The first laminate can include a first gas barrier layer disposed between first and second sealable layers, wherein the first and second sealable layers define opposed exterior layers of the first laminate. The second laminate can include a third sealable layer defining an exterior layer of the second laminate, and a second gas barrier layer. The at least one seal joins a portion of the third sealable layer to at least a portion of the second sealable layer.

Description

For the flexible material of flexible container
Technical field
The disclosure relates generally to container, and relates to the container be made up of flexible material particularly.
Background technology
Flowing product comprises fluid product and/or dumpable solid product. In various embodiments, container can be used for receiving, holding and distribute one or more flowing products.Further, in various embodiments, container can be used for the part receiving, hold and/or distribute the separately packaging of single goods or product.Container can comprise one or more small product size.Small product size can be configured to be filled with one or more flowing products.Container receives flowing product when filling its small product size.Once be filled to the volume of expectation, then container can be formed in its small product size and comprise flowing product, until flowing product is assigned with.Container holds flowing product by providing the obstruct around flowing product.Described obstruct prevents flowing product from overflowing from small product size.Described obstruct also protects flowing product from the ambient influnence of external container.Small product size through filling is closed by top cover or seal usually.Container can be configured to distribute one or more flowing products be included in one or more small product size.Once through distributing, end user just can suitably consume, use or in other words use one or more flowing products. In various embodiments, container can be configured to recharge and re-use or container can be configured to single fill after or even single abandon after using.Container should be configured to have enough structural intergrities, make its can by receive, hold and distribute with counting on one's card its one or more flowing product.
For one or more flowing products container can be processed, be demonstrated for sell and come into operation. When preparing, filling, decorate, pack, transport and unpacking packaging container, can by container described in many different modes process.Processed at container by machine and people, moved by equipment and vehicle, and when being contacted with various packaging by other container, described container can experience various different external force and environmental condition.Container for one or more flowing products should be configured to have enough structural intergrities, make its can by count on one's card in such ways in any one, or with any otherwise processed known in the art.
Also when providing described container for buying, can show that described container is for selling in many different ways.Container can be used as particular commodity and sells, and maybe container (can be formed commodity together with it) with other container one or more or the packing of product together and sell.Container can be used as the primary package or do not have with secondary package and sells. When container is demonstrated for selling, described container can be decorated to show character, figure, mark and/or other visual element. When shelve or upright on a store shelf, be demonstrated for selling, market show in present, be suspended on show suspension bracket or be carried in showing stand or vending machine time, container can be configured to show for selling.Container for one or more flowing products should be configured to have and allow it by any one in expection in such ways, or with the structure of any alternate manner successful presentation known in the art.
Container also can be come into operation by its end user in many different ways.Container can be configured to be arrested by end user or grasp, so with regard to staff, container should suitably set size and shaping; And for this reason, container can comprise available architectural feature as shank and/or grasping surface.Container can shelve or upright on a support surface time, when being suspended on protuberance (as hook or fixture) and going up or hang from protuberance, or when by product clamp support, or be stored when (for recharging the container that maybe can recharge) is positioned in the platform that recharges or recharge.Container can be configured to when in any one in these storage locations or when being held by user, distributes one or more flowing products.Container can be configured to by using gravity and/or pressure and/or distributor gear (as pump or suction pipe) or by using the distributor of other kind known in the art to distribute one or more flowing products. Some containers can be configured to by sellers (such as whole seller or retailer) or filled by end user and/or recharge.Container for one or more flowing products should be configured to have and allow it by any one in expection in such ways, or with the structure that any alternate manner known in the art successfully comes into operation.Container also can be configured to by end user in every way as waste material and/or can abandon by recycled materials.
A kind of general type for the container of the product that flows is the rigid container be made up of one or more solid materials. The example of conventional rigid container comprises moulded plastic bottle, glass jar, metal can, cardboard case etc. These conventional rigid containers be know and be available in general; But their design presents that some are difficult significantly really.
The first, some conventional rigid containers for the product that flows may manufacture costliness. Some rigid containers are made up of the process making one or more solid materials be shaped.Other rigid container is made up of phase transition process, wherein container material is heated (to softening/melting), is then shaped, then cools (to sclerosis/solidification).Two kinds of manufactures are highly energy-consuming process, and it may need complicated equipment.
The second, some conventional rigid containers for the product that flows may need lot of materials.Being designed to upright rigid container on a support surface needs enough thick solid wall to support described container when container is filled. This may need lot of materials, which increases the cost of container and the difficulty causing it to abandon.
3rd, some conventional rigid containers for the product that flows may be difficult to decoration. The size of some rigid containers, shape (such as curved surface) and/or material, make it be difficult to directly print on its outer surface.Label and need additional material and process, and limit the size and dimension of decoration.Packaging provides larger decoration area, but also needs additional materials and process, and usually cost significantly.
4th, easily may there is the damage of some type in some conventional rigid containers for the product that flows. If push rigid container to rough surface, then can there are wearing and tearing in container, and this can make the slur on container. If rigid container to be pressed to hard object body, then can there is indenture in container, and this can make it seem ugly. And if rigid container drops, then container may break, and this can cause its flowing product loss.
5th, some the flowing products in conventional rigid container may be difficult to distribute. When end user extrudes rigid container to distribute its flowing product, end user must overcome the resistance of rigid sides to make container deformation. Some users may lack the hand strength being easy to overcome described resistance; These users may distribute the flowing product being less than its desired amount.Other users may need to apply so many hand strength, make them can not easily control to make the degree of container deformation; These users may distribute the flowing product more than its desired amount.
