本发明公开了一种三维立体LED广告牌,包括无线供电装置、89C51单片机核心控制单元、LED点阵条、曲线平动装置以及信号同步控制装置,所述89C51单片机为89C51芯片及其外围振荡电路组成的最小单元,所述信号同步控制装置包括依次与旋转电机连接的转速传感器、测速装置、相位检测电路和霍尔传感器,所述无线供电装置包括依次连接的电源电路、高频振荡电路、高频功率放大电路、发射接收线圈和高频整流滤波电路。本发明提高了三维立体LED广告牌供电灵活性及信号传输的精准性,大幅度提高了三维立体LED广告牌的显示效果,使得该三维立体LED广告牌更符合市场的需求。

一种三维立体LED广告牌
技术领域
本发明涉及的LED技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种三维立体LED广告牌。
背景技术
三维立体LED广告牌是利用人眼的视觉暂留效应,通过同步精确控制旋转体的速度和旋转体上的发光二极管的点亮状态来实现在360度全方位范围内都能看到显示内容。与LED平板显示屏相比旋转LED显示屏具有成本低,可视范围大的特点,是LED显示屏的一个新的发展方向。而现有的三维立体LED广告牌是在高速旋转中控制LED不同时段的亮灭,进行字符或图形的显示。该产品需要对运动的广告牌供电,但是现有的电刷和蓄电池两种供电方式各有弊端,电刷供电产生电火花且工作不稳定,而蓄电池供电成本高,占空间,充电麻烦。显示的图像或文字要稳定,同步是关键。现有的同步方法是人工调整,精度低,费时费力。显然这些问题阻碍了立体LED广告牌技术的推广和产业化,因此有必要解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种三维立体LED广告牌,以解决现有三维立体LED广告牌供电不稳定、成本高、充电麻烦以及显示图像或文字不稳定的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种三维立体LED广告牌,包括无线供电装置、89C51单片机核心控制单元、LED点阵条、曲线平动装置以及信号同步控制装置,所述89C51单片机为89C51芯片及其外围振荡电路组成的最小单元,所述曲线平动装置由旋转电机驱动,所述信号同步控制装置包括依次与旋转电机连接的转速传感器、测速装置、相位检测电路和霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器的输出端连接至89C51芯片的输入端,89C51芯片的输出端连接至旋转电机的控制电路,并通过一通用I/O口连接至LED点阵条,对LED点阵条的亮灭时间间隔做出调整,所述无线供电装置包括依次连接的电源电路、高频振荡电路、高频功率放大电路、发射接收线圈和高频整流滤波电路。
所述高频振荡电路为六反相器CD4069的晶体振荡电路。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明提供了一种三维立体广告牌,通过改进该三维立体LED广告牌的无线供电系统和同步信号控制系统,解决了传统金属导线供电的不便,取代了错综复杂的导线供电系统;其次,通过研制同步信号控制器,结合89C51单片机,使得该三维立体广告牌能够根据任意立体空间广告牌的有效长度和内容的刷新频率来确定点阵条运动速度,实现了发光二极管亮灭与其运动的同步关系,使之达到广告内容稳定显示的效果;因此,本发明提高了三维立体LED广告牌供电灵活性及信号传输的精准性,大幅度提高了三维立体LED广告牌的显示效果,使得该三维立体LED广告牌更符合市场的需求。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种三维立体LED广告牌,具有如图1和2所示的结构,包括无线供电装置、89C51单片机核心控制单元、LED点阵条、曲线平动装置以及信号同步控制装置,所述89C51单片机为89C51芯片及其外围振荡电路组成的最小单元,所述曲线平动装置由旋转电机驱动,所述信号同步控制装置包括依次与旋转电机连接的转速传感器、测速装置、相位检测电路和霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器的输出端连接至89C51芯片的输入端,89C51芯片的输出端连接至旋转电机的控制电路,并通过一通用I/O口连接至LED点阵条,对LED点阵条的亮灭时间间隔做出调整,所述无线供电装置包括依次连接的电源电路、高频振荡电路、高频功率放大电路、发射接收线圈和高频整流滤波电路;所述高频振荡电路为由六反相器CD4069构成的晶体振荡电路。

1.一种三维立体LED广告牌,其特征在于,包括无线供电装置、89C51单片机核心控制单元、LED点阵条、曲线平动装置以及信号同步控制装置,所述89C51单片机为89C51芯片及其外围振荡电路组成的最小单元,所述曲线平动装置由旋转电机驱动,所述信号同步控制装置包括依次与旋转电机连接的转速传感器、测速装置、相位检测电路和霍尔传感器,所述霍尔传感器的输出端连接至89C51芯片的输入端,89C51芯片的输出端连接至旋转电机的控制电路,并通过一通用I/O口连接至LED点阵条,所述无线供电装置包括依次连接的电源电路、高频振荡电路、高频功率放大电路、发射接收线圈和高频整流滤波电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三维立体LED广告牌,其特征在于,所述高频振荡电路为由六反相器CD4069组成的晶体振荡电路。
