Abstract

本发明创造提供一种喉部内窥镜前端结构,包括外管、中层管和内管。还包括与外管端部固定连接的堵头和固定中层管同时与外管粘接固定的复合镜座。在装配使用时,首先将外管和堵头固定,再将光纤穿入外管形成部件一,接着将中层管插入复合镜座中粘接固定形成部件二,将部件二插入部件一中,利用粘接使复合镜座的下部与外管的下部密封固定。接着将装配好光学零件的内管插入中层管中,即完成了本发明创造的整体装配。本发明创造的有益效果是,采用三层管结构,解决现有技术双层管结构存在的胶水将内外管粘牢,很难进行拆卸的问题。便于内管中光学零件损坏的更换。

技术领域
本发明创造属于内窥诊断设备领域,尤其是涉及一种喉部内窥镜前端结构。
背景技术
内窥镜作为一种医疗设备,已经越来越多的应用于现代治疗诊断中。内窥镜由于作用于人体,因此在制造中要求较高,这也导致了对内窥镜的工艺和材料要求较高,使得内窥镜的价格普遍比较昂贵。特别是内窥镜的光学部件部分,作为内窥镜的核心部件,其造价和维修费用都比较高。
现有的喉部内窥镜的前端结构主要由内管和外管构成。外管直接和外部环境接触,起到支撑整体及隔离保护内部零件的作用。内管是光学部件的放置管,起到固定光学部件及隔离光纤的作用。外管和内管之间的空间为光纤空间。现有技术中存在的问题是,为了固定喉部内窥镜的前端结构,就需要将内管与外管进行粘接固定。当光学部件出现损坏时,就会因拆卸难度大而无法便捷的取出光学部件进行维修,无形中增加了设备的维修成本,且延误了诊治时间。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的问题是提供一种喉部内窥镜前端结构,能够解决现有技术中存在的光学零件部分拆卸困难,维修不便,维修成本高等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:
提供一种喉部内窥镜前端结构,包括外管、光纤和内管,其中外管端部由一个堵头粘接密封,内管中包括装配好的光学零件。还包括中层管和复合镜座;所述的中层管位于所述外管和所述内管之间,且所述中层管和复合镜座可通过胶粘固定连接,所述复合镜座与所述外管内部固定连接,所述光纤位于中层管和外管之间的光纤通道中。
进一步的,所述的复合镜座包括座体和保护片,所述的座体底部分为倾斜底部和水平底部,所述的保护片内嵌于所述的倾斜底部中,且所述的水平底部与所述的外管内部固定连接。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:采用三层管结构,解决现有技术双层管结构存在的胶水将内外管粘牢,很难进行拆卸的问题。便于内管中光学零件损坏的更换。同时,复合底座中的保护片能够保护光学部件中的物镜,并起到透光作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明创造包括外管、光纤和内管,其中外管端部由一个堵头粘接密封,内管中包括装配好的光学零件。本发明创造还包括中层管和复合镜座,所述的中层管位于所述外管和所述内管之间,且所述中层管和复合镜座可通过胶粘固定连接,所述复合镜座与所述外管内部固定连接,所述光纤位于中层管和外管之间的光纤通道中。
进一步的,所述的复合镜座包括座体和保护片,所述的座体底部分为倾斜底部和水平底部,所述的保护片内嵌于所述的倾斜底部中,且所述的水平底部与所述的外管内部固定连接。
本发明创造的装配过程如下:首先将外管和堵头固定,再将光纤穿入外管形成部件一,接着将中层管插入复合镜座中同时粘接固定形成部件二,将部件二插入部件一中,利用粘接使复合镜座座体的水平底部与外管内部粘接密封固定。接着将装配好光学零件的内管插入中层管中,即完成了本发明创造的整体装配。本发明创造中复合镜座的倾斜底部设置为70°或90°,目的是为了适应喉部内窥镜的观测角度。复合镜座中的保护片能够对光学部件中的物镜起到隔离和保护作用。本发明创造中所述的光学部件为内窥镜技术领域公知技术,因此这里不再赘述。

1.一种喉部内窥镜前端结构,包括外管、光纤和内管,其中外管端部由一个堵头粘接密封,内管中包括装配好的光学零件,其特征在于:还包括中层管和复合镜座;所述的中层管位于所述外管和所述内管之间,且所述中层管和复合镜座可通过胶粘固定连接,所述复合镜座与所述外管内部固定连接,所述光纤位于中层管和外管之间的光纤通道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喉部内窥镜前端结构,其特征在于:所述的复合镜座包括座体和保护片,所述的座体底部分为倾斜底部和水平底部,所述的保护片内嵌于所述的倾斜底部中,且所述的水平底部与所述的外管内部固定连接。
