤层,设置有五层,包括按照过滤顺序一次为:
除氯层,上述除氯层内均匀设置有除氯球;
活性炭层,上述活性炭层中的活性炭粒径为2-5μm;
树脂过滤层,上述树脂层为多孔状结构过滤层,孔径在0.1-0.3μm;树脂过滤层为XAD大孔树脂;
纳米银过滤层,其中纳米银含量为120-180mg/kg,其粒子大小为2-4nm;
巯基棉层。

1.一种能净化过滤水的过滤层,其特征在于,包括按照过滤顺序的至少三层:
树脂过滤层,所述树脂层为多孔状结构过滤层,孔径在0.1-0.3μm;
纳米银过滤层,其中纳米银含量为120-180mg/kg,其粒子大小为2-4nm;
巯基棉层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能净化过滤水的过滤层,其特征在于,所述纳米银过滤层的过滤上游设置有除氯层,所述除氯层内均匀设置有除氯球。
3.根据权利要求2所述的能净化过滤水的过滤层,其特征在于,所述除氯层与所述树脂过滤层之间设置有活性炭层,所述活性炭层中的活性炭粒径为2-5μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能净化过滤水的过滤层,其特征在于,所述树脂过滤层为XAD大孔树脂。
