Abstract

本发明涉及一种大型小区自组网式变电站,包括箱式变电站,所述箱式变电站内集成有一电路板,所述的电路板上设置有直流电源模块、N个继电开关、开关驱动电路、单片机Zigbee模块、N个LED调光器、降压模块以及接线板;所述箱式变电站的配电变压器的输出端与所述直流电源模块的输入端连接;所述直流电源模块的输出端分别与所述继电开关以及降压模块的输入端连接;所述降压模块为所述单片机Zigbee模块供电;所述的单片机Zigbee模块通过所述的开关驱动电路驱动所述的N个继电开关;所述继电开关的输出端经LED调光器与接线板连接;本发明的变电站适用于小区路灯的集中控制,实现变电站自组网、智能多功能化,具有较好的市场价值。

Description

一种大型小区自组网式变电站
技术领域
本发明涉及变电站路灯控制技术领域,特别是一种大型小区自组网式变电站。 
背景技术
 路灯的管理一直是路政的难题,特别是小区的路灯,现有的路灯不仅耗能大,而且缺少统一远程管理。此外,路灯是小区路段必备的设备,如何在实现上述功能的基础上实现多功能化,是完善路灯系统实现统一管理的一种趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种大型小区自组网式变电站,能实现小区自组网,变电站具备路灯集中控制。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种大型小区自组网式变电站,包括N个箱式变电站,其特征在于:所述箱式变电站内集成有一电路板,所述的电路板上设置有直流电源模块、N个继电开关、开关驱动电路、单片机Zigbee模块、N个LED调光器、降压模块以及接线板;所述箱式变电站的配电变压器的输出端与所述直流电源模块的输入端连接;所述直流电源模块的输出端分别与所述继电开关以及降压模块的输入端连接;所述降压模块为所述单片机Zigbee模块供电;所述的单片机Zigbee模块通过所述的开关驱动电路驱动所述的N个继电开关;所述继电开关的输出端对应与各自的LED调光器连接,所述LED调光器的输出端连接到接线板;所述直流电源模块设置有一热交换机,用以为该直流电源模块散热;所述箱式变电站通过各自的单片机Zigbee模块进行自组网,并与设置有Zigbee模块的控制中心通讯,实现所述大型小区箱式变电站的自组网式管理,其中N为大于2的自然数。
在本发明一实施例中,所述N为5。
在本发明一实施例中,还包括一充放电控制电路,所述的充放电控制电路的输入端与所述降压模块的输出端连接;所述充放电控制电路的输出端与一充电电池连接。
在本发明一实施例中,所述中控中心每隔预定时间通过自组网络发送心跳信息,用于确认各变电箱是否处于工作状态。
在本发明一实施例中,所述中控中心能通过自组网络发送指令控制对应箱式变电站所控制的LED路灯,且控制时间段能根据用户进行设定。
在本发明一实施例中,所述中控中心在检测到箱式变电站出现故障,则进行预警,该预警包括短信提示、本地声光报警以及文本框跳出显示。
本发明结构简单,通过Zigbee自组网实现了对LED路灯的远程集中控制,不需要另外配置路灯的控制箱,减少小区占用面积,充分利用了小区空间。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
在以下描述中阐述了具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以多种不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广。因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施方式的限制。
 如图1和图3所示,本实施例提供本发明实施例中一种大型小区自组网式变电站,包括N个箱式变电站,其特征在于:所述箱式变电站内集成有一电路板,所述的电路板上设置有直流电源模块、N个继电开关、开关驱动电路、单片机Zigbee模块、N个LED调光器、降压模块以及接线板;所述箱式变电站的配电变压器的输出端与所述直流电源模块的输入端连接;所述直流电源模块的输出端分别与所述继电开关以及降压模块的输入端连接;所述降压模块为所述单片机Zigbee模块供电;所述的单片机Zigbee模块通过所述的开关驱动电路驱动所述的N个继电开关;所述继电开关的输出端对应与各自的LED调光器连接,所述LED调光器的输出端连接到接线板;所述直流电源模块设置有一热交换机,用以为该直流电源模块散热;所述箱式变电站通过各自的单片机Zigbee模块进行自组网,并与设置有Zigbee模块的控制中心通讯,实现所述大型小区箱式变电站的自组网式管理,其中N为大于2的自然数。,该N可以为5。
本发明通过将小区路灯的LED调光器集成到变电站中,利用Zigbee自组网实现远程集中管理,本发明结构简单,克服了现有路灯需要独立变电箱占用小区空间的问题,而且在变电站中集成集中控制系统,不仅缩短了变电站到传统控制箱的高压线供电线路,还克服了现有需要通讯线缆进行控制的问题。
请参见图2,在本发明一实施例中,还包括一充放电控制电路,所述的充放电控制电路的输入端与所述降压模块的输出端连接;所述充放电控制电路的输出端与一充电电池连接。这样在变电箱断电时,也能把保证单片机Zigbee模块的工作。
此外,本为了保证系统的稳定,本发明所述中控中心每隔预定时间通过自组网络发送心跳信息,用于确认各变电箱是否处于工作状态。而且所述中控中心能通过自组网络发送指令控制对应箱式变电站所控制的LED路灯,且控制时间段能根据用户进行设定。例如,晚上路灯开启的时间段,白天灭掉的时间段,还能根据环境情况,人为自动控制,由于具备无线自组网,不仅不需要布线,而且控制方便。
在本发明一实施例中,所述中控中心在检测到箱式变电站出现故障,则进行预警,该预警包括短信提示、本地声光报警以及文本框跳出显示。

Claims (6)

1.一种大型小区自组网式变电站,包括N个箱式变电站,其特征在于:所述箱式变电站内集成有一电路板,所述的电路板上设置有直流电源模块、N个继电开关、开关驱动电路、单片机Zigbee模块、N个LED调光器、降压模块以及接线板;所述箱式变电站的配电变压器的输出端与所述直流电源模块的输入端连接;所述直流电源模块的输出端分别与所述继电开关以及降压模块的输入端连接;所述降压模块为所述单片机Zigbee模块供电;所述的单片机Zigbee模块通过所述的开关驱动电路驱动所述的N个继电开关;所述继电开关的输出端对应与各自的LED调光器连接,所述LED调光器的输出端连接到接线板;所述直流电源模块设置有一热交换机,用以为该直流电源模块散热;所述箱式变电站通过各自的单片机Zigbee模块进行自组网,并与设置有Zigbee模块的控制中心通讯,实现所述大型小区箱式变电站的自组网式管理,其中N为大于2的自然数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型小区自组网式变电站,其特征在于:所述N为5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型小区自组网式变电站,其特征在于:还包括一充放电控制电路,所述的充放电控制电路的输入端与所述降压模块的输出端连接;所述充放电控制电路的输出端与一充电电池连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型小区自组网式变电站,其特征在于:所述中控中心每隔预定时间通过自组网络发送心跳信息,用于确认各变电箱是否处于工作状态。
5.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种大型小区自组网式变电站,其特征在于:所述中控中心能通过自组网络发送指令控制对应箱式变电站所控制的LED路灯,且控制时间段能根据用户进行设定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型小区自组网式变电站,其特征在于:所述中控中心在检测到箱式变电站出现故障,则进行预警,该预警包括短信提示、本地声光报警以及文本框跳出显示。
