Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型LED灯散热板。包括散热板,所述散热板背面设有若干平行的高低不等的散热片,所述散热片前后两面均为凹凸面,相邻两散热片之间的散热板背面上设有凹凸面,散热板左右两侧设有透气孔。本发明结构简单,生产成本低,散热片前后面设为凹凸面,增大了散热片的散热面积,散热片高度不等并按由中间至两侧高度逐渐递减平行设置,加大了散热片之间的空气对流,相邻两散热片之间的散热板背面上也设有凹凸面,散热板两侧边上设有透气孔,有效提高了散热效果,从而延长了LED灯的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种新型LED灯散热板。
背景技术
LED灯具有长寿命、高光效、底电耗、抗震动、响应时间短、无污染的优点,作为一种节能的点光源产品,其应用越来越广泛,随着功率的增大,LED灯及其驱动器的发热量也大,LED的光效会随着温度的上升而下降,使用寿命也会因温度的升高而缩短,因此,散热问题是LED灯的一个重要方面。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,散热效果好,生产成本低的一种新型LED灯散热板。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括散热板,所述散热板背面设有若干平行的高低不等的散热片,所述散热片前后两面均为凹凸面,相邻两散热片之间的散热板背面上设有凹凸面,散热板左右两侧设有透气孔。
所述若干散热片等距排列,并由中间至两侧散热片高度逐渐递减。
本发明的优点是:本发明结构简单,生产成本低,散热片前后面设为凹凸面,增大了散热片的散热面积,散热片高度不等并按由中间至两侧高度逐渐递减平行设置,加大了散热片之间的空气对流,相邻两散热片之间的散热板背面上也设有凹凸面,散热板两侧边上设有透气孔,有效提高了散热效果,从而延长了LED灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种新型LED灯散热板,包括散热板1,所述散热板1背面设有若干平行的高低不等的散热片2,所述散热片2前后两面均为凹凸面,相邻两散热片2之间的散热板1背面上设有凹凸面,散热板1左右两侧设有透气孔3。
本发明所述的若干散热片2等距排列,并由中间至两侧散热片2高度逐渐递减。

1.一种新型LED灯散热板,其特征在于,包括散热板,所述散热板背面设有若干平行的高低不等的散热片,所述散热片前后两面均为凹凸面,相邻两散热片之间的散热板背面上设有凹凸面,散热板左右两侧设有透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯散热板,其特征在于,所述若干散热片等距排列,并由中间至两侧散热片高度逐渐递减。
