Abstract

本发明涉及一种导光型LED射灯,包括灯体,所述的灯体包括石墨烯灯杯以及塑料灯座;所述的塑料灯座上设置有多根散热筋;所述的石墨烯灯杯和塑料灯座之间通过密封件密封连接;所述的灯杯底部设置有铝基板,所述的铝基板上焊接有LED芯片;所述的灯杯顶端通过胶粘固定有灯盖;灯杯内设置有导光柱;所述的导光柱凸出灯盖表面;所述的导光柱放置于LED芯片上;导光柱的顶部具有开口;所述的导光柱的底部具有挡块。本发明采用石墨烯制成杯体能够增加导热散热效果;灯体内的导光柱能够更好的将光源聚集,并且灯盖不易损坏。

导光型LED射灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种射灯,尤其是一种导光型LED射灯。 
背景技术
LED灯是应用新型LED照明光源在传统灯基础上改良开发的产品,与传统灯对比具有以下优点:节能、低碳、长寿、显色性好、响应速度快。LED灯的设计更加的美观轻巧,安装时能达到保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美,不破坏灯具的设置,光源隐藏建筑装饰内部,光源不外露,无眩光,人的视觉效果柔和、均匀。但是,现有的LED灯的外壳大多为塑料外壳,其散热效果较差;并且现有的灯罩大多为一个镜片,这样不仅不美观而且容易损坏。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种散热快、光照效果好的导光型LED射灯。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种导光型LED射灯,包括灯体,所述的灯体包括石墨烯灯杯以及塑料灯座;所述的塑料灯座上设置有多根散热筋;所述的石墨烯灯杯和塑料灯座之间通过密封件密封连接;所述的灯杯底部设置有铝基板,所述的铝基板上焊接有LED芯片;所述的灯杯顶端通过胶粘固定有灯盖;灯杯内设置有导光柱;所述的导光柱凸出灯盖表面;所述的导光柱放置于LED芯片上;导光柱的顶部具有开口;所述的导光柱的底部具有挡块。为了进一步的增加导光效果,本发明所述的导光柱为矩形玻璃导光柱。 
再进一步的说,为了增加光照面积,本发明所述的挡块表面具有凹凸面。 
本发明的有益效果是,解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,采用石墨烯制成杯体能够增加导热散热效果;灯体内的导光柱能够更好的将光源聚集,并且灯盖不易损坏。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。 
如图1所示的一种导光型LED射灯,包括灯体1,灯体包括石墨烯灯杯2以及塑料灯座3;塑料灯座上设置有多根散热筋4;石墨烯灯杯和塑料灯座之间通过密封件11密封连接;这样可以通过散热筋以及石墨烯材料进行同时散热。 
灯杯底部设置有铝基板5,铝基板上焊接有LED芯片6;灯杯顶端通过胶粘固定有灯盖7; 
灯杯内设置有导光柱8;为了进一步的增加导光效果,导光柱为矩形玻璃导光柱。导光柱凸出灯盖表面;导光柱放置于LED芯片上;导光柱的顶部具有开口9;导光柱的底部具有挡块;为了增加光照面积,挡块表面具有凹凸面。LED芯片发出的光源经过凹凸面的折射再有导光柱射出。

1.一种导光型LED射灯,包括灯体,其特征在于:所述的灯体包括石墨烯灯杯以及塑料灯座;所述的塑料灯座上设置有多根散热筋;所述的石墨烯灯杯和塑料灯座之间通过密封件密封连接;所述的灯杯底部设置有铝基板,所述的铝基板上焊接有LED芯片;所述的灯杯顶端通过胶粘固定有灯盖;灯杯内设置有导光柱;所述的导光柱凸出灯盖表面;所述的导光柱放置于LED芯片上;导光柱的顶部具有开口;所述的导光柱的底部具有挡块。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光型LED射灯,其特征在于:所述的导光柱为矩形玻璃导光柱。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光型LED射灯,其特征在于:所述的挡块表面具有凹凸面。
