背景技术
随着塑料制品应用的不断推广,对其质量的要求越来越严格,塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高,针对与传统的注塑技术而言,其成型需要很高的成本,并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能注塑机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种智能注塑机,包括C型注塑机主体、上压板、显示仪和数据线,所述上压板与C型注塑机主体的横梁通过压力泵连接,所述C型注塑机主体的右底端设有进料口,所述C型注塑机主体的左底端设有显示仪,所述C型注塑机主体的底部固定有压力检测装置,所述压力检测装置与显示仪通过数据线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种智能注塑机,包括C型注塑机主体1、上压板2、显示仪5和数据线6,所述上压板2与C型注塑机主体1的横梁通过压力泵3连接,所述C型注塑机主体1的右底端设有进料口4,所述C型注塑机主体1的左底端设有显示仪5,所述C型注塑机主体1的底部固定有压力检测装置7,所述压力检测装置7与显示仪5通过数据线6连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。
