本发明涉及一种防静电防水性及透气性好面料，它包括基层（1），基层（1）的表面设置有防静电层（2），防静电层（2）由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，经纱为棉纱构成，纬纱为导电纤维构成，导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm；所述基层由面料制成，所述面料由涤纶面料层、树酯涂料层及聚氨酯涂层组成，所述的涤纶面料层依次向上涂设有一树酯涂料层和一聚氨酯涂层。本发明具有很好的防静电性能，增强了面料的安全性。本发明防水性及透气性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种防静电防水性及透气性好面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着中国经济的高速发展及消费水平的提高，人们把健康视为人生的一大财富。
开始崇尚自然和健康的生活方式，原来单一和单调的纺织品已不能适应时代的发展和人们的需求。因此，开发新型的具有多功能用途的纺织品是今后发展方向。在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作，这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大，即呈现各向异性，会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉，特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合，更会感到不舒服。另外，传统的制作服装本体的面料防水性及透气性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防静电防水性及透气性好面料，提高面料的导电性能，从而起到防静电的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防静电防水性及透气性好面料，它包括基层，所述基层的表面设置有防静电层；所述基层由面料制成，所述面料由涤纶面料层、树酯涂料层及聚氨酯涂层组成，所述的涤纶面料层依次向上涂设有一树酯涂料层和一聚氨酯涂层。
所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能，具有很好的防静电性能，增强了面料的安全性。
本发明摒弃了现有技术中由基本面料上涂设一热塑性聚氨酯涂层的复合面料结构。其增设一树酯涂料层，使涤纶面料层与聚氨酯涂层的结合更稳固；将热塑性聚氨酯涂层替换成聚氨酯涂层，提高了整体面料的防水性及透气性。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种防静电防水性及透气性好面料，包括基层1，所述基层1的表面设置有防静电层2，所述防静电层2由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm。
本发明优选实施例中，所述防静电层2 中加入防静电剂。能消除面料上摩擦产生的各种静电积聚以及细菌，防止静电干扰及灰尘粘附现象。
所述基层由面料制成，所述面料由涤纶面料层、树酯涂料层及聚氨酯涂层组成，所述的涤纶面料层依次向上涂设有一树酯涂料层和一聚氨酯涂层。
