Abstract

本发明公开了led生态照明及养殖应用领域的一种led种植养殖生态棚。包括有温室棚、波长为450~660nm的led灯珠、透明罩、led电路PCB板、金属导热板、饮水槽、养殖笼、电源等部件组成,所用的led灯珠波长为450~660nm,有利于促进植物的生长;饮水槽里有流动的水,水能带led灯珠点亮散热的热量起散热作用,并能使水温升高,也能生态棚里的温度维持高于环境温度,有利于动植物的生长,节能环保。

本发明公开了led生态照明及养殖应用领域的一种led种植养殖生态棚。
背景技术
目前,led的应用大多还是在照明领域,而真正应用到种植养殖业的还比较少,led一些特定波长的光对植物有非常好的促进生长作用,现在应用的比较多的只是led植物灯,很有局限性。真正广泛使用还有待进一步的创造发明。
led本身的发热在照明应用方面是需要散热,目前水冷散热的应用也不是很广泛,而且真正把led散热的热能也利用起来加热饮水槽让家禽能喝上温水,在养殖业领域这样的应用就更少了。
发明内容
针对于以上led灯在种植业和养殖业应用的缺失,本发明揭示了一种led种植养殖生态棚。
1.一种led种植养殖生态棚,其组成部件包括有温室棚、利于植物波长的led灯珠、透明罩、led电路PCB板、金属导热板、饮水槽、养殖笼、电源等部件组成,led灯珠贴在led电路PCB板上面,再紧固到金属导热板,饮水槽固定在金属导热板上,养殖笼紧固在饮水槽旁边,电源控制led灯珠点亮。
2.所述一种led种植养殖生态棚,所用led灯珠为450~660nm的波长,有利于种植植物生长和栽培的led灯珠,促进种植物比常态生长更快。
3.所述的一种led种植养殖生态棚,饮水槽里有流动的水,led灯珠点亮散热产生的热量通过传导给金属导热板能加热饮水槽里的水起散热作用,并使水温升高,也能使生态棚里的温度维持高于环境温度,有利于动植物的生长。
本发明的有益之处是:一种led种植养殖生态棚可以在北方蔬菜种植温棚种植蔬菜,和提供鸡禽养殖温水饮水棚;led灯珠为450~660nm的波长有利于植物的生长,提高植物的生长速度及成长周期,也有利于动物的生长环境。

具体实施方式
为进一步揭示本发明的技术方案,结合附图详细说明具体实施方式,阐述基本构思和基本原理,但本发明并不局限于此所列实施方案。
如图1和图2所示,一种led种植养殖生态棚,包括有温室棚1、led灯珠2、透明罩3、led电路PCB板4、金属导热板5、饮水槽6、养殖笼7、电源8等部件组成,led灯珠2贴在led电路PCB板4上面,再紧固到金属导热板5,饮水槽6固定在金属导热板5上,养殖笼7紧固在饮水槽6旁边,电源8控制开关led灯珠2点亮。
如图1和图2所示中一种led种植养殖生态棚,当电源8接上市电后,点亮led灯珠2实现照明功能之外,led灯珠2具有450~660nm的波长光谱的光,红光波长使用620-630nm和640-660nm,蓝光波长使用450-460nm和460-470nm。红光促进植物发芽和开花结果,蓝光促进植物生长长叶,可以自主选择更合适的波长和颜色比例促进植物的生长。
如图1和图2所示中一种led种植养殖生态棚,led灯珠2点亮后,其工作功率大小散出的热量可以通过金属导热板5传热并加热饮水槽6,这样旁边紧固的养殖笼7里的家禽便可以方便地喝上加热过后温热的水和食料,节约了人工和热能。另外,养殖笼7里养殖的家禽的粪便可以通过养殖笼7间隔的空隙掉落到下面土地上或者经过收集起来,给植物施肥,形成良好的动植物生态养殖链,也让种植养殖温室1能更科学合理化管理。不仅充分利用了led灯珠2散热的热量加热饮水槽6,而且有利于动植物生长环境比周围寒冷的环境温度高。
如图1和图2所示中一种led种植养殖生态棚,温室棚1有废气排放通风口,及温室棚1的薄膜的透光度符合植物生长需要光合作用的用途。
如图1和图2所示中一种led种植养殖生态棚,led灯珠2在点亮的过程会发热,把热量通过led电路PCB板4,通过金属导热板5与饮水槽6紧固固定在一起,从而把热量传给饮水槽6,保持饮水槽6温度水温比环境温度高,温水有利于动物饮水,特别是在北方天冷的时候不会结冰,让侍养的牲畜喝水不会成问题,科学利用led灯珠2的散热加热饮水槽6,并将热量利用起来,节约了电能及水能,这样一个用led灯珠2点亮来实现的生态种植养殖棚与温水系统构成了良好的生态养殖循环链。
综上所述的技术方案确保一种led种植养殖生态棚,形成了一种科学合理的生态养殖循环链,节能环保。

1.一种led种植养殖生态棚,其组成部件包括有温室棚、led灯珠、透明罩、led电路PCB板、金属导热板、饮水槽、养殖笼、电源组成,led灯珠贴在led电路PCB板上面,再紧固到金属导热板,饮水槽固定在金属导热板上,养殖笼紧固在饮水槽旁边,电源控制led灯珠点亮;其特征在于:一种led种植养殖生态棚所用led灯珠的波长为450~660nm有利于种植植物生长和栽培,led灯珠点亮产生散热的热量通过传导给金属导热板能加热饮水槽里的水,饮水槽里有流动的水带走热量起散热作用,并使水温升高,也能使生态棚里的温度维持高于环境温度,有利于动植物的生长环境。
