一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,包括:过滤器、固定框架、离心风机、液容器、吸液泵、布液器、半导体制冷制热器、led补光装置、紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置、负离子球、植物种植容器、植物、传感器、控制器、其主要特征:将装有多种装置的过滤筒安装在固定框架的上层,将装有吸液泵、负离子球、半导体制冷制热器的液容器安装在固定框架的下层,固定框架的外立面载有植物,在控制器的控制下,经处理后送入室内的空气:洁净、无菌、温湿度适宜、富含纯天然负离子和氧气。

一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体的说是一种低成本广谱性并且绿色生态环保的空气净化器。
背景技术
目前,市场上空气净化器的品种不少,但真正能达到净化效果的很少,但既能达到净化效果,又能达到低廉的购买成本和使用成本的产品更少;但既能达到净化效果,又能达到低廉的购买成本和使用成本,而且能用于室内外并且集环境绿化和空气净化为一体以及可应用于多种领域的空气净化器应该说还没有。我们在广泛的研究了国内外空气净化器产品,以及已公开发表的专利技术文献的基础上,提出了一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器技术方案。
发明内容
一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,包括:过滤筒、固定框架、离心风机、液容器、吸液泵、布液器、半导体制冷制热器、led补光装置、紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置、负离子球、植物种植容器、植物、液位传感器、控制器、其主要特征:布液器安装在过滤筒的布液器连接装置上,离心风机安装在过滤筒的离心风机连接装置上,紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置安装在过滤筒的内孔空间内,吸液泵、负离子球、液位传感器安装在液容器内,半导体制冷制热器安装在液容器的外底部,将装有布液器、离心风机、紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置的过滤筒,安装在固定框架的上层,将装有吸液泵、负离子球、液位传感器、半导体制冷制热器的液容器,安装在固定框架的下层,将led补光装置、植物种植容器安装在固定框架的外立面上,植物栽种在植物种植容器内,在控制器的控制下,led补光装置促使植物光合作用,半导体制冷制热器调节液体温度,离心风机把污染空气吸入过滤筒过滤,而后进一步经紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置消毒净化,吸液泵经过布液器把根据不同目的配制的液体或经负离子球净化处理的净水均匀地、连续不断地流经过滤筒介质,对介质截留下来的污染物进行冲刷和处理,以保证过滤筒的过滤效果及延长过滤筒介质的使用寿命,通过上述处理后的空气:无菌、纯净、温湿度适宜、富含负离子和氧气。
所述的过滤筒,用网孔板制成两个直径大小不一的圆筒,并进行防腐处理或本身就用防腐材料制成,两圆筒套装在一起,一头安装密封装置,一头安装布液器连接装置和离心风机连接装置,大小圆筒的间隔处填放过滤介质,优先梁知维先生专利技术(专利号ZL200810110944.9)处理的介质材料。
所述的过滤筒,也可用工业上常用的过滤器滤芯进行改装,滤芯的一头安装密封装置,另一头安装布液器连接装置和离心风机连接装置。
所述的过滤筒,也可与上述不同的安装方法,滤芯的一头安装离心风机,另一头安装布液器连接装置与密封装置。
以上两种安装方法,体现两种不同的空气流动方式:前一种是空气从过滤筒外壁向筒内集中然后从离心风机出风口排出;后一种是空气先在过滤筒内集中然后散发至过滤筒外。
所述固定框架,分上下两层,上层装有过滤筒固定装置,下层装有液容器固定装置,固定框架外立面安装栅格或网孔板。
用于一般室外空气净化,可采用本发明的最基本形式:过滤筒仅安装离心风机,液容器仅安装吸液泵和负离子球并盛放一般清水,将装有离心风机的过滤筒和装有吸液泵和负离子球的液容器分别安装在固定框架的上层和下层,固定框架上安装植物种植容器,植物栽种在植物种植容器内。
作为家用新风系统,在上述的基本形式基础上,在过滤筒的内孔空间内安装紫外消毒装置,在离心风机出风口安装通风管,在液容器内安装吸液泵和负离子球,外底部安装半导体制冷制热装置。
作为一般室内空气净化,可在本发明最基本形式的基础上,在过滤筒内安装静电净化装置,在液容器内安放根据不同目的配制的液体。
作为消毒装置,可在本发明最基本形式基础上,在过滤筒内安装紫外消毒装置,在液容器内放入消毒液体。
针对某种特定环境,可将诸如静电净化技术,紫外消毒技术等市场上已有的多种净化技术整合到本发明的技术方案中,也可将数个过滤筒进行组合,并配以传感技术及智能化控制技术,以达到特定环境的净化要求。
本发明的一大特点:在结构简单的最基本形式的基础上,可根据不同环境,不同目的进行组合,以达到最低制作成本,其次,经过滤的空气富含纯天然的负离子和氧气,再次,廉价的过滤介质及对过滤介质进行循环冲洗,使本发明的低成本使用成为可能。
具体实施方式
实施例一 用网孔板制成两个直径大小不一的圆筒,并进行防腐处理,两圆筒套装在一起,一头安装密封装置,一头安装离心风机连接装置和布液器连接装置,离心风机安装在离心风机连接装置上,布液器安装在布液器连接装置上,大小圆筒的间隔处填放过滤介质,制作一个上下两层的固定框架,将带有离心风机和布液器的过滤筒安装在固定框架的上层,将装有吸液泵和负离子球的液容器安装在固定框架的下层,在固定框架的外立面安装栅格,在栅格上安装led补光装置,植物种植容器,植物种植容器内栽种上植物,在控制器控制下,led补光装置促使植物光合作用,离心风机把污染空气吸入过滤筒过滤,吸液泵经过布液器把负离子球净化处理的净水均匀地、连续不断地流经过滤筒介质,对介质截留下来的污染物进行冲刷和处理,以保证过滤筒的过滤效果及延长过滤筒介质的使用寿命,通过上述处理后的空气:洁净、富含负离子和氧气。
实施例二 在住房外墙上安装一个固定框架,开一个室内外相通的通风孔并安装上通风管,将装有布液器、离心风机、紫外消毒装置的过滤器安装在固定框架的上层,将装有吸液泵和负离子球的液容器安装在固定框架的下层,固定框架的外立面安装网孔板,网孔板上安装led补光装置、植物种植容器,植物种植容器内栽种上植物,白天利用自然光使植物产生光合作用,晚上led补光装置使植物产生光合作用,离心风机的出风口与通风管相连接,紧贴液容器的外底部安装半导体制冷制热器,在控制器的控制下,离心风机将室外空气吸入过滤筒净化消毒,吸液泵经过布液器把负离子球净化处理的净水均匀地、连续不断地流经过滤筒介质,对介质截留下来的污染物进行冲刷和处理,以保证过滤筒的过滤效果及延长过滤筒介质的使用寿命,半导体制冷制热器,对液容器中的液体进行制冷或加热,经上述处理后,使送入室内的空气:洁净、无菌、温湿度适宜、富含负离子和氧气。
以上实施例不以任何方式限定本发明,凡是对以上实施例以等效变换方式做出的其它改进与应用,都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,包括:过滤筒、固定框架、离心风机、液容器、吸液泵、布液器、半导体制冷制热器、led补光装置、紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置、负离子球、植物种植容器、植物、液位传感器、控制器、其主要特征:布液器安装在过滤筒的布液器连接装置上,离心风机安装在过滤筒的离心风机连接装置上,紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置安装在过滤筒的内孔空间内,吸液泵、负离子球、液位传感器安装在液容器内,半导体制冷制热器安装在液容器的外底部,将装有布液器、离心风机、紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置的过滤筒安装在固定框架的上层,将装有吸液泵、负离子球、液位传感器、半导体制冷制热器的液容器安装在固定框架的下层,将led补光装置、植物种植容器安装在固定框架的外立面上,植物栽种在植物种植容器内,在控制器的控制下,led补光装置促使植物光合作用,半导体制冷制热器调节液体温度,离心风机把污染空气吸入过滤筒过滤,而后进一步经紫外消毒装置、静电净化装置消毒净化,吸液泵经过布液器把根据不同目的配制的液体或经负离子球净化处理的净水,均匀地、连续不断地流经过滤筒介质,对介质截留下来的污染物进行冲刷和处理,以保证过滤筒的过滤效果及延长过滤筒介质的使用寿命,通过上述处理后的空气:无菌、洁净、温湿度适宜、富含负离子和氧气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,其特征在于所述的过滤筒,用网孔板制成两个直径大小不一的圆筒,并进行防腐处理或本身就用防腐材料制成,两圆筒套装在一起,一头安装密封装置,一头安装布液器连接装置和离心风机连接装置,大小圆筒的间隔处填放过滤介质,优先梁知维先生专利技术(专利号ZL200810110944.9)处理的介质材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,其特征在于所述的过滤筒,也可用工业上常用的过滤器滤芯进行改装,滤芯的一头安装密封装置,另一头安装布液器连接装置和离心风机连接装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本广谱性绿色环保的空气净化器,其特征在于所述的固定框架,分上下两层,上层装有过滤筒固定装置,下层装有液容器固定装置,固定框架的外立面安装网孔板或栅格。
