Abstract

本发明为一种治疗乳腺炎的药物，其主要以苍耳子、冰片、黄连、党参、麻黄、杜仲、田七和甘草等中草药为原料，通过文火反复煎熬，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后将所得的稠膏状药物加入常规辅料，再烘干、研碎、制成散剂，包装后得成品。本发明药物清热解毒、消滞通络，可以治疗各种类型乳腺炎。

Description

一种治疗乳腺炎的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种治疗乳腺炎的药物，特别涉及到一种以中草药为原料制备的治疗乳腺炎的药物，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
背景技术
乳腺炎是乳腺发生急性化脓性感染，多发生于哺乳期的妇女，主要症状有发热、烦躁、乏力等。目前，治疗乳腺炎的西药很多，主要以消炎为主，由于大多数患者为哺乳期妇女，所以，对用母乳喂养婴儿有所影响，并且还有治疗成本高、副作用大等缺点。另外，还有很多治疗乳腺炎的中药，但大多数具有治疗效果差、治愈率低和治疗周期长等缺点。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治愈率高、成本低、无毒副作用的治疗乳腺炎的药物。
提供该药物的制备方法是本发明的另一发明目的。
本发明的药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
  苍耳子  10-20      冰  片  10-16 
  黄  连  10-16      党  参  7-14
  麻  黄  7-18       杜  仲  6-13    
  田  七  12—18     甘  草  6-16   
具体由下述质量比例的原料制成：
  苍耳子  15         冰  片  12 
  黄  连  13         党  参  10
  麻  黄  15         杜  仲  11    
  田  七  16         甘  草  14 
本发明药物的制备方法是：
将苍耳子、冰片、黄连、党参、麻黄、杜仲、田七和甘草加入60—120重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒、散剂、注射剂或膏剂。
本发明组方中各药间有相加互补和协同作用，清热解毒、消滞通络，可以有效治疗乳腺炎。
本发明是发明人经过反复研究，逐步改进，最后成功的一种疗效较好的治疗乳腺炎的药物，为表明本发明药物对乳腺炎的治疗效果，本发明对220例服用本药物的乳腺炎患者进行了临床观察，并选择具有可比性的乳腺炎患者217例作为对照组。治疗组患者每天服用本发明药物两次，早晚各一次，一次服用5克药物，对照组患者服用常规治疗乳腺炎的口服药物。治疗一个月后，治疗结果见表1

治疗组相比对照组具有更高的治愈率和有效率，由此认为，本发明药物治疗乳腺炎具有较好的效果，并且经过一个月的治疗观察，服用本发明药物没有出现任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
    实施例1
按照下述重量准备原材料（kg）：
苍耳子1.5、冰片1.2、黄连1.1、党参1.1、麻黄1.3、杜仲0.7、田七1.2和甘草0.8。
将上述8.9kg中草药放入砂锅中，加入9.5kg的清水，文火煎1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合再放入砂锅煎3.5小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入炼蜜，混合均匀，制成大蜜丸，包装后得成品。
  实施例2
按照下述重量准备原材料（kg）：
苍耳子1.5、冰片1.2、黄连1.3、党参1.0、麻黄1.2、杜仲1.1、田七1.6和甘草1.4。
将上述10.3kg中草药放入砂锅中，加入11kg的清水，文火煎1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合再放入砂锅煎3.5小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后将所得的稠膏状药物烘干、研碎、装胶囊，包装后得成品。

1.一种治疗乳腺炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
苍耳子  10-20      冰  片  10-16 
黄  连  10-16      党  参  7-14
麻  黄  7-18       杜  仲  6-13    
田  七  12—18     甘  草  6-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗乳腺炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
苍耳子  15         冰  片  12 
黄  连  13         党  参  10
麻  黄  15         杜  仲  11    
  田  七  16         甘  草  14。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗乳腺炎的药物的制备方法，其特征在于该方法将苍耳子、冰片、黄连、党参、麻黄、杜仲、田七和甘草加入70—130重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒、散剂、注射剂或膏剂。
