Abstract

本发明用于水利、水电工程中的基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙的止降方法,该方法是在基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙底部施工至设计高程时,进行防渗墙底部的止降部分槽孔扩孔施工,使槽孔底部变大到防渗墙槽孔宽度的1.5~2倍,浇筑混凝土后止降部分槽孔形成的止降墩阻止悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下滑、下沉。本发明能保障基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙的防渗性能可靠。

基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及的是水利、水电工程防渗施工的方法,特别涉及的是基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降方法。
背景技术:
水利、水电工程要在档水坝的基础建造混凝土防渗墙,阻断库水的渗漏。多数水利、水电工程大坝基础覆盖层非常深厚,不得已只能建造悬挂式混凝土防渗墙,即混凝土防渗墙悬挂在大坝底部。由于覆盖层软弱,其与混凝土防渗墙的滑动摩擦系数较小,在混凝土防渗墙的重量作用下产生滑动下沉,从而造成混凝土防渗墙周边出现渗漏通道;防止基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙的滑动下沉,才能确保悬挂式混凝土防渗墙的防渗可靠性。
发明内容:
本发明目的是为了解决悬挂式混凝土防渗墙滑动下沉问题,提供一种能保障基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙的防渗性能可靠的基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法是基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙底部施工至设计高程时,进行防渗墙底部的止降部分的槽孔扩孔施工,使槽孔底部变大到防渗墙槽孔宽度的1.5~2倍,浇筑混凝土后止降部分形成的止降墩阻止悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下滑、下沉。
上述的基础防渗墙槽孔施工完成后,采用爆破的方式对底部槽孔进行扩孔,炸药包平行排列并用药包固定绳固定在防爆钢板下方,把固定有炸药包的防爆钢板下放到孔底,用电雷管引爆炸药,爆破后提出防爆钢板,并清除炮渣,使槽孔底部变大。
本发明基础防渗墙施工时,对底部槽孔进行扩孔,使悬挂式混凝土防渗墙底部尺寸变大,防渗性能可靠,实现悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止滑、止降的目的。

具体实施方式:
参见图1~图3,本实施例基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法是基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙1底部施工至设计高程时,进行防渗墙底部槽孔扩孔施工,使槽孔底部变大到防渗墙槽孔宽度的2倍,浇筑混凝土后止降部分槽孔形成的止降墩阻止悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下滑、下沉。
参见图1~图3,基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙1的止降部分槽孔施工完成后,采用爆破的方式对底部槽孔进行扩孔;炸药包2平行排列并用药包固定绳3固定在防爆钢板4下方,把固定有炸药包的防爆钢板下放到孔底,用电雷管引爆炸药;爆破后提出防爆钢板,并清除炮渣,使悬挂式混凝土防渗墙底部槽孔尺寸变大。
悬挂式防渗墙混凝土浇筑后,其底部面积增大,减小了悬挂式混凝土防渗墙对下方覆盖层的单位压力,从而阻止悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下滑、下沉。
图1~图3中序号5、6、7分别为墙底扩大部分、吊环、防卡钢板。

1.基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法,该方法是基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙底部施工至设计高程时,进行防渗墙底部的止降部分槽孔扩孔施工,使槽孔底部变大到防渗墙槽孔宽度的1.5~2倍,浇筑混凝土后止降部分槽孔形成的止降墩阻止悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下滑、下沉。
2.如权利要求1所述的基础悬挂式混凝土防渗墙止降的方法,其特征在于基础防渗墙槽孔施工完成后,采用爆破的方式对底部槽孔进行扩孔;炸药包平行排列并用药包固定绳固定在防爆钢板下方,把固定有炸药包的防爆钢板下放到孔底,用电雷管引爆炸药,爆破后提出防爆钢板,并清除炮渣,使槽孔底部变大。
