本发明公开了一种抗结垢的机车复合防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:丙三醇:40~70%,偏硅酸钠:0.05~1%,苯甲酸钠:0.4~2.5%,甲酸钙:0.4~2.5%,黄腐酸:0.3~1.5%,硝酸异丙酯:0.5~3.6%,硅酮:10~15%,高锰酸钾:0.1~0.5%,甘油:1~8%,去离子水:余量。本发明稳定性好的汽车防冻液的优点是:采用了无磷酸根的配方体系,配方中使用了钼酸盐配合有机酸共同对金属提供保护,并辅以硝酸钠提供长期的耐久金属腐蚀,在配方中大量的应用葵二酸对金属的耐蚀性起到了良好的加成作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻液,属于化工领域,尤其涉及一种抗结垢的机车复合防冻液。
背景技术
防冻液是一种低冰点的液体,在低温下含有一定乙二醇量的水溶液不会结冰,具有良好的流动性,可以带走发动机在运转过程中产生的大量热量,可以一年四季用于汽车防冻液水冷却系统,起到防沸、防腐、防结垢、防冻、防蒸发损失等优点。防冻液的品种按照对环境影响的评价可以分为对环境友好的纯有机酸型防冻液和低档的无机盐型防冻液,纯有机酸型防冻液对环境友好,容易生物降解,但是使用成本较为昂贵,因此在我国一直得不到较大面积的推广。近年来随着我国汽车工业的发展,防冻液体系也逐渐向纯有机酸配方接轨,市场已经出现了大量含磷的添加部分无机盐的复合有机酸型配方技术,但对于市场来说,尤其欧美市场来说,含磷防冻液一种是被禁止使用的,磷容易造成江河湖水的富氧化,所以成本较低的无磷有机酸防冻液就有了大量的需求。而对于无磷防冻液而言,其耐金属腐蚀就需要做大量的研究工作,不仅要解决其防止金属腐蚀问题,还要解决其使用的耐久性问题。
发明内容
 针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种不含有磷酸根离子且不使用低档的硅、硼的无机盐类的无磷多效防冻液,解决了耐金属腐蚀问题,可以提供更长效防护作用的抗结垢的机车复合防冻液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种抗结垢的机车复合防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
丙三醇:                    40 ~70%,
偏硅酸钠:                  0.05 ~1%,
苯甲酸钠:                  0.4 ~2.5%,
甲酸钙:                  0.4 ~2.5%,
黄腐酸:                  0.3 ~1.5%,
硝酸异丙酯:              0.5 ~3.6%,
硅酮:                      10 ~15%,
高锰酸钾:                  0.1 ~0.5%,
甘油:                       1 ~8%,
去离子水:                   余量。
本发明抗结垢的机车复合防冻液的优点是:采用了无磷酸根的配方体系,配方中使用了钼酸盐配合有机酸共同对金属提供保护,并辅以硝酸钠提供长期的耐久金属腐蚀,在配方中大量的应用葵二酸对金属的耐蚀性起到了良好的加成作用。

丙三醇:                    40 ~70%,
