本发明公开一种手术无影灯,包括悬臂、灯头,悬臂采用的材质为合金钢,悬臂的一端固定与天花板,悬臂的另一端通过卡扣连接灯头,灯头包含有灯罩、底板,底板上面开设有分布均匀的圆形发光孔,发光孔内部安装有LED灯,LED灯的表面设置有隔膜,灯罩内部设置有导光板。而且采用导光板将侧面LED光源发出的光经过反射后扩散发出,使出射光线更加均匀,避免了在投射区域产生阴影的问题,可以有效保证手术的顺利进行。可扩展性能优,设计新颖,是一种很好的创新方案,很有市场推广前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品,特别是涉及一种手术无影灯。
背景技术
无影灯是手术室最重要的医疗设备之一,医护人员通过无影灯的使用,手术无影灯分为"孔式手术无影灯"和"整体反射手术无影灯".随着净化于术室越来越多为医院所采用。层流手术室内对影响层流的主要因素热源及阻碍物的控制要求也随之提高。老孔式手术无影灯无法满足高标准净化手术室的技术要求,正逐步被整体反射手术无影灯所代替!无影灯的主要是手术室医用照明使用。实现在患者施术部位无阴影照明的目的,从而帮助医生清晰地分辨病灶组织,顺利地完成手术。
现有的无影灯都是采用多只白炽灯或卤素灯组合在一个灯座上,会产生大量的红外辐射,金卤灯还有一定的紫外辐射。照射过量的紫外线,会对人体产生伤害。红外辐射,会造成创面温度升高,加速患者伤口的血凝,不利于手术的正常进行,对医生和护士也会产生炙热感,不利于手术正常进行,而且,目前这类无影灯光源因存在频闪眩光,会增加医护人员的视力疲劳,不利于长时间手术的进行。
综上所述,针对现有技术的缺陷,特别需要一种手术无影灯,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对现有技术中手术无影灯存在的不足,给实际的动用带来很大的弊端,本发明提出一种手术无影灯,设计新颖,解决目前医用无影灯所存在的辐射及频闪眩光问题,以解决现有技术的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种手术无影灯,包括悬臂、灯头,悬臂采用的材质为合金钢,悬臂的一端固定与天花板,悬臂的另一端通过卡扣连接灯头,灯头包含有灯罩、底板,底板上面开设有分布均匀的圆形发光孔,发光孔内部安装有LED灯,LED灯的表面设置有隔膜,灯罩内部设置有导光板。
在本发明所述的悬臂和灯头之间采用可拆分连接。
进一步,所述的灯头的形状呈圆稚形。
本发明的有益效果是:本产品的LED 无影灯,以冷光源 LED 为照明光源,在工作时产生的热辐射较低,有效保证了医用手术中对患者的安全性;另外本发明 LED 光源设置在边框内侧,避免了光出射时因直射而造成频闪眩光问题,而且采用导光板将侧面 LED 光源发出的光经过反射后扩散发出,使出射光线更加均匀,避免了在投射区域产生阴影的问题,可以有效保证手术的顺利进行。可扩展性能优,设计新颖,是一种很好的创新方案,很有市场推广前景。

参见图1、一种手术无影灯,包括悬臂100、灯头200,悬臂100采用的材质为合金钢,悬臂100的一端固定与天花板,悬臂100的另一端通过卡扣连接灯头200,灯头包含有灯罩、底板,底板上面开设有分布均匀的圆形发光孔120,发光孔120内部安装有LED灯130,LED灯130的表面设置有隔膜,灯罩内部设置有导光板110。
另外,悬臂100和灯头200之间采用可拆分连接。灯头200的形状呈圆稚形。
