本发明涉及一种齿轮，尤其涉及一种齿轮快速定位装置。一种齿轮快速定位装置，包括定位装置本体,本发明巧妙的在在定位装置本体上设置带有齿轮凹槽的限位槽，限位槽可放置齿轮，保证放置的齿轮与齿轮之间平行对齐；生产工人可根据齿轮凹槽对限位槽内的齿轮根据齿轮进行调整，将若干个限位槽内的齿轮的轮齿调整成呈一致平行对齐，无需生产工人目测齿轮与齿轮之间是否存在偏斜、齿轮的轮齿存在不对齐的情况，从而提高了工作效率、操作简单，并且无需工人进行手动进行调整，大大的降低了齿轮轮齿之间的误差。

本发明涉及一种齿轮，尤其涉及一种齿轮快速定位装置。
背景技术
在现在有的齿轮安装的工艺当中，对同一水平线的多个齿轮进行安装时，如需要进行对齿轮的轮齿之间进行对齐，都由生产工人进行目测判断齿轮轮齿之间是否对齐，如不对齐需要通过手动进行调整。使得工作效率低、操作麻烦，由于是通过生产工人手动对齿轮的轮齿之间进行调整，存在较大的误差性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种可快速对齿轮进行定位、提高工作效率、操作简单的齿轮快速定位装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明主要通过以下技术方案得以解决：一种齿轮快速定位装置，包括定位装置本体,其特征在于：所述的定位装置本体设有若干个平行对应的限位槽，限位槽设有限位底座，限位底座设有齿轮凹槽；所述的定位装置本体设有轴承槽，轴承槽与所述的限位槽相通。
作为优选，上述的限位槽设有与齿轮的凸缘相匹配的定位凹槽。
作为优选，上述的定位块本体设有定位槽。
本发明巧妙的在在定位装置本体上设置带有齿轮凹槽的限位槽，限位槽可放置齿轮，保证放置的齿轮与齿轮之间平行对齐；生产工人可根据齿轮凹槽对限位槽内的齿轮根据齿轮进行调整，将若干个限位槽内的齿轮的轮齿调整成呈一致平行对齐，无需生产工人目测齿轮与齿轮之间是否存在偏斜、齿轮的轮齿存在不对齐的情况，从而提高了工作效率、操作简单，并且无需工人进行手动进行调整，大大的降低了齿轮轮齿之间的误差。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-3，对本发明的技术方案的具体实施方式作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：一种齿轮快速定位装置，包括定位装置本体1，定位装置本体1设有若干个平行对应的限位槽2，限位槽2的个数通过实际需求设置，方便于操作人员的操作。本实施例优选为两个限位槽2。限位槽2内可放置齿轮9，使放入限位槽2内的齿轮9平行对齐，限位槽2设有限位底座3，限位底座3设有齿轮凹槽6，可对限位槽2内齿轮9的轮齿进行调整，使限位槽2内的齿轮9的轮齿相对齐。
齿轮9设有轴孔10和凸缘12，轴孔10可套接齿轮轴11，定位装置本体1设有轴承槽4，轴承槽4与所述的限位槽2相通，在齿轮9放置在限位槽2经过对齐调整后，由齿轮轴11通过轴承槽4穿过轴孔10将限位槽2内的两个齿轮9串接。限位槽2设有与所述凸缘12相匹配的定位凹槽5，便于齿轮9在放入限位槽2时，容易使工作人员识别齿轮9的头尾。定位装置本体1设有定位槽7，可套接在操作台上的固定块上，防止操作人员在操作时，定位装置移动。
在操作人员进行操作时，先将定位装置本体1通过定位槽7固定在操作台上，再将齿轮9根据定位凹槽5的位置将齿轮放入定位装置本体1的限位槽2内，根据限位底座3的齿轮凹槽进行对齿轮9的调整，使两个齿轮9的轮齿对齐，接着由齿轮轴11通过轴承槽4穿过齿轮9上的轴孔10将限位槽2内的两个齿轮9串接起来取出，再将齿轮9放入限位槽2内，重复上诉操作，即可快速效率的完成操作。

1.一种齿轮快速定位装置，包括定位装置本体（1）,其特征在于：所述的定位装置本体（1）设有若干个平行对应的限位槽（2），限位槽（2）设有限位底座（3），限位底座（3）设有齿轮凹槽（6）；所述的定位装置本体（1）设有轴承槽（4），轴承槽（4）与所述的限位槽（2）相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮快速定位装置，其特征在于：所述的限位槽（2）设有与齿轮的凸缘（12）相匹配的定位凹槽（5）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种齿轮快速定位装置，其特征在于：所述的定位装置本体（1）设有定位槽（7）。
