本发明涉及装饰用品技术领域,特指一种装饰彩灯的灯架结构。它包括透明状的灯罩、以及灯座和弹片,灯罩的中部开设有通孔,插置在透明灯罩的通孔内的灯头柱呈圆柱状,其外圆柱面下端的直径略小于上端直径,并于直径变化处形成一个台阶,底座呈倒圆锥状,其上端面与灯头柱的下端面相连之处形成一圆台,卡设在灯头柱位于圆台和台阶之间的外圆柱面上的筒状弹片的外圆面上开设有若干竖向通孔,相邻的竖向通孔之间形成肋条,肋条的中部呈弧状向外拱起。本发明结构简单,可保证灯头柱与灯罩之间实现牢固连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰用品技术领域,特指一种装饰彩灯的灯架结构。
背景技术
装饰彩灯根据不同的场合组合起来运用后,通过其发出的各种色彩各异、强弱不同的光芒,可以营造出人们所需要的气氛,如喜庆、温馨、浪漫、神秘等,因而在现代社会中得到了广泛应用。但就目前市场上出现的各种装饰彩灯来看,其结构设计尚存在着一些不足之处,主要在于插置于灯罩之内的装有灯头的灯头柱与灯罩的连接不可靠,现有装饰彩灯的灯头柱依靠套设于其上、顶端成型有若干向外撑开的锯齿的弹片来实现灯头柱与灯罩的紧固,但由于起作用的锯齿面积很小,刚性不足,导致灯罩或灯头柱稍遇外力作用就可能脱落,带来不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于针对现有技术的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、可保证灯头柱与灯罩实现牢固连接的装饰彩灯的灯架。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:套设在灯头柱上的弹片的外圆面上开设有若干竖向通孔,相邻的竖向通孔之间形成肋条,肋条的中部呈弧状向外拱起。
通过上述结构,当灯头柱插置进灯罩内,套设在灯头柱上的弹片的肋条紧紧地卡住与灯头柱配合的通孔的内壁,从而保证了灯头柱与灯罩的紧固连接。

见附图1 、2 ,本发明包括:透明状的灯罩1 、灯座2、开口的筒状弹片3 ,透明灯罩1 的中部开设有通孔11 ,灯座2 由与灯头连接的灯头柱21 和与导线连接的底座22 构成,插置在透明灯罩1 的通孔11 内的灯头柱21 呈圆柱状,其外圆柱面下端的直径略小于上端直径,并于直径变化处形成一个台阶211 ,底座22 呈倒圆锥状,其上端面与灯头柱21 的下端面相连之处形成一圆台221 ,筒状弹片3 卡设在灯头柱21 位于圆台221 和台阶211 之间的外圆柱面上,弹片3的外圆面上开设有若干竖向通孔31 ,相邻的竖向通孔31 之间形成肋条32 ,肋条32 的中部呈弧状向外拱起。开设在弹片3 外圆面上的竖向通孔31 可为矩形、椭圆形等形状。
具体实施例
当将灯头柱21 对准通孔11 插进开设于灯罩l 内时,套设于其上的弹片3 也一起挤入通孔11 内,而当弹片3 进入通孔11 内后,其外圆面上的肋条31 即向外撑开,紧紧地卡在通孔11的内壁上,由于接触面积很大,要拔出灯头柱21 ,除了要克服肋条31 的弹力作用外,还需克服肋条31 与通孔11 内壁的摩擦力,而这显然并非易事,因此,通过上述的结构,灯头柱21与灯罩1 可以牢固连接在一起。

1.一种装饰彩灯的灯架结构,包括:透明状的灯罩(1) 、灯座(2)、开口的筒状弹片(3 ),灯罩(1) 的中部开设有通孔( 11) ,灯座(2) 由与灯头连接的灯头柱(21) 和与导线连接的底座(22) 构成,插置在透明灯罩(1) 的通孔(11) 内的灯头柱(21) 呈圆柱状,其外圆柱面下端的直径略小于上端直径,并于直径变化处形成一个台阶(211 ),底座(22) 呈倒圆锥状,其上端面与灯头柱(21) 的下端面相连之处形成一圆台(221 ),开口的筒状弹片(3)卡设在灯头柱(21) 位于圆台(221) 和台阶(211) 之间的外圆柱面上,其特征在于:灯头柱(21) 该弹片(3)的外圆面上开设有若干竖向通孔(31) ,相邻的竖向通孔(31) 之间形成肋条(32) ,肋条(32) 的中部呈弧状向外拱起。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种装饰彩灯的灯架结构,其特征在于:开设在弹片(3) 外圆面上的竖向通孔(31) 可为矩形、椭圆形等形状。
