技术领域
本发明属于环保木地板技术领域,特别涉及能够释放负离子的一种非木质复合环保地板。
背景技术
室内装修用的各种建筑材料中,含有各种的挥发性有机物,这些有毒有害的气体包括:卤代烃化合物、芳香烃化合物(如苯)、醛类化合物(如甲醛)、酮类及脂类化合物,对室内空气造成了很大的污染,对人类健康的构成了极大的潜伏危害,已引起社会广泛关注。
将空气负离子技术运用于地板产品中,铺装后的木地板在室内长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
另一方面,传统的地板功能单一,容易产生甲醛等有害物质,极易对人体产生伤害,以及不具备驱蚊虫和舒缓压力的功能,已经不能满足人们的日常需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够释放负离子、优化室内空气及具有提神醒脑、驱蚊虫功能的一种非木质复合环保地板,其不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,具有舒缓压力的功效,不会对人体产生不良影响,适用于各个年龄人群。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种非木质复合环保地板,由防潮层、中药板材层、负离子胶黏层和耐磨层组成,所述防潮层、中药板材层和耐磨层自下而上依次设置,且所述中药板材层的上下面分别通过负离子胶黏层与所述防潮层和耐磨层胶合,其中,所述负离子胶黏层由大豆蛋白胶黏剂和负离子天然矿物质粉组成,其中大豆蛋白胶黏剂和负离子天然矿物质粉的质量比为4:1,所述负离子天然矿物质粉为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和二氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比6:4的混合物;所述中药板材层由下列重量份配比的原料制成:刨花30~40份,雷公藤3~4份,芜荑3~4份,黄花蒿3~4份,百部3~4份,佩兰3~4份,长叶冻绿3~4份,白芷3~4份,香茅3~4份,芫花3~4份,黄芩3~4份,菖蒲3~4份,榆树皮3~4份,檀香3~4份,樟木3~4份,香子兰3~4份,蜂胶精油2~3份,茉莉精油2~3份,麝香精油2~3份,聚氨基甲酸酯胶粘剂10~12份;其制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述各组分分别取镁电气石、锂电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和二氧化钛,并分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至1700目的负离子天然矿物质粉,备用;
S2、将步骤S1中的负离子天然矿物质粉与大豆蛋白胶黏剂混合搅拌15min成负离子胶黏剂,备用;
S3、按上述各组分分别取刨花30~40份,雷公藤3~4份,芜荑3~4份,黄花蒿3~4份,百部3~4份,佩兰3~4份,长叶冻绿3~4份,白芷3~4份,香茅3~4份,芫花3~4份,黄芩3~4份,菖蒲3~4份,榆树皮3~4份,檀香3~4份,樟木3~4份,香子兰3~4份,投入超微粉碎机中粉碎成130目的混合粉末;
S4、将步骤S3中的混合粉末与蜂胶精油、茉莉精油、麝香精油、聚氨基甲酸酯胶粘剂加入高速分散机进行搅拌20min成混合料,备用;
S5、将步骤S4中的混合料置入压合机中热压制成2.5~25mm厚度的中药板材,备用;其中,压制时间为30min,压力为1Mpa/cm2,温度保持在100℃-110℃;
S6、将步骤S5中的中药板材上下面分别涂布S2中的负离子胶黏剂,常规涂布量为70~150g/m2,然后分别将防潮层、耐磨层与中药板材层进行热压胶合,常规热压胶合工艺参数为:压力为0.5~1.0Mpa/cm2,温度为85℃-130℃,时间为1.5~5min;
S7、在步骤S6之后对木地板进行加工、打磨、打包、检验、入库。
在一较佳实施例中,所述防潮层为陶瓷防潮层,所述耐磨层为三氧化二铝层,其中,在所述防潮层的两侧分别设置有阴阳锁扣。
其进一步技术方案为,所述负离子胶黏剂涂布于所述中药板材层的上下面及四个侧面。
需要说明的是,本发明基于祖国传统医学,采用中药保健理论,参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中采用的中药原料的作用简介如下。
雷公藤:具有抗炎的作用、杀菌作用以及解热镇痛作用等。
芜荑:《全国中草药汇编》气味: 辛、平、无毒,消积杀虫。
黄花蒿:辛、苦,凉。清热凉血,截疟,退虚热,解暑。用于肺痨潮热,疟疾,伤暑低热,无汗,小儿惊风,泄泻,恶疮疥癣,灭蚊。 根:用于劳热,骨蒸,关节酸疼,大便下血。果实:甘,凉。清热明目,杀虫。
百部,块根可入药,有毒性,可驱除蚊虫,抗病原微生物作用,体外试验表明:百部煎剂及醇浸剂对肺炎球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、脑膜炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、白喉杆菌、肺炎杆菌、鼠疫杆菌、炭疽杆菌、枯草杆菌以及霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有不同程度的抑制作用,蔓生百部水浸液在体外对某些致病真菌有一定的抑制作用,此外,百部的水浸液及乙醇浸液,对蚊蝇幼虫、头虱、衣虱及臭虫等均有杀灭作用,醇浸剂较水浸剂的效力为大。
佩兰:对白喉杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌等有抑制作用。其挥发油对流感病毒有抑制作用。
长叶冻绿::落叶灌木或小乔木,根皮或全株入药,性平、味苦,去湿、杀菌,杀虫。
黄花蒿:辛、苦,凉。清热凉血,截疟,退虚热,解暑。用于肺痨潮热,疟疾,伤暑低热,无汗,小儿惊风,泄泻,恶疮疥癣,灭蚊。 根:用于劳热,骨蒸,关节酸疼,大便下血。果实:甘,凉。清热明目,杀虫。
白芷:对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用。本品所含的氧前胡素体外试验对11种菌株有抗菌作用;欧前胡素亦有抗菌作用花椒毒素;对人型结核杆菌H37RV的MIC为100mcg/ml。水浸剂对奥杜盎氏小芽胞癣菌等致病真菌也有一定抑制作用。
香茅:最重要的特性就是驱虫,其挥发油具有广谱抗菌和杀菌作用,并有直接抑制流感病毒的作用。
芫花:体外试验1:50浓度的醋制芫花及苯制芫花醇水提取液对肺炎球菌、溶血链球菌、流行性感冒杆菌均有抑制作用。芫花水浸液(1:4)在试管内对许兰氏杆菌、奥杜盎氏小孢子菌、星形奴卡氏菌等皮肤真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。而芫花素无抗菌作用,具有解毒杀虫的作用。
黄芩:抗菌、抗病毒,对多种革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、致病性皮肤真菌有抑制作用,抑制流感病毒、乙型肝炎病毒。
菖蒲:全株芳香,可作香料或驱蚊虫;茎、叶可入药。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮, 甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
檀香:为檀香科植物的心材。常绿小乔木,高6~9米,具寄生根,《傣药录》记载:用于理气和胃,中恶,杀虫。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能 通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
香子兰:具有特殊的香气,具有刺激作用,有抗腐烂、助消化、助荷尔蒙分泌、舒缓焦虑及改善失眠等功效。在医疗领域,对帕金森症、泌尿系统病、性病、心脏病、皮肤病等有特殊功效。
蜂胶精油:蜂胶是蜂巢边的“蜡胶”,是蜜蜂刻意飞越某些树林,利用后腿沾上树木分泌的树脂,到了蜂巢边时将树脂拍下再用自己吐出的酶和蜂蜡混合成为蜂胶,它能抗菌抗病毒,保护幼虫、幼蜂及蜂后等整个蜂巢在无菌的状态下生存,近代研究证明,蜂胶所含有的丰富而独特的生物活性物质,使其具有抗菌、消炎、止痒、抗氧化、增强免疫等多种功能。
茉莉精油:具有明显的放松效果,可以振奋精神,提升自信心,强力的抗忧郁能力可使人精神愉快,忘记烦恼。同时安抚神经、产生正面的感受,建立一种自信,有乐观和精神欢快的感觉,有助于恢复精力,它同时具有松弛和温暖情绪的功能。
麝香精油:具有淡淡的香味,有舒缓、镇定、解除忧郁及抗沮丧的效果,增加浪漫的心情、自然的香气让身心带来温暖的感受。
本发明所涉及的设备、原料及方法,均为本行业惯常使用的设备、原料及方法。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明无毒无害,气味清新,具有保健效果,有利于人体健康,其在适量添加其它功能组分后仍能够保持原有的强度和质量。
1、电气石是一种硅酸盐矿物,其化学式为Na(Mg,Fe,Mn,Li,Al)3Al6(Si6O18)(Bo3)3(OH,F)4,它与水分子接触在静电场作用下,便可将水分子电离成氢离子(H+)和氢氧根离子(OH-),氢氧根离子与水分子结合形成碱性羟基负离子(H2OOH-),即为“空气负离子”,目前科学研究证明:负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,被称为“空气维生素”。负离子有效吸附室内有害物质,如甲醛、甲苯等建筑装修有害物质,不仅自身不增加污染,而且清洁净化室内空气,从根本上消除建筑装修综合症,保障人体健康不受影响,是一种绿色环保的装饰装修材料。
2、本发明中含有的中药成分,不仅能够驱赶蚊虫,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用,可以预防呼吸道疾病,增强人体免疫功能;其不但清新空气,并能抑菌杀菌,同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,具有提神醒脑,增强记忆,助荷尔蒙分泌,舒缓焦虑等功效,更为关键的是,长期使用本发明不会对人体产生不良影响,适用于各个年龄人群,具有非常广泛的应用前景。

在一较佳实施例中,所述防潮层1为陶瓷防潮层,所述耐磨层3为三氧化二铝层,其中,在所述防潮层1的两侧分别设置有阴阳锁扣(10,11),安装时可以利用该阴阳锁扣(10,11)实现两片地板的拼合。
其进一步技术方案为,所述负离子胶黏剂涂布于所述中药板材层的上下面及四个侧面。
实施例2:
所述中药板材层2由下列重量份配比的原料制成:刨花40kg,雷公藤4kg,芜荑3kg,黄花蒿4kg,百部3kg,佩兰4kg,长叶冻绿3kg,白芷4kg,香茅3kg,芫花4kg,黄芩3kg,菖蒲4kg,榆树皮3kg,檀香4kg,樟木3kg,香子兰4kg,蜂胶精油3kg,茉莉精油2kg,麝香精油3kg。
其余与实施例1相同。
实施例3:

对照例:
一种木地板,从下到上依次由木板层、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶黏层、聚氯乙烯薄膜层、第二胶粘层和聚碳酸酯层组成。
检验上述地板的方法如下。
(1)上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的地板以及现有技术中的普通地板(对照例)依据GB/T18103-2003评估标准,其检测结果如下表:

(2)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子地板、衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量,测试结果如下表。

结论:本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的地板均可以持续释放空气负离子,长期净化室内空气,与现有技术中的普通地板(对照例)相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(3)驱蚊效果测试。
依据现有技术中的普通地板(对照例)与上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的驱蚊效果进行对比测试,测试数据请见表3。

S3、按上述各组分分别取刨花30~40份,雷公藤3~4份,芜荑3~4份,黄花蒿3~4份,百部3~4份,佩兰3~4份,长叶冻绿3~4份,白芷3~4份,香茅3~4份,芫花3~4份,黄芩3~4份,菖蒲3~4份,榆树皮3~4份,檀香3~4份,樟木3~4份,香子兰3~4份,投入超微粉碎机中粉碎成130目的混合粉末;
S4、将步骤S3中的混合粉末与蜂胶精油、茉莉精油、麝香精油、聚氨基甲酸酯胶粘剂加入高速分散机进行搅拌20min成混合料,备用;
S5、将步骤S4中的混合料置入压合机中热压制成2.5~25mm厚度的中药板材,备用;其中,压制时间为30min,压力为1Mpa/cm2,温度保持在100℃-110℃;
S6、将步骤S5中的中药板材上下面分别涂布S2中的负离子胶黏剂,常规涂布量为70~150g/m2,然后分别将防潮层、耐磨层与中药板材层进行热压胶合,常规热压胶合工艺参数为:压力为0.5~1.0Mpa/cm2,温度为85℃-130℃,时间为1.5~5min;
S7、在步骤S6之后对木地板进行加工、打磨、打包、检验、入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种非木质复合环保地板,其特征在于:所述防潮层为陶瓷防潮层,所述耐磨层为三氧化二铝层,其中,在所述防潮层的两侧分别设置有阴阳锁扣。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种非木质复合环保地板,其特征在于:所述负离子胶黏剂涂布于所述中药板材层的上下面及四个侧面。
